Tuesday August 16, 10:36 pm ET PALM DESERT, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 16, 2005 -- Silver Syndicate Mining Corp. (Other OTC:SDMC.PK - News) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of privately held Palisades Furnishings, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, which is a concept leader in the retail furniture industry and is currently doing business in Palm Desert, California. The company's trading symbol shall be changed to the new symbol "NNDL" (OTC BB:NNDL.OB - News), effective August 17, 2005. Christopher Kurstin has been appointed as acting President and CEO of The 99 Dollar Stores, Inc., and Matthew Kurstin has been appointed as the company's Secretary. Both gentlemen have been elected to the company's board of directors.
