Soon begins the public information releases. The "quiet" time lasted 14 months. A very long time.
It's trading!
65K volume all around $1.00
Great to at least have a symbol. Now they just need to get that bird built and in the air!
Prospectus -- Rule 424(b)(4) filed today. Getting closer.
Monday the 27th.
If you have Microsoft Word you can download both the old and the new SB-2's and tell Word to compare. It will then highlight the differences for you...... IF you have Microsoft Word.
Yet another SB-2/A on file. I wish they highlighted the amendment to the previous, they all look the same to me.
Which Monday?
:-P
Another SB-2/A filed yesterday.
I can't see anything different from the one last month. Is this anything of significance?
an integral member of the "getting registered" process suffered a medical problem that stopped everything until they could get the now filed SB-2A input.
You wouldn't believe what was the most recent holdup in this path to "trading." This should be the last answer to the SEC. Now, how long will they take before SEC approbation?
SB-2/A filed last night with SEC.
I guess we're getting closer to having a new symbol and actual shares again. Let's get this bird off the ground, quite literally.
I had expected it before now - as you know from my earlier posting. So we have established I am not an expert. Having said that - Next Thursday 9/28/2006.
How much longer until the new symbol comes out?
Last Friday the revised SB-2 was submitted to the SEC. How long until the shares begin trading??
The final SEC approval of the SB-2 filing for the new Utilicraft stock has been received I have heard. Next is the assigning of a trading symbol. It appears the long wait is nearly over. The stale Utilicraft site will be updated soon also. Now lets see if my information is accurate.
I believe the new stock is waiting only the final SEC approval before trading begins. Their (Utilicraft) final submission to the SEC is in the hands of the SEC.
Furgeson
New SEC filing of SB-2/A yesterday
can be found at www.secinfo.com very long document but it would appear that they are getting close to having the new stock issued.
Correct Furgeson
at least as far as I know. The company released a statement that it was surprised that people were still trying to trade the AMUC stock because it was worthless at this point. There will be a new symbol when it comes back out, which will hopefully be soon. I hate seeing my worthless shares even though I know it is temporary.
BTW, they did file a bunch of papers with the SEC that are all still in review according to the SEC website.
I thought the AMUC shares became worthless when the dividend of 1 unregistered share of UAI was given last fall.
The Georgia location is no longer as the operation has moved to New Mexico preparing to build a 2nd hangar and begin production. The new stock is said to begin trading any day now.
Isn't it true the company cannot issue public statements while in the "quiet" period to taking UAI public?
I don't know. They have live people answering their phones. I will find out if they are still operational.
isn't this just a shell now?
Hey Gecko, think this thing could ever gather the eyes of the subpenny flippers now???
.004 x .005!!
Any volume would send notice and send this one flying!!
CAN WE GET DUPONT TO PUT OUT A SHAREHOLDER UPDATE?
Anything to gather interest in this stock?
Anyone know his email address?
That would be nice.
If they get that bird in the air, the orders are there waiting.
I bought in today. Saw some volume and thought that maybe we will hear something soon.
From .40 to .01, I think we have some upside.
They've been relocating for over a year.
The original one year lease with Double Eagle II executed on March 31, 2005 expired and they are on month to month per the amendment of March 1, 2006.
I'd just like to see something, anything from this company. Seeing my shares basically non-existent for six or so months doesn't make me happy. I know we'll get the new shares someday, but it still stinks in the meantime.
Utilicraft Aerospace Inc is in the process of relocating from Georgia to New Mexico.
If they did, they kept it a secret.
No news from Georgia or New Mexico in a long time. This bird may be a relic by the time it ever flies.
Didn't Utilicraft Aerospace Inc receive SEC approval of their SB-2 a few weeks ago? If they did won't the new company probably be trading soon?
It's been a very long time since any news has come from Atlanta.
is this low floater still in play
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Word is that this was NOT a surprise
in Lawrenceville, just a part of the big picture.

