Just sold my shares again at $6.66. Bought them at $3.84. The equivalent of $0.35/share per RS.
And yet I bought back in at the pre-split price of $0.2057. Sold at $0.30 and back in at $0.20 for free.
Beautiful.
I got my shares back for the equivalent of $0.2057 pre-RS.
It happened over the weekend, 1/19
When is the RS? I thought the price/ number of shares was set at closing today? Am I right?
I’m with you. It’s why I’m looking for re-entry before the RS. I know this thing will run wild.
You will not see 30 again, I hope. I want to see 8.00
And my most recent statement was $0.50 because they diluted some if you’re going to quote me.
I wasn’t holding for $0.50 and it went to $0.32 from $0.16 at the time. Way more accurate than your prediction.
Pretty sure a few posts on a message board doesn’t count as pumping, but rather as opinion.
Why are you whining so much? You didn’t sell on the pop? A widely known technical reason to sell.
Count it as a lesson you just learned. It will see $0.30 again. You just have to wait for the next pop.
Yes. Because my 12,000 shares mattered when 6 million shares were sold.
You’re ridiculous.
And as I said, I still believe in the company. It’s called day trading and swing trading. Don’t be mad that you didn’t get out at 30 when it broke Support like I did.
You’re whining. Stop it.
and yet you were selling AMMA shares into the market while pumping the stock
Yes sir. And it is on my watchlist to buy back in. I missed the dip this morning because of work, but my sell was at .30.
Apparently, I know more about trading than you do. I know about stocks retracing after news pops.
So, let me see if I can understand this
you claim that
"This company has a great long term future."
yet you are selling the stock into the market, all of your AMMA stock?
ha!
good one
I sold on the pop because I missed selling on the last 2 pops. I’m going to buy back in also though. This company has a great long term future.
From what I gather, the people behind this, put their money where their mouth was. I think well in excess of that number has been added to the value of the company to get this company, not necessarily the stock, flying.
AMMA Common Stock Valued At $0.50 Per Share in Connection with Acquisition Transaction
SCWorx sees Significant Revenue Growth and Momentum Going into 2019
Company will have in excess of $5 million in cash upon Closing
Any shareholder could have been there yesterday and told us how they perceived of the on goings? Was anyone there?
It’s not a .50 merger per se. Read the docs.

It’s true, they have an actual product and it actually sells to hospitals. For once this isn’t a scam stock with a Boca Raton meeting..
and why don't you tell us WHO assigned the $50 million value and to what it was assigned to?
Most scam stocks do because they don’t have $50,000,000 being attached to their value. Check out SCworx. They have actual revenue.
actually, no
most scam stocks like AMMA that do a massive reverse split eventually drop down to the original price before the split
not surprised though
and why is this not surprising?
because this is how scam stocks trade!
That has been known by those of us in it for the $.50/share for a while. If they take it to $4, you better believe it becomes a low float stock that the big boys that trade $1-$10 stocks will manipulate upward to that $10 mark.
I’m ready for those kind of profits and those of us here for a while are too.
3. An amendment to the certificate of incorporation of AMMA to effect a reverse stock split of AMMA common stock sufficient in the judgment of the Board of Directors to result in a minimum bid price of AMMA’s common stock of at least $4.00 per share at the closing of the Acquisition (the “Stock Split Proposal”) (the reverse stock split ratio is anticipated to be in the range of between 1/15 and 1/25 where the numerator is the number of new shares being issued and the denominator is the number of shares outstanding for which such number of new shares is being issued).

They were the stock only to promote AMMA. After losing major shareholders due to offering. Still watching for bs pr soon.
On the second day this thing traded I called for it to be delisted by the end of 2018. I was getting threats and being trashed on the boards because people are emotionally involved when it comes to sports and stocks. Mix the two and people get really heated when someone points out something will fail miserably. I wrote the research on the stock early on of why no secondary sports company is ever successful. While these leagues can attract a loyal fan following, this is never enough to create shareholder value when these companies are brought public. Just view Major League Football, World Hockey Association and several basketball leagues that have been public over the years. If AMMA is to survive it will do so as a private company that is owned by several promoters and financed with risky loans. Revenue will never be large enough to support the company being a NASDAQ listed company. Shares will trade below a penny in 2019 and eventually the company will stock financial reporting.
Merry Christmas! And happy new year! Thanks for all you do.

Haha fair enough
I'll take .50 compared to .15
Looks like .50 on new article
Merger still under way. 10k filed
$AMMA Alliance MMA, Inc. SEC Filing: Form PREM14A https://t.co/yYdYhmGJDm

Per article concerning merger SCWORX is reportedly worth $50 million, so even if they dis dilute to 17 million shares, that's around $3.00 per share
Thank you for that. Let’s hope that’s all they do. Glad you paid attention to that.
Was 15 million shares outstanding, now its 17 million and I would guess they gave it to the brokerage company to pay for the acquisition
Where did you see dilution? OS hasn’t been updated since November.
Price at takeover should be .67.
I want to buy, I’m having a hard time calculating where the price should be at the takeover? .15 - .17?
I may jump back in then. Watching
.15 might be coming with more dilution and the backwoods takeover.
Yeah lookinto jsda
Are you in @ .15?
The fastest way to go public is to buy a shell. The acquiring company is the real deal and is getting listed on the cheap. I just don’t like the structure for existing shareholders.
If they can pump it all the way up to .80 cents - I don't mind the dump...
