7 Reasons Why You Need To Act on GCOG... NOW!
This was put out 2 years ago and now is becoming a reality....READ ALL YOU BASHERS!!!!
1) Location, Location, Location - To get a feel for the neighborhood, check out your neighbors. Where you find one well, you often find clusters. Gulf Coast Oil & Gas's Saratoga Prospect is located in the Sabine Parish in Louisiana and is surrounded by some of the most prodigious oil fields in the state, including the Many Field and Pendleton Bridge Field. To date, this region has produced 40 million barrels of oil and 56 billion cubic feet of gas.
2) Supply & Demand - Oil demand is expected to top 84 millions barrels a day this year, leading to fears that there is not enough of a supply cushion to cover the market for any prolonged period of time. A slowdown in global demand from the U.S, China and India is needed to put a lid on further oil spikes. But clearly, that's not going to happen.
3) N-OPEC - Many cling to the grim hopes that a simple increase in oil production from OPEC will ease the price of oil and gas. Unfortunately, OPEC's influence on the price of oil is waning. Prices continue to increase despite OPEC raised output; said one industry analyst, "It's clear that OPEC has lost control of prices in the near term."
4) Buy American - Many analysts say a wide range of factors beyond OPEC's control have contributed to the 60% surge in oil prices in the last year. For starters, economists failed to predicts last years surge of 3% in global demand for oil with half of that coming from China. Renewed risk in foreign oil producing countries like Russia, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran and Venezuela have also taken a toll on market stability; cooling investors appetite for companies operating in these part of the world.
5) Two words: Summer & Winter - The recent spike in oil prices has been fed by fears that there will not be enough oil and gas to meet winter demand for heating oil as it pumps full tilt just to meet the summer needs. Think $75 per barrel is expensive; many experts believe that this winter will create wicked oil prices.
6) Diversified - You can't put all of your eggs in one well. And GCOG isn't. GCOG has a number of oil producing prospects in its drilling pipeline; including the North Champions Prospect in East Texas. But you have to start somewhere; and here's to hoping the Saratoga Prospect is the beginning of an incredible run.
7) It's All About Timing - Timing is of the essence. Get in early and wait for the drills to start pumping. With GCOG the timing is absolutely perfect. The company is days away from drilling and is still flying under the radar of Wall Street. Right now you have the unprecedented opportunity to sweep in and take a solid position on a company that is looking to make an immediate impact on its shareholders.
If GCOG performs anywhere near where it has the potential to, you'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

Hackett's Acquires Hamilton, New York RadioShack Franchise
Monday April 21, 9:27 am ET
Company adds a third RadioShack store to its portfolio; looking to acquire additional outlets
OGDENSBURG, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:SWVC - News) (“Seaway Valley”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Patrick Hackett Hardware Company (“Hackett’s”), has acquired the franchise rights and has opened a RadioShack “store-within-a-store” for its Hackett’s in Hamilton, NY. The RadioShack store is now the third RadioShack outlet owned and operated by Hackett’s, as earlier this year it assumed the Tupper Lake and Pulaski franchises from WiseBuys.
“We are pleased that RadioShack has again partnered with us for this new Hackett’s RadioShack location,” stated Hackett’s CEO, Norman Garrelts.” “We are particularly excited as our Hackett’s store in Hamilton, NY is strategically located near two colleges – Colgate University and Morrisville State College, and the demand for all things electronic with that demographic bodes well for us in this location,” Mr. Garrelts added. RadioShack stores within the Hackett’s operations have historically been a profitable asset for the Company, and its stores typically perform better in the context of a “store-within-a-store” versus as a traditional independent, stand alone store due to higher foot traffic levels and more flexible hours associated with a department store. Mr. Garrelts added, “Immediately after a RadioShack store ACQUISITION, we have historically seen RadioShack sales revenues increase as much 100% or more over those generated from previous owners, and we hope this is no exception.”
RadioShack offerings include wireless telephones and communication devices, such as scanners and two-way radios; flat panel televisions, residential telephones, DVD players, computers, and direct-to-home (DTH) satellite systems; home entertainment, wireless, imaging, and computer accessories; general and special purpose batteries; wire, cable, and connectivity products; and digital cameras, radio-controlled cars and other toys, satellite radios, and memory players. The company also provides consumers access to third-party services, such as wireless telephone and DTH satellite activation, satellite radio service, prepaid wireless airtime, and extended service plans. In addition, it manufactures various products, including telephony, antennas, wire, and cable products, as well as hard-to-find parts and accessories for consumer electronics products.