Afra Airlines and CTK-CiTylinK Announce Alliance for Domestic and West African [DWHGVVL]
Flights
Business Editors
ACCRA, Ghana--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2005--Afra Airlines and CTK-CiTylinK, both Accra-based airlines, today announced they have entered into a cooperative agreement that will enable new flight services for domestic Ghanaian routes and open West African regional routes serving a market of 400 million people in the ECOWAS region.
The new service, called AfraCityLink, starts domestic services from 15 February 2005 and commences its West African regional routes in March.
Capt. Tei Azu, Executive Director of CTK- CiTylinK said today, "The name AfraCityLink was the obvious choice as it aptly describes what we do - we link African cities. AfraCityLink plans to expand to become the preferred link between African cities beginning with the West African Sub-Region from our base in Accra. We are pleased to join forces with Afra Airlines to enable this expansion of services in Ghana and the sub-region."
Representatives of Afra Airlines and CTK-CiTylinK signed their joint cooperation and code share agreement in Accra today.
Capt. Paul Forjoe, Managing Director of Afra Airlines said, "Within Ghana, AfraCityLink's immediate goal is to increase the flight frequency to Kumasi and to expand with new services from Accra to Tamale and Sunyani. On the West African regional front, this alliance will make possible the launch of West Coast destinations like Monrovia, Freetown, Lagos, Banjul, Lome, Cotonou, Abidjan, Bamako and Ouagadogou."
Headquartered in Accra, Afra Airlines is a new consumer airline focused on providing seamless, efficient and low-cost air transport services to and from destinations within Ghana, Africa, Europe and North America. Afra Airlines was recently awarded its Air Carriers license for cargo and passenger operations by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and an Air Tour Operators License from the Ghana Tourist Board. Afra Airlines recently merged with the Boeing 747 owner and charter operator, Global Air Group, to complete their financing arrangements for their purchase of 100 of Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc.'s new FF-1080-300 Freight Feeder aircraft valued at $1.2 Billion for deliveries commencing in 2007.
John Dupont, CEO and President of Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, the manufacturers of the FF-1080-300 aircraft said today: "We congratulate and Afra Airlines on their recent merger with Global Air Group and their announcement to the market today of the launch of AfraCityLink aimed at serving 400 million people in West Africa. This is the first step in what we are sure will become an important and prominent African based initiative to establish Afra's integrated airline, resorts and, most important to Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, their FF-1080-300 cargo feed operations, as a private enterprise initiative made possible with obvious support and assistance by the relevant authorities in the Government of Ghana in line with NEPAD and ECOWAS goals for promoting such development in Africa."
CTK Network Aviation Ltd is a multi-purpose airline company offering executive air charter, general aviation, aerial photography, medical evacuation and scheduled airline services to the Ghanaian and West African business community and public. CTK Network Aviation Ltd, which has been in existence for the past 11 years, introduced domestic flights in Ghana under the trade name of CiTylinK on Thursday, September 18, 2003 plying the Accra-Kumasi route. CTK Network Aviation Ltd presently operates five (5) aircraft. Four are fully owned and the fifth, a Let 410-UVP is on lease.
CTK Network Aviation Ltd was awarded its West African regional route designation by the Ghana Government on 10 June 2004 and is poised to commence operations from its hub in Accra shortly with the introduction of two (2) regional jet aircraft and one 30 to 40-seat turbojet aircraft with the assistance of Afra Airlines. CTK's stated policy is to pioneer and enhance the aviation experience and awareness in the West African sub region - and the route expansion and cooperation agreement with Afra Airlines announced today is a pragmatic expression of that business strategy.
CTK was founded in May 1994 by two Ghanaian pilots, a Dutch engineer and a Photogrammetrist. Their sound management, along with extensive worldwide experience in their specialized fields, has enabled the company to grow a single Cessna 206 in 1994 to its present fleet of five (5) aircraft - a further two (2) regional jet aircraft and one 30 to 40-seat turbojet aircraft are now planned to be added over the next two months with the assistance of Afra Airlines.
