Thanks for the quick reply ,, I do doubt there is anything the sec can do but I am pretty sure that there is some unanswered questions about how all this went down. And If indeed someone was willing to do the footwork to discover if the current firm who holds a product that looks on the surface to be the same this firm use to market .. Then to me there is reason to think that there were actions that were taken either prior or after the bk that the BK Judge was not aware of. I don't have enough in this to even worry about it. But if others do it may be worth their time and effort to follow up on this line of thought.

Pilot: The SEC only cares about the registered securities of the stock, GPSNQ. The SEC revoked those registered securities, so essentially GPS Industries is now a private company that can operate their business according to municipal and State laws.

Unless there were Securities Violations committed by GPS Industries it is my layperson's opinion that the SEC would have no further interest in the company.

Shareholders are discarded in revoked securities and in most instances the stock and company were illegitimate operations and not viable whereby litigation for shareholder losses would be futile.

If GPS Industries is a legitimate and viable business you could seek the counsel of a Securities Attorney to pursue the company for stock losses incurred.

Has anyone seen the product the stock CADY has .. it looks like the same thing the GPSNQ had prior to the so called BK they had.
I am sitting on shares so would like to know if any one else sees the same thing. If so how did CADY get the product,>> Patent fee or purchase of product via a back channel?? any speculation??
If anyone finds out please pass it along to the posted SEC folks someone put up a few links below..

Krisl: The Admin Proceeding was crystal clear that GPS Industries either files ALL delinquent Financials immediately or the stock will likely be revoked.

Excerpt from the Admin Proceeding:

Whether it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months, or revoke the registration of each class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act of the Respondents identified in Section II hereof, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents.

Since Jan 1st 2010 the SEC Admin Law Judge has revoked over 600 registrations on DEFAULT reasons when the suspended company did not file all delinquent Fins.

GPSNQ files Fins or the stock WILL be revoked.

I see. EOPIQ said the same words in 07/10 and last Friday it finally canceled all the common shares last Friday. Hope it would not happen here since I still own some GPSNQ shares and try to get out with the

I just received the email from the General Counsel of the company. I
have not not seen any SEC filing or press yet. GPSNQ should file the formal 8-K to let all know their plan to cancel the common shares...

At the moment there is no official document that is saying that GPSNQ will be cancelled, so i believe we still can have a nice run here. Volume has been a little bit higher the last days but when you compare it in $-terms then we are still trading low.

To be honest, i dont know. I mean they have been saying since 2009 that they are going to cancel the shares. They still havent, so if someone has got some plans for the shell we will know sooner or later.

What value showed us today is the same message he had a few years ago, so why this has gotten so much volume recently is kind of strange. Anyone doing any real digging would have known that.

In time we will know.

What do you think about GPSNQ? I got the felling that we can move 1000% higher, but for some reason nobody want to put money into play. I believe when buying at current levels that you have a 85% chance that you make some profit.

I was able to add another 800K shares today, and i'm still planning to add more and more shares. 800K shares only cost me $480 and what can be the gain? $4800, or even more, and I'll only lose $480, just have a dinner or two less in my life :)

last July then became a shell. However the CEO canceled it today. As
matter of facts many "Q"s survived from the cancellation and became
the very valued shells (ex. SGDH, EVCL, USTX).

maybe, there is always a big chance that Q stocks got canceled, but I'll never trust a email, for the easy reason that mail communication can never be trusted and is not allow to release news to investor in that kind of way. You can only release news with using a PR or any other SEC rules. Anyway, it is not bad to put in a few hundred bucks into play at this levels, when you lose it then you just stay at home for 2 days and not going out for dinner. The profit can be HUGE!!! Maybe the shares will not be cancelled and there will come a R/M. GPSNQ is already out of BK, so it is already trading as a shell company.

The Ch 11 plan was a liquidating plan, and accordingly, the case recently converted to a Ch 7 liquidation and a part of that liquidation, my understanding is that the shares will be cancelled. IF you have any follow up questions, please feel free to contact me directly anytime.

A good support at BID is not bad too... I've a big buy order at .0006 so this should give us some support. I already own 5M shares, so it is not really necessary to add another 5M shares at ask. Of course i'll check every day, if i will change my BID support closer to the ASK or not, but at the moment I already own a nice amount of shares.

i have been in this for a while. to be honest, i have no clue where the recent interest came from.

Hopefully its a sign of really good things to come. If something has fundamentally changed here, this could be a potential monster. Much more than just a simple trade.
