Nice post Sarge - love the P.S. - Give'em HELL
these days they all are! no risk, no reward.
if reading this 10Q makes ya'll woozy - it may be time to get off the roller coatster.
aint this FUN! IMO
Yup - i placed a 2mil share buy @ .0006 last night that didnt get filled this morning (even though 7 million+ went through at that price first thing).
SO, i broke down and bought 2.6mil at the ask a few minutes ago.
scares the hell out of me when i get a buy confirmation within the same second i place the order.....
averaging down.......
Looks like everyone is holding on to what they have at .0007?
Waiting for the 10Q?
IMO
did u try his cell?
I just "re-confirmed"...
6.5 billion A/S.
I called the Deleware SOS - i spoke with Kimmy @ 302-739-3073 - filing was 11/12/2008.
at this point i'm not sure about anything - i looked at the 10/Q they filed in November of 2007 - and the one they filed this week and they are not the same.
the statement below was taken directly from the filing this week.
"During the course of the audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer discussed the accounting for the September debenture financing with Cross, Fernandez & Riley, LLP. As a result, the Company determined that the accounting for the September debenture was incorrect and the effect of such misstatements was material. As a result, the Company decided it will restate its previously filed quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. The restatements are required to properly reflect the Company’s financial results for certain non-cash and non-operational related charges or credits to earnings associated with both embedded and freestanding derivative liabilities."
just thought it may explain a couple of things or at least ask a few more questions.
sorry if this has been addressed as i havent read all the recent posts but - the most recent 10/Q filing is of course dated for 2007 - but it is not the same as the one filed in November of 2007.
this statement caught my eye in the most recent filing:
"During the course of the audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer discussed the accounting for the September debenture financing with Cross, Fernandez & Riley, LLP. As a result, the Company determined that the accounting for the September debenture was incorrect and the effect of such misstatements was material. so - is this the restating of last years 3rd qtr earnings, which may have been necessary prior to releasing this years 3rd qtr report & does this explain the recent change in accounting firms?
Just asking.
oops - almost exactly 30minutes between trades - someone bit into 1.1mil. shares! GLTY
is my screen correct?
last trade .0013
bid - up tick to .0014
ask - up tick to .0016
is our EOD run starting? LOL

do you think since the NSS crak-down begins tonight at midnight, we will see shorty selling down all the penny's today?
just about every board i've ever posted on in the past has blamed shorty for NSS'ing the stock and driving SP down.
just curious if we will see a "going out of business" beat-down.
Dang Blackberry let that typo slide... sry.
it appears you are creating decent report of sorts with the TA - do you think she will tell you how many of the shares are being issued (CD holders) v. sold to open market traders? HA!
ouch - there went 1mil shares at .0021............
ive been watching this one a while - doesnt look like it can drop any further - bought my first block a few minutes ago.
i noticed on yahoo that there is a 2-week forcast released yesterday (9-14-2008) by "Pechala's Reports" - for a $10 pay for view. anyone taken a look?

im going to chase that little white ball around. see ya'll later - GLTYA
there are very few things i have knowledge of that i can post with confidence - my father and grandfather were independent oil-men. i have been in, and around most of my life.
i only speak one language and it gives me enough trouble. i give dragon credit for learning enough english to mix it up with us.
I got my schooling at LSU - i got my education in the "oil patch". I am no longer in either but some things you just dont forget.
glad to help.
to lift low pressure oil (some ways) - water inject, gas lift, pumping unit, re-complete, fracture job. you can prolong the useful production of an oil-well for decades. FACT.
i have produced gas wells with operating pressures as low as 45 PSI. these wells may have had a shut-in pressure of over 10,000 psi when new. you flow the well into a lower system, compress the gas (i.e. turbine, recripricating gas compressors) into stepped systems and ultimatelatly into the high psi sales line. there are thousands of wells currently producing into low pressure systems that continue to make companies billions of dollars. FACT.
therefore, just because a well decreases its operating pressure over time, certainly doesnt mean it cannot be produced and remain profitable. Again, wells can last for a few weeks, or decades. FACT.
yep - they will even kick you every now and then.
I must disagree! its my experience that each well is different. some peak early, some peak later, some produce for weeks, some produce for years. In my past life, i worked on both drilling rigs (land and OCSG-offshore) and ran production platforms in the gulf of mexico. some of the platforms had 28 wells on them. some of those wells were producing 400 bbls/day and had been for 25 YEARS. every well is different. each well has its own "personality" and as an operator you learn how it will behave depending on what you do to it. some you pull harder than others. some take days/weeks to bring back on-line after a shut-in. These are FACTS.
So, to say you know how a well will behave is flat out incorrect, unless you are spending most of your waking hours with it - even then it will surprise you.
not today.
commodity prices yesterday on Nat gas:
Natural Gas
+0.06 9.19
+0.66%
Not $6?
i went back to the April 12, 2007 PR announcing the YUMA/Cavier partnership and didnt see where they have drilled the #2& #3 wells. It did say all four prospects are within 5 mile radius of each other.
Looks like the have already started the process to punch Lone Oak 2? (probably using the same rig). IMO...
"Lone Oak #1 was the first of a four well package and we have already begun preparations to drill the second well," commented Billy Raley, Chief Executive Officer of Universal Energy Corp. Raley"
wow - i may buy back into after all -
will do the due to see if they same ol' players own the new IR firm "Bayley Associates" before i do anything, however....
an unfriendly manner to "traders" maybe (i dont consider myself a trader - i dont have the time). it certainly is nice to have those runs of 100-200-300 percent but frankly, i dont think this CEO is worried about the traders not getting there opportunities to make a quick few thousand dollars. He was hired and paid for the long term.
I have lost money in this thing but i also got a chance to double-up today. I'm not happy about the non-viable well news but these guys continue to make money. they are almost debt-free. it wont take much to move this thing up to .03 agian (MM's permiting), which will make most on this board extremely happy. that is only enough movement for a trader, i'm sure the CEO wants this beatch back up over a buck.
ALL IMO....
does anyone remeber what sparked the run to .03 last time? was it the caviar tie-in?
It has never worked for me before. i tried buying at .009 but had to come up to catch.
i sold everything i had half way through the PR. got burned before on the A/S PR.
i got busted by not selling on the PR about the A/S Proxy (i did buy on that bounce). Im not a flipper as i have been in this since July 1, but i am a quick study when it comes to my cash.
they are drilling these wells in Galveston Bay - off a barge.
Aslo, understand UVSE is not the majority owner of this well and they are at the mercy of the descision of the majority as whether they will produce the well or not. The well was not dry, just not what they are after. Hell, if Oil gets over $150/bbl, they may uncork Lone Oak #1 and make some cash. IMO
I bailed at the news, doubled up on my position at .011 & .013 - current avg is .0115 - heh, im almost green! again....
got my buy in at .009 - come and get me.
hell - this is a profitable, SEC reporting company afterall!!!
where is the re-entry point? sub penny? anyone?
No worries - the board is quiet b/c what is there to talk about? Just waiting on the Lone Oak news. No worries.... GLTYA
Man - made me chase up from .0155 - slapped the ask once at .016 - finally caught up and filled my 250K @ .017!!
bounce be-atch! bounce!!! (averaged down - btw)
head over here for cypherin' on the acronyms....