Mr. Koos Vlaar, Director of CTK-CiTylinK said, "CiTylinK and Afra Airlines are excited at the prospect of providing the traveling public with a new, viable, reliable and direct alternative." Mr. Vlaar went on to announce the new theme for the joint operations as "AfraCityLink: Linking African Cities in Style"
Mr. Luke Butler, Executive Chairman and CEO of Afra Airlines stated, "Afra Airlines is building a network. Through this joint endeavor we aim to better serve the ECOWAS region and at the same time to set the foundation to be able to offer regional and domestic links in support of the Ministry of Tourism's initiatives for linking Ghana and West African destinations together with our long haul international destinations. Afra Airlines is committed to punctuality, reliability, value and the delivery of uniquely African hospitality. Our cooperation and code-share agreement today makes possible the launch of our domestic and regional services under the AfraCityLink banner."

'Navajos to proceed on airplane deal deemed risky by state'
http://www.kold.com/Global/story.asp?S=2896791
Seems as thought the Navajo Nation isn't so skeptical, no thanks to the NM Finance Authority and media in New Mexico.
hmmm, the news is on their website, but it appears they didn't PR it yet.
Eat their words
Here's hoping the papers in New Mexico will have to rethink their reporting of AMUC and their partners...

State warns Navajos to slow down on aircraft deal
aljsmbmp
ALBUQUERQUE (AP) - Two state agencies are cautioning the Navajo Nation about a proposed $34 million investment in an aircraft company after a preliminary review uncovered problems with the proposed deal.
The New Mexico Finance Authority cited past bankruptcies, questionable customers and the chief executive officer's sizable severance package after reviewing Utilicraft Aerospace Corp.'s proposal.
The Finance Authority, along with the state Economic Development Department, warned the tribe to proceed with extreme caution before putting any money into the project.
The tribe is considering investing in Utilicraft, which said it would relocate from Georgia and build several plants on tribal land and in Albuquerque. The tribe has said the deal could bring hundreds of high-paying jobs to the Navajo Nation, where unemployment is around 58 percent.
While state economic development officials introduced the company and its plans to the tribe last year, Secretary Rick Homans said in a December letter to a Navajo official that the state never vouched for the company.
Homans told Allan Begay, executive director of the Navajo Nation's Economic Development Office, that such investments in startup companies with no history can be ''very risky.''
The letter also cited a recent issue of industry publication Aviation International News, in which the magazine gave Utilicraft a less than 25 percent chance of success.
Homans wouldn't comment on the proposed deal, and Begay did not return calls seeking comment.
The tribe's Economic Development Committee approved a motion Jan. 12 to invest the first $1.25 million from its Business and Industrial Development Fund. The remaining $32.75 million would have to be approved by the Navajo Nation Council.
At the tribe's request, the state Finance Authority hired a consultant to review the deal in December. A copy of the review was delivered to the tribe Jan. 3.
The review found that the $34 million investment by the Navajo Nation would only buy the tribe a 25 percent ownership stake despite a total company valuation of $8 million to $10 million.
It also found a low likelihood that two key aircraft sales contracts would materialize due to a history of bankruptcies accompanying the CEO of one purchaser and the lack of available information for the other.
As part of the proposal, Utilicraft CEO John Dupont would get a nearly $100 million severance package should problems with the deal develop.
According to the Finance Authority, company rules allow Dupont to initiate his own severance package by terminating himself if his responsibilities are changed, his pay is cut or the geographic location of his job is moved by more than 20 miles.
Utilicraft Aerospace Corp. is a privately held spinoff company of American Utilicraft Corp.

Bad press = Bad reporting
Don't be surprised to see the bad press about AMUC in The Herald in New Mexico yesterday being completely debunked quickly. Seems as though the piece was more of an attack on Bill Richardson and the NM State Government and they were just using AMUC for that agenda.
More people beliving the 2/15 exchange will be for the better.
