> a little volume and an up day. imagine that!
Yeah, someone using NITE has been buying this past week, every day. I sold them some of my shares today at .069
Well, here's the recent time-line for the PHSM Printing Press...

So now we're talking about ~140M shares currently, with a R/S and more financing on the horizon, and the MC has gone up 2.5x.
I'm not a fan of this management.
just wishing this could move like the other small stem cell plays. Hopefully the reversed does not get approved. The float seems tightly held the way it moves up on volume, not to mention being on the sho list now.
Fingers crossed that PHSM might get mentioned some where...and
then we'll get a pop.

Yes, but we've got some hurdles to cross...an upcoming R/S, and
more borrowing -- see recent def 14a and 8-k filings.
I did see the recent filings and was hoping that those shares would not flood the market. Hopefully being insiders they are more for the long term of this company. I was mostly looking at this one for a longer term play. Maybe once all their ducks are in a row we could move to the levels of SCLL. For the most part what I believe to be happening is the company just getting their share structure in place while the price is this low and not in the public eye so much.
and that site is not mine sorry. I have my site down now which is christianryan.net I am doing some revamping and possibly will have a new homepage.
Hello,
I just noticed that Ihub had a board for PHSM...
This last 8-K implies a double of the O/S, which
I'm not too happy about, but the entire venture is pretty risky
to begin with. At this point, I'd say my position is a "wild bet"...
Is this your work at http://www.christianryan.com ?
Very nice.
Best Regards,

Long 8K out this am. Looks like they sold shares to 17 accredited investors. And also locked in some mgmt. with shares. Shares sold at .044. Not too bad. I doubt these shares will be flipped at these levels so dilution shouldn't be a concern. To me it really seems they are just setting up employees for the future.
Well, I am in with a decent position.
I am really pleased with the new ceo. She seems to have impressive records managing, consulting and credentials. Also, she is quite impressed with the prospect of NeoStem.
Volume came in after news yesterday, or maybe was a relief bounce after hitting .045 on the day prior. Looks like stock that may have some similarities to SCLL. Not sure though someone correct me if I'm wrong.