Hackett’s operates nine locations including Canton, Gouverneur, Hamilton, Massena, Ogdensburg, Potsdam, Pulaski, Tupper Lake, and Watertown – all in New York. Hackett’s operates RadioShack stores in Hamilton, Pulaski, and Tupper Lake. Hackett’s is also seeking additional locations in New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
NEWS!!!!! another acquisition.....
oh well...more cheapies for me....LOL
Red already???...wow....
thanks light....i feel the same way about these types of people....but we know that he's not going to shut up, they got nothing better to do than put down people and the business..
IMO SWVC is going to reward us in the long run, and those that are always complaining should just go away....I'm long and faithful....no hurry to get rich in a day....
and this relates to SWVC in what way? forget abou the past...jesus, give it a break and give facts about our company and stop waisting people's time
and we all knew about the "dumpings" but just like Tom said that he will pay them off and he has, not all but some and things are running slow but surely...we all have known or predicted the PR's, so don't come here and say that this is unexpected and that it's a scam. He has tried to inform us as much as he can, but it's people like yourself that, you are never satisified...you want to be a millionaire from one day to another...and we all know it doesn't work like that....it takes hard work and dedication and some obstacles in the way to succeed...i suggest you read up on books like "The 7 habits or highly effective people" or such....if you are so knowledgable, then build your own company and run it the way you say it should be instead of coming here and putting down the great SWVC....and believe me if you ever do build your own company, you will have the same people like yourself putting you down.....
You're just mad because you wanted to buy cheaper shares...shame on you....
GO SWVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to stop talking about an R/S. If you know for a fact and can prove it, then show us where to look. All you are doing is creating negativity and hurting the PPS even more. Stick to the facts and what is true. Stop trying to get cheaper shares....
and you know this how? I mean if you know so much, please enlighten us....show us were you did your DD..obviously you don't own any shares or you're just a flipper...so before assuming please tell us what you know...thank you
by the way..it's dilution and not dilition....
so you won't complaint about it and so we longs won't have to hear from people that this stock sucks and that you've lost so much money from it...
then sell....problem fixed....
and that is why you need to do your own DD before investing...you know the risks just like everyone else....
in my opinion...buy right now that the price is low and keep for about a year or two...then you won't be complaining...but then again this is my own opinion GLTY
well, I've been trying to buy with no success...at different prices!!!
So 13,365,964 is no volume to you?
I love it when new people come in here thinking they know everything....you never hear from them, just about 1 or 2 times and all they do is criticize...and put down our beloved SWVC
Awesome post...i totally agree with you and have been tellin people the same...bookmark for you
and this exactly what i'm talking about...we get an awesome PR...and what's everyones new reaction....we need another PR for this and that.....which gives me the impression that none of you all are EVER, AND I SAY EVER going to be happy about any of the things tat TOM does and will do in the future..
I repeat myself, this is a long term investment...the company is just in it's 1st phase....so, sit down and WAIT!!!!
go SWVC...
So for the past 2 weeks everybody has been crying about how we need an update...and that we need for Tom to do this and that...now that we got it, you are still not satisfied...calling it a fluff? what is wrong with you people, and I say people not just you in particular...we have what we wanted, SWVC is a long term investment and if non of you can handle it....hit the buy button and save yourselves a heart attack and leave us out of your negativity....
IMO Seaway is coming up strong, but it will take time for all the pieces to be put together..and all we can do is wait..
that's right....wait, wait, wait....
just like goals in your life...you work towards them and someday you reach them....same in a business..you start off slow with nothing and gradually build it...and next thing you know...you are huge.....but then again...all this takes TIME....which some people are too anxious to wait...
I'm not pin pointing anyone...but I know there's a lot of people out there that have bailed out because they were expecting to get rich right away...and with our PPS down, they took the loss and left....I'm here since June of last year, so I see people come and go dissapointed....
If you don't believe Tom or the company goal...then leave, otherwise turn off your monitor or computer or research other stocks and wait, wait, wait....
SWVC has a bright future ahead of us..it takes time and patience(lots of it)...
so you know what to do now....
you obviously didn't understand...people are anxious to see an uptrend...and they get frustrated and sell for a loss, thus bringing the PPS down...do you need any more explanations?
Thank you very much....very well said.....it obvious that some people are anxious for an uptrend....and these people are the ones that kill the stock market....as for us longs....we just sit here and laugh....like you said...TOM has done everything he has promised, and these kind of deals and filings take time...so for you out there that can't wait....SELL!!!!!!!!! and stop crying
Don't worry R-Man...I heard the same thing from another reliable source. Some people are just haters in here. SWVC is going to astonish many people and I'm here to stay too. I don't post much, but when people are attacking people for good things, it really upsets me. And like always IMHO
