What's your honest thoughts on the OTC lack of volume and this company getting some recognition from new shareholders?
Looks like 200K gross profits on 600k in sales, I'm assuming this is from 2 or 3 houses sold. Most money was eaten up by expenses and paying back loans.
Hopefully, they used the first few house sales to clean up the books a bit.
It is nice to see this company finally generating revenues, if nothing else they're breaking even.
It will likely take the next few quarters to see the margins improve.
I think they only sold a couple houses in q2, while the majority of what we've seen on twitter will fall into q3 filings.
I always figured their profit would come from the last 10 or so houses they build, while the first lot of them will be to pay back the financing they put up.
Maybe it's wishful thinking... if the OTC was not so dead, this filing would have made people take notice.
What did you think of the Q2 financials?
Expecting this to change once the revenues are reflected in the financials.

They started generating revenue in Q2 of this year. -from most recent filing. Judging by the twitter, it has been snowballing. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the revs next quarter are higher than current market cap!!!

I also think we should see $8mil to $12mil Market Cap slowly grow organically. And that's being conservative. As long as they keep dilution minimal (AND THEY HAVEN'T DILUTED IN YEARS) this could be sitting at a very nice PPS in the future.

The almost daily updates are definitely a new step for PCLI.
Now that they've sold a few homes the rest of the estate will fill up for sure.
Given how comprehensive the financials are we'll likely see exact numbers for these updates soon, then we'll be able to gauge how much PCLI's stake will profit from this venture.
Once we see revenue this will move up organically, a 5 to 10 million market cap is not out of reach, we're at 750k atm.

Don't sweat it... it's a non dilutive, legit company, good SS, and now with revenues coming in, you'll be fine. I understand the frustration, it's been years in the making but it should be ok. Worse course it's a ripe candidate for a pump lol

I wouldn’t mind if he did some sort of joint venture with CBTC . Crypto stocks starting to come back around .
Besides how the technicals are looking better (chart, accum, L2 etc but we still need volume and news) there hasn't been dilution in years, no dumping going on at these levels, seem like it is and was getting loaded, it's bottomed I feel, he's kept it current for a reason, a good enough SS to make some nice move hopefully, according to the listing realtor (Nikki Owen) they have sold more than half of the houses in River Edge and should have all 36 sold by late winter/early spring, and have plans with phase 2 to build homes on/River views next.

What do you like about PCLI? I think there's more potential here than Paul's other company CBTC. I've been following both for a few years.
At least PCLI has some houses listed for sale now in Rivers Edge. Just not sure if they'll actually be built and profitable, like none of his bitcoin mining ever was
