Hello,
I'm a new member of iHub and am looking for information on NetCommerce, Inc., as I am one of the original investors in MetroplexWeb. Unfortunately I never saw the press release last year when Commodore Ventures was looking for us.
Can you help at all? I've tried the email address given by Commodore, but it was undeliverable. I have sent a letter to the Netherlands at the address in your post, but too early to tell on that.
Thanks for any information you may have.
is this stock ever going to do anything? it has been in the trash for years.
Here is some new news for shareholders in NEET. It may be possible for this one to rise from the ashes. hold your shares and call for proxies to vote with!

Here's one way to gain a few extra shares. Buy some NEET and it's included in some of it's spin-offs. Check this release. Good thinking on how to obtain a stockholder base for the new company.

Press Release
NetCommerce And NewData Strategies
Management Agree On Acquisition Structure
And Will Travel To Europe For Meetings On
Joint Ventures, Acquisitions, And Financings
INTERNET WIRE -- NetCommerce, Inc., (OTCBB: NEET - news; news; news;
www.neetstock.com), and NewData Strategies (``NDS'') have agreed on the
structure of how NDS is to be acquired. The management of both companies has
agreed that the transaction structure most advantageous for each company's
shareholders is for NDS to be acquired by a wholly owned subsidiary of
NetCommerce. Subsequent to the acquisition, NetCommerce would change the
name of the subsidiary to NewData Strategies and spin the company out. The deal
would result in NDS becoming an autonomous, publicly traded company.
The terms of the transaction would include a stock dividend being declared by the
Board of Directors of NetCommerce. Each NetCommerce shareholder of record
as of a specific date would receive a certain number of shares in the newly spun out
entity, NDS.
Pursuant to the transaction plan, NetCommerce would perform additional filings
with the Securities and Exchange Commission, to enable NDS to be traded under
its own symbol and affect the registration of the NDS stock.
``I believe that this method of acquisition maximizes value for the shareholders of
both companies while preserving NDS's ability to maintain control over the course
of our company and advance our business plan in an aggressive manner,'' stated
Kirk Hullison, CEO NDS.
NetCommerce and NDS principals will be attending meetings in Germany and
Holland March 26 through April 2 to discuss European joint venture items,
potential acquisitions and planned financings.
The joint venture partner of Metroplexweb, Inc. (www.metroplexweb.com), and
Commodore Web Design's parent company, Commodore Ventures, a venture
capital firm in Holland, is planning on providing final offering information to finance
the acquisition of NDS during the trip.
NetCommerce plans to acquire NDS as a wholly owned subsidiary, effect the
proposal of the financing of the expansion and growth by Commodore Ventures,
and then spin off the combined entity to create a new public company and a
dividend to the NetCommerce shareholders.
``This proposed structure will create a healthy public company,'' commented
Donald W. Prosser, CFO of NetCommerce. ``We will create a new, fresh public
company with good revenues, a dividend to the existing shareholders of
NetCommerce, and we will not have to modify the capital structure of
NetCommerce. It is a win-win situation for everyone.''
``I am excited to meet our new partners in Europe,'' stated Kirk Hullison. ``We are
anxiously awaiting the next step and feel we can move forward very quickly with
the right structure.''
