Thanks for the update, Chevy. It's good to know that the USS NY project is still very much alive and that work has commenced on the Patriot album. But does this mean that Nashville Records is still in charge of the project?
FBS, I think most of us have already done our bickering. Chevy's been good about keep us all under control. Now it's just a waiting game. This is a very mild board compared to some of the others.
Hate to bust your bubbles, guys, but if this is the only reason you're holding this stock, you could be in for a major disappointment. JMO
Can anyone answer Jagz1414's question? He's asked it twice.
I've had that nasty taste since July 12th....the date of our last PR.
Let's see now...20 minus 19 was 1 the last time I checked.
Press one for English.
One of the many mysteries of penny stock.
How 'bout them D-backs? I hear Brandon Webb likes country music.
Any news about Kimberly Caldwell? Just wondering if she was signed to Nashville Records. I couldn't find anything about it on My Space. I love her song "Fear of Flying". Does anyone know who wrote that? Sounds like it could be a Kris Kristopherson gem.
Hey, this is interesting. Thanks for posting this. Looks like the army is watching us.
Reminds me of the old joke about the eagle that swallowed the mouse. lol
Looks like it might be headed north again. Hope so.
Hi Cat. Welcome back! I hope you're home now and that your surgery was a success.
Got a very short, impersonal reply to my email from "someone" at the Nashville Records office. All it said was "David had shoulder surgery and wouldn't be back in the office until Monday". That was it. No signature or anything. Very crude. No explanation as to why we're not receiving any updates from the company. No news about the progress of the injunction. No explanation or news about anything, period....other than David had surgery on his shoulder. I assume that whoever sent the email feels that's the most important news of the month to report to all the many shareholders and I-Hub members who are sitting out here in la la land, anxiously awaiting to hear if the company is going to sink or swim. I get the feeling they don't even care what we think, so it doesn't accomplish anything to call or send emails. You won't get much of a reply. Oh, by the way, does anyone think we should send David a get well card?
Guess I'm the only one here. I just re-read my last post...and I guess "composting" is not a bad idea either.
I'm composting a nice long letter to Gene. Anyone want to add anything?
There are some good artists on the Christmas CD. It should do well in a few months. I'm really looking forward to the patriotic album, also. It probably won't be finished until spring of next year.
Yes, that is a good one. I was still looking at the first five songs on the original web site. Thanks for pointing that out. Brooke Morton is a fabulous singer. I wish NR could sign her. I only see one problem. She possibly sounds too much like Carrie Underwood. And Nashville does look for uniqueness.
There are a lot of good songs on the album. I'm a little partial to blues, so I'm leaning toward the Rebecca Lynn Howard song.
I don't see that one listed. Who sings it?
Now, that's agood one for a gloomy Monday morning!
Seems pretty quiet. I think they're just nosey.
Did you say assets???? :)
Mine shows .019-.024 also. Aren't you guys proud of me? I finally learned how to read a chart? :)
I heard something was in the works this week.
No PRs please!!! Don't want to jinx this.
Guess she wasn't actually from Park City. She just owned a club there at one time. I remember she used to perform there.
We closed green, even after all the negative comments. That's nice!
Have you noticed some artist links have been added to the the web site? That's a nice touch. You don't hear anything on the today's radio any better than Juice Newton's "The Sweetest Thing". What a classic. Isn't she from the Park City area?
Cat, I'm late in getting in my word of thanks, as I've been gone most of the afternoon. But a big THANK YOU for all the info. David makes a lot of sense. Sounds good and I'm still a loyal listener.
Thank, PGA. Don't mind me. I just have to vent once in a while. It does't mean I'm going to sell out. I will stick with the Company because I feel it's a good one. I know...I just have to have patience.
Has anyone talked with David or Gene lately? I don't mind waiting it out, but if we could just get some sort of progress report from the corporate office, it would make everyone feel a little better. And possibly more members would think twice before selling. As it stands now, we know nothing. We don't know what to expect. We don't know the outcome of the injunction...if there ever was one. We don't know what happened to all those illegal shares that were sold, and if or how many were returned to the Company; or what legal action is being taken. Just a simple progress report is all we're asking. We don't know for sure that LeAnn Rimes will actually be singing "Never Forget" on the Military album. We were never told it was a done deal. We don't know for sure if Nashville Records actually signed Kimberly Caldwell. All we know is they were negotiating a deal with her. They've cut off all communication with IHUB and we're standing here in limbo. Maybe they feel they don't "owe" us an explanation. I dunno. Aren't we the ones who have put a huge portion of the money in order for the Company to survive? Never been in penny stock before, so I don't know how this works. You tell me.
I think that's the plan, but don't take my word for it, as I only know what I read. I'm sure they'll keep us informed. Well, I'm hoping they'll keep us informed.
'scuse me!! "launch" date. Guess I was in a hurry.
I thought at one time we had a lauch date of Nov. 11th to conincide with Veteran's Day. Don't know where I read that but it sticks in my mind.
Thanks, Cat. I'll be watching.
OH, MY GOODNESS!!! What an adoreable child! Such a cute picture, PGA. Now...I'm going to try that with my granddaughter's pic.
When you think about it, some of the PRs only spoke of "negotiations" and not the actually signing of the artists. In my opinion, the Company has probably decided to refrain from sending out further PRs until the artists have actually inked the deals, or something else exciting takes place! Makes sense to me.
About trading stocks...makes you wonder how the people did it in the olden days without computers. :)
India???? Now that's rediculous. Thank goodness the tech support at Gateway is still in SLC and they speak very good English!
Lion, thanks for the encouraging words. It was getting a little lonely out here on the range. You're right. This company has great potential.
