Morning every one.

Looks like my investment in QASP is going south - "OH WELL" it's only money and I never invested more than I could afford to lose.
I will invest in another one and see how that goes soon.

Was issued a personal United States Patent last year for a new electromagnet design concept and in the process of getting that off the ground at this time. It is amazing how baffling a physics professional gets when he is faced with developing a new equation for a devise that intertwines two different laws of physics. Time will tell if they ever get it right. LOL

I would like to make a quick comment on the structures of companies in general. The word "Pyramid" being used as a general description for any company in business is very correct.

I say this regarding any and all companies unless of course every employee makes the same amount of pay as every other employee every day, every week, and every year.

The word pyramid signifies a structured business and virtually every company is structured so that the more important employees make more money than the others. This stair-steps down from the top to the bottom of every company.

Some individuals use this word/term pyramid as a bad thing but in reality or complete social structure, business structure, and most other countries are founded on a pyramid concept.

I'm sure some will disagree because they always do but then again some people disagree with anything regardless of what it might be. To these individuals I would like to say "save your reply post" because you will never change my mind. I am too old to change and honestly do not care any more bout your opinion than you do mine.

Looks like we might be heading up here and I still hold every single share I have ever bought so I am ready.

Jeff has been here and done this so he knows how many investors here trade daily because he was one of us for so long. What makes me happy is that he knows how to cause the most commotion with his PR's. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he let this ride a day or two and out of the blue post a huge PR after hours knowing that the flippers would get stuck and the loyal would be rewarded. Of course this is just my opinion and it may or may not happen but I would laugh my azzzzzz off if it did.

BANKER some of us have completed our personal DD many months ago and comprehend what we have while others seem to be happy playing their little games to confuse some of the newer members on this board for whatever reason. I don't personally care what the gamers say and never have. This is my personal investment and I do not let narrow minded individuals choose my path; I never have.

Thank you again for your input but I wonder sometimes why you waist your time trying to convince some of these people of the truth when they could just as easily do their own DD and come to the same conclusion as we have. However how you spend your time is your business and I do not disrespect your actions by any means I just sometimes wonder why you attempt to educate them. personally I choose to let them mess-up their own investment and laugh at them when the "DEALING IS DONE" so-to-say. WOW QASP seems to be doing better than some of the investors here. Some of the speculations and opinions are beginning to become very humorous.

One poster even suggests our old CEO is even selling his shares to get rich off of us; which would seem completely crazy considering he bought them back when they sold for much more. I don't believe for one minute that this is the case but everyone has his/her opinion. However to accuse someone of selling at a loss to rip someone else off is actually funny to me.

Personally I am invested for the long term which doesn't mean until next week or even next month. I have been here since before the name change and I will be here much longer than many of the flippers and basher's.

If you don't have the money or the patience to ride this ride may I suggest you find another ride that you enjoy more? I mean really this is funny to me and yes to date I have lost a little money but I haven't lost one penny that I could not afford to throw away ti start with. If you have invested more than you could afford to lose then you are the one at fault not QASP or any other stock that has fallen over the past year.

I see many posters referring to our past; stating = "just look at what happened back then" and I am amused because one of the only things we can be sure of in our world is change. I'm not bashing anyone or promoting anything I am just saying.... With new representatives taking charge I personally believe nothing today or tomorrow can be accurately compared to what has happened in the past; ether good or bad.

I've been holding since the name change over a year ago and I haven't sold a share = it's called investing for the long term. I have seen us up and down for a long time and I have seen many of the same posters for just as long. Some of the new people here need to do their homework on our company and on the posters here because you owe yourself the satisfaction of knowing what is going on here. It's your money and your investment so you should be comfortable that you have invested wisely and not accepted another persons opinion on the truth because opinions are like body parts = everyone has has one and they are all different.

Looking forward to a new and fresh start here at "QASP" as I am sure many here are.

Morning everyone! I don't post here much anymore because i am so opinionated that most of my post's are deleted. Guess thats what happens when you get so old and you don't care what anyone else thinks. (LOL)

Anyway, I've invested all my EXTRA money in this company over the past year or so and have added as I could. Granted my holdings are not as much as most investors here due to supporting a family and a handicapped son that still lives at home but I have done what I can.

