Mesa Exploration Acquires Gold and Silver Projects
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2012) - Mesa Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MSA)(PINKSHEETS:MSAJF) announces that it has acquired a 100% interest in the Oatman gold and Belmont silver projects. The projects were purchased from American Bonanza Gold Corp. for $75,000. Bonanza retains a 3% NSR royalty, half of which can be purchased by Mesa for $2,000.000. Foster Wilson, president and CEO of Mesa Exploration, commented, "We are very pleased with this acquisition, both projects are highly prospective and are adjacent to historic productive mines. The Bounty potash project continues to remain the principal development project for the company where we are currently working towards securing drilling permits."
Oatman Gold Project
The Oatman Mining District lies in western Arizona and had continuous mining from 1864 through the 1930s. Mines in the district produced over 2 million ounces of gold with an average grade of 0.67 ounces of gold per ton, making it one of the highest grade gold mining districts in western North America. The property is located at the intersection of the two main productive veins in the Oatman Mining District. The project has 68 unpatented mining claims totaling 1,360 acres.
Belmont Silver Project
The Belmont Mining District is in central Nevada within the Walker Lane, a world class gold and silver province. Silver was discovered at Belmont in 1865 and produced approximately 15 million ounces of silver at bonanza grades, averaging 60 ounces of silver per ton, with some stopes grading over 250 ounces of silver per ton. The historically mined veins trend beneath alluvial cover, where exploration potential exists for the discovery of a high grade silver deposit. The project has 24 unpatented mining claims totaling 480 acres.
About Mesa Exploration
Mesa is developing and exploring a portfolio of mineral properties in the United States where it controls significant land holdings in proven mining districts with excellent access and infrastructure. Mesa Exploration Commences Drilling Program at Moonshine Springs Uranium Project
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2012) - Mesa Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MSA)(PINKSHEETS:MSAJF) ("Mesa") is pleased to announce that a rotary drilling program has commenced at the 100% owned Moonshine Springs uranium project in northwestern Arizona. Mesa intercepted 7.5 feet of 0.21% U3O8 in drill hole M1 and 4 feet of 0.47% U3O8 in drill hole M2 at 630 feet, as previously announced. The current drilling program will test for extensions of this uranium mineralization and geochemical targets identified in previous sampling programs. Results from the drilling program are expected in three weeks.
Uranium exploration at Moonshine Springs in the 1980's by Pathfinder Mines and Exxon Minerals led to the discovery of a 4 million pound U3O8 deposit. The deposit is located within 2 miles of Mesa's project and is owned by Dennison Mines.

Mesa Uranium Files 43-101 Report, Expands the Green Energy ProjectMar. 23, 2011 (Marketwire Canada) --
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA --
Mesa Uranium Corp.
(TSX VENTURE:MSA)(PINK SHEETS:MSAJF) ("Mesa" or the "Company")
is pleased to report that it has filed a technical report under National Instrument 43-101 for the wholly owned Green Energy project in Utah.
Additionally, Mesa has staked new claims contiguous to the existing claim block, adding 2,240 acres for a total position of 10,080 acres.
The Technical Report was prepared by Dana Durgin of Delve Consultants, a Reno Nevada based consulting geologist who fulfills the requirements of a 'Qualified Person' for the purposes of NI 43-101. The report is dated March 14, 2011 and is titled "Technical Report, Geology and Mineral Resources, Green Energy Project, Grand County, Utah". The report may be viewed on Mesa's website
http://www.mesauranium.com
or on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) www.sedar.com.
In the report, Mr. Durgin provides a detailed description of the historical reserve estimates, mineral potential, geology and previous exploration on the project. Mr. Durgin's review recommends a Phase 1 program of evaluation, drilling and metallurgical testing on the targeted areas, at an estimated budget of $340,000.
An excerpt from the Recommendations section concludes: "The drilling of a well should be considered for exploration and possible production. It should be designed to sample the Clastic Zone 31 brine and the potash #5 and #9 strata, which are those currently being mined at Intrepid Minerals' Cane Creek potash mine." Mesa is currently engaged in obtaining the permits and selecting a drilling contractor for this program.
The report stated, "While not yet sufficiently well defined for mining purposes, both the lithium and the potash resources appear to be quite large, based on the oil and gas well data, and on brine studies from the 1960's."
Mesa is currently creating a 3-D model using the oil and gas well data to aid in drill target selection.
About the Green Energy Project
Mineral brine occurs at the project with historic values as high as 1,700 ppm lithium (0.9% Li2CO3), 7.9% potash, 18.7% magnesium chloride, 6,100 ppm bromine and 1,260 ppm boron; these results are not 43-101 compliant and have not been verified by the Company. To put the project into context, the table below shows lithium and potassium grades at various natural brine mines. Potash from solution mining typically grades 1-3% potash however, these are man-made brines created by dissolving concentrated bedded potash deposits.
Deposit Location Lithium (ppm) Potash (percent)

