Hey! Hey!
Today's PR may just be the most important one in TGEN's life. If you haven't read it, do so and then consider the following:
From SeniorAdvice:
In Florida:
1,265 nursing homes
3,068 assisted living
1,067 memory care
815 hospices
948 respite care
Play the numbers game with whatever criteria you choose - the great state of FL has handed TGEN the biggest opportunity of its life!
Slap on the wrist - he's free:

There's just no justice!

How can this happen? How complicated could their accounting be that they have to miss a filing date and these aren't even audited numbers? What will they do at a year-end when the numbers really matter?
Wellll, you're pretty much a 1-girl show on ihub. Just looked through all 32 posts and I think you're maybe 30 of them and some are rather informative.
Couldn't agree more with your latest post and think John will get it going once there's a couple of significant orders under their belt in 2010 - maybe even a great 4th quarter will be enough but nothing like a multi-million order from a Shell or Chevron to ice the promotional decision.
Another company with their nanotechnology being used in the cancer detection area:

Do you know where that picture of the founding Fathers resides? It's in the very room in the MD State Capital bldg in Annapolis where the portrait was done. I got the tingles standing in the room's doorway seeing the portrait hanging on the back wall knowing there was 200+ years of history in the area.

In a couple of my infrequent posts, I've said and we all know it that what's needed is for a "name" company to adopt NNVC's technology and the game will be on.
Take a look at this:
http://www.autobloggreen.com/photos/2011-chrysler-evs/1051758/
In a rotten market and with no PR by UQM, so far today, this photo was worth a 50% move in UQM today on huge volume. These cars are a year or two away, probably because of a lack of an adequate battery technology - which will be overcome - and, if finally adopted for production, UQM is gold just as NNVC can be when and if they get credibility.
Have to disagree. Had there been a PR regarding a SIGNIFICANT deal we wouldn't be at .90 today. I think there's any number of people and entities watching NNVC and, with the first PR re a JV, will be convinced of the technology's credibility and will take significant positions and thus move the stock's price up.
Your level of DD is far more than my lame effort. I bow to your effort and expertise....
Thanks for the assurance. That was a level of technological detail I did not expect to read. You have to have an "in" with the company to be able to offer that response.
Nano:
My 2nd worst fear with NNVC has always been adequate patent protection and with your posting re Biosense and their use of ligands, I'm really wondering if we're going to have a technology infringement problem. Can somebody erase my fear?
Dr. FG:
In 3 weeks, the EKC results from Japan should be released and then....
Nano:
If NNVC successfully addresses the virus-related problems affecting mankind, NONE of the current stockholders in NNVC will ever care about the possible cancer possibilities (unless they contract a cancer).
A good weekend to all!
Appears NNVC is on their radar:

Dr. F/G is totally correct.
Any deal they cut with ANYBODY has NO downside! Anything that leads to product development is positive for the company/stockholders/world.
Wish I didn't see that business of "I can tell you that several LARGE PHARMA are....." IMO, it lends an element of sleeze to the invitation.
Also, some more on Alzheimers:

