Duh I didn't make a statement that needs to be proven.When a person makes a statement that something is happening,they need to be able to back it with facts. I just asked what they were.I am not saying it is or isn't. I am jut not willing to take a persons word without facts.

Your first question is correct. The director you keep referring had nothing to do with the starting of CPSI. I don't know what the Las Vegas paper said . If it said he was involved in the start up,it is not accurate.Clark County was not their first customer.

Only personal thinking. I have not talked directly to GPSI. I don't know a sale price or terms. I have heard figures thrown around but don't feel it is for sure so won't even discuss. I personally feel a sale will be completed in the near future but don't know details.I am willing to wait.Of course all of this is only my opinion. No inside knowledge.

From my questions to people that would know,as a licensee of software. Their software technology (SAFE Technology) can be customized for many different industries. That ,I Feel, is a great future potential.Revenue share from Licensees can vary depending on the contractural agreement.I really have no way to know what it is between c4ever and GPSI.I apologize if I came on strong in my other posts.

The system has been back tested by GPSI,not c4ever.They are talking about a system that has been proven,not by c4ever but the company they are leasing the software from. GPSI