I'm telling you this because way back when the company changed it's name and I started buying stocks here I did some extensive research about the company and the people involved as well as the projected direction they were going to take this company and even though not all of my expectations have been met I am still very much impressed with the direction this company is going. And as I have stated earlier I simply do not care what anyone else thinks or believes.

The chaotic misinterpretation of information on this board and the deliberate attempt to manipulate the truth on this board is unbelievable so I just watch from the sidelines and enjoy my position.

The bottom line is that this company has never stopped making progress towards their original goals. I never expected it to explode into a unbelievable major company overnight. It has been over a year now and progress is still being made so I have not sold one share. I went into this investment for the longterm and I will be here when things start to develop.

I hope everyone had a safe a wonderful holiday as I did and I hope some of the people here can see beyond the smoke and mirrors games some of the other posters on here consistently blow at them.

Life is not guaranteed so enjoy everyday as if it were your last because you truly never know if it is your last or not until the day ends.

I am very pleased to have been able to double my position here over the past few trading days and look forward to the increase in profits when things settle down for us here.

Building a company doesn't happen over night and doesn't happen without the company having the money to do so (SHARES). I am happy to invest my money here because it takes money to make money (everyone knows this) and this company is no different than any other.

I've never invested more than i'm willing to lose so i'n not concerned about today, tomorrow, or even next week. When the different companies involved finally come to an overall agreement things will change here for the good.

Everyone knows i'm a long time investor here and i do not let any of the negative postings bother me at all because when the time is right this will happen regardless of anyones opinion.

My coffee sure is good this morning as well as the entertainment here on the board.

It sure is refreshing to know what I have here so I don't get so Yancy about all of the opinionated dead lines or worry about (this and that) not being PR'ed when I think it should be or concerned about (what if this happens or what if that happens).

I mean I've invested here for the long term and its been over a year so far but i'm not dead yet so "what the hell", I can wait a while longer (2/3 years) for this to develop without any worries at all.

Yet it is disturbing how many seem to be on the verge of suicide due to the delays we have encountered. It's also very unusual to have so many posters that claim not to have an interest here but post daily some kind of negative personal opinion. I'm sure we all appreciate their personal effort, I know I do because it just seems to make my coffee taste better.

Well here we are; another wonderful day to see what might develop here. I hope everyone has a great day (I know I will) regardless of what happens here with our stock.

However I personally believe that there are two things not being taken into consideration by your equation.

(#1) The MM manipulation's that have haunted us for the past few months.

(#2) The fact that the company wants cheap shares to buy back in order to increase their profits.

You are welcome to simplify this down to grade school level if you would like but I happen to be over 50 years old.

I have a patent that should be issued personally to me within the next month on a new concept electromagnet design and I do not appreciate being talked to like a moron.

Some nice posts this morning; not all of them of course but some of them. WOW it's the 30th already? How time does fly when your having such a wonderful time! I can hear the drum rolls as I type; the slow building of anticipation of what this day will bring.

Some expect the sky to open and money rain down from heaven, while others expect the ground to open and swallow up us and our money. What will happen? What should we do? All these questions and no answers to help us!

I have looked at the numbers of shares traded over the past few days and it seems to me that some very deep pockets have scooped up many thousands of shares and I wonder why? I mean if this is so obviously a bad investment why would intelligent people buy it? I don't believe for a minute that these individuals are so naive that they don't do their research before investing; yet here they are buying every share offered, and they have been for a long time now. I follow the money; not necessarily QASP's money because no one knows for sure about it yet. However I know that if I follow the deep pocket money it will not be in vain.

Now will it be today or tomorrow or next week when we hear something for sure? I don't know and I don't personally care. We will hear something sooner or later and i'm betting these deep pockets have not acquired such deep pockets by being wrong too many times.

Some will sell today if nothing is heard = that's your choice! Some will buy today at these prices = that is your choice! Some (like me) have no more funds to buy so we will just watch as ether heaven or hell opens up for some of you because we are indifferent of the timeline. A new startup company has no schedule, it has no organized repetitive anything to go on. It simply focuses on the next phase that is needed in order to complete the task at hand.

You can praise them (QASP); you can curse them; you can cry; you can have a hex put on them; you can lay in the floor and throw a child like fit of rage; but none of it will help one little bit. Personally i'm just going to have my morning coffee and try not to spill any of it on me as I read some of the more entertaining posts that I am sure I will see today.