Bunny:
That's pretty much my take, also.
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!
Trendy:
IMO, the only thing we have to worry about are the results of the Japanese test. If they are a total confirmation, then a deal is surely warranted and, when that is done, the company is "on its way!"
I doubt it - more like the general blood-bath in the various markets.
Sorry - typo, 1) "was" should be "wasn't
4) Should add ....until NNVC becomes a seasoned company with revenues and profits/losses and a larger following than what's following the stock now.
Anybody,
I plowed through Biotech's write-up and here's some questions and comments:
1) There's no date on the report but the Technical Analaysis portion uses 6/16/08 so I take it that that's when it was finalized. This report was done overnight and was probably started on Ludlow's time/dime so I'm wondering if Latino's exit from Ludlow was because of NNVC, in some fashion
2) Page 7 talks about 2011-12 for first FDA approval - does anybody know if that's on a "fast track" basis
3) Page 8 talks about upfront and milestone payments - I see no milestone payments in the revenue sections of Models 2 & 3
4) On page 25, I like the statement, "Similar to the RSI analysis....PURELY ACADEMIC at this point. The release of further scientific data will drive the price and volume...."
Couldn't agree more as scientific and deal PRs will have far more to do with NNVC's price then all the charting and pumping action will ever accomplish, IMO.
PR Monday?
"Like good wine - nothing before its time!"
Burt:
Saw that - makes one hope and pray for the same to happen to NNVC.
This can't hurt:
http://www.knobias.com/clipreport/clipreport.pdf
Reading all the posts, one would think that NNVC operates in a stockmarket vacuum and therefore will do it's thing irregardless of what else is happening. I submit that, short of a REAL deal with a big pharma, NNVC will be pretty much susceptible to general market conditions and they might not be very good with everything tanking except inflation. This country is in a world of hurt right now.
Since there's been a good deal of speculation re JV fees and takeover pricing, here's something to read.
http://www.forbes.com/2008/07/07/app-pharmaceuticals-update-markets-equity-cx_ra_0707markets32.html?partner=yahootix
Granted that it's apples and oranges compared to what I hope will be the mother of all watermelons in NNVC.
Also, re all the banter of when the next PR will be released and what deal it will be about - "The watched pot never boils" and, as the good doctor just stated, all these things NEVER go according to the best of intentions/plans. It will be whenever....
don't forget West Nile virus
Yesterday's USA Today had an article on "neglected" diseases and Dengue fever was listed with up to 200,000 new cases in the U.S. annually. Bet there's 10 to 20 times that number world-wide.
This kind of news is no where near what a PR re a JV and millions in front $$$ would be but it's better than anything else I can think of because people of this stature in the medical research profession can only add to NNVC's technical credibility. Nobody of this man's stature in the research field is going to lend their name, time and knowledge to a struggling little company unless there was some intellectual meat to what the company was trying to do and they wanted to be a part of it.
Yes, 5 or less million was always my thought which, if true, says a lot about long-term holders since that accounts for ~50 million shares.
Here's another virus:
http://www.shinglesinfo.com/what-is-shingles.html
If it gets to $20 then there'll be enough "meat" behind it to make you think $100/$200.
$2 or more with a PR with some meat in it else nothing can keep going up on "air" and $1.55 is very likely especially in this bad market. You can only stretch a good thing so far on what's transpired to date. Right now, I would think there's a lot of flipper types into NNVC and they're poised to bail on the slightest provocation.
Hey - this stk has a market cap of ~$300 million on just the hope that any or all of it's irons in the fire will come through for them/us. The general market is in a funk all this week and this stock still manages to move up. Until this company cuts a deal with a credible company on one or more of its "Cides" this is nothing but a real good speculation so let's cut this puppy some slack re "it must go up every day or the world is ending".
In March, 2006, NNVC announced "initial test results of a nanoviricide material, the anti-influenza drug FluCide-1, have "exceeded expectations" of NNVC which is developing the nanomedicine." The stk closed at $1.71 on 3/7/06.
Then, on 3/20/06, another PR talks about filing 2 INDs within the next 12/18 months for FluCide for human and bird flus. Stk closed at $2.70 on 3/20.
Dr. Feelgood:
Take a look at the latest post on Yahoo's message board and give us your take on what F.CK.... says.
Thanks
Been away for the last few days and just caught up with the last 100 posts.
IMO, a PR regarding a JV for EKCcide will resolve any thoughts about this technology - at least for the near-term.
As I was driving home, I'm listening to WBBM here in Chicago and they repeatedly stated that there is now a DOG flu. Evidently it started in FL in greyhounds and is now being seen here in Chicagoland. Deadly in pups, sick and old dogs. Gee, kinda sounds like what happens in humans.