Mesa Uranium Expands the Green Energy Lithium Project
Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX: MSA)
announces the addition of new claims extending over a potentially high grade brine target at the Green Energy lithium project in Utah.
1,740 acres of new claims have been staked bringing the total acreage under Mesa control to 7,850, or approximately 12 square miles.
The project is wholly owned by Mesa.
The new claims overlay a syncline, or structural trough, thought to contain higher concentrations of brine exceeding the previously acquired portion of the project located on an anticline, or structural dome.
A petroleum engineering report from 1966 suggested the syncline would host a higher concentration of minerals through hydrodynamic drive (gravity and water pressure). Historic oil exploration wells focused on the anticline, known traps for oil and gas reservoirs, no holes were drilled into the syncline.
This report went on to suggest a minimum brine reservoir of 15 million barrels with upside in the hundreds of millions of barrels.
Lithium occurs at the project with values as high as 1,700 ppm lithium (0.9% Li2CO3) in saturated brine.
In addition to the lithium the brine grades as high as 7.9% potash, 18.7% magnesium chloride, 13% salt, 6,100 ppm bromine and 1,260 ppm boron.
The brine, 40% minerals and 60% water, was discovered in the 1960s when oil exploration wells unexpectedly encountered high-pressure brine blow-outs upon drilling into Bed #31 of the Paradox Formation.
Bed #31 is approximately 6,000 feet deep and consists of 30 feet of shale, anhydrite and dolomite; the bed is not part of any oil reservoir.
Drilling Program
Permit applications for exploration drilling will be submitted to the Bureau of Land Management in March with drilling expected to occur upon receipt.
A work program is being developed to obtain modern brine samples for chemical analysis and baseline/preliminary metallurgical testing for mineral extraction.
Engineering characteristics of the brine formation will also be tested to establish pressure, temperature, artesian characteristics, precipitation characteristics, drawdown, and potential size of the aquifer.
While the Company has no reason to doubt the accuracy of the historical results, the data should not be relied upon until confirmed by the Company's own exploration that meet NI 43-101 standards for disclosure. Historical results and the work that generated them predate the enactment of National Instrument 43-101 and accordingly may not meet the requirements of that policy.
There are no 43-101 mineral reserves or mineral resources on the Green Energy lithium project.

Historc uranium & vanadium mines -
A Little Moab History -
In early 1952 an unemployed Texas geologist named
Charley Steen discovered one of the the mines in the
World's largest concentrations of uranium ore
near Moab, Utah.
Steen became an instant millionaire and set off a modern
day mining boom -
His Mi Vida Mine is famous for sitting in the largest
high-grade pitchblende (uranium) ore body ever discovered
at that time in the United States,
last valued at more than 160 Million (1953 dollars -
about $1.6 Billion in 2007 fiatz-dollars)....
Charlie Steen's Mi Vida Uranium Mine;
Mi Vida - this old uranium mine Lady started
the whole uranium boom in the Moab area -
This discovery unleashed a massive "uranium boom" on
the Colorado Plateau, and turned tiny Moab, UT into
"the uranium capital of the world."
The mine closed in the 1980s.
High grade ore from the Mi Mida Mine,
Lisbon Valley, Utah
Pitchblende from the Mi Vida Mine -
Lisbon Valley Utah
Carnotite uranium ore from Lisbon Valley, Utah
Electric power infrastructure, Lisbon Valley, Utah -
The old uranium & vanadium mines were discovered and
uranium mining had just started when US Gov. said,
the Gov. the inventorie -
is now filled -
and we don't need any more U3O8 for the bombs for some years,
so you may close down the mines now.
Moonshine Springs Project -
The 5 square mile Moonshine Springs Project
is located in Mohave County, Arizona
and was previously explored by Exxon Minerals.
Exxon drilled several holes on the project,
the best hole intercepted six feet grading 0.4% U3O8
(8 pounds per tons).
Dennison Mines owns the neighboring Moonshine Springs uranium
deposit (2.5 million pounds U3O8) located
approximately 1 mile from the project.
Permitting is ongoing with drilling planned for 2007.
Breccia Pipe Project -
The Project is located in Mohave and Coconino counties,
Arizona and consists of several targets in
an 11 square mile area.
The Arizona Strip, as the area is known, was the highest grade
district in the United States, producing over 20 million pounds
of U3O8 at an average grade of 0.65% (13 pounds per ton).
