Maybe other MMs would buy shares dumped to cover their leftover short positions?
Wow, SHLWQ is already "fka SHLWQ." IHUB's Speedy. If they'd only shut down all the other worthless junk.
Final-day trading probably included lots of covering shorts and yes, perhaps some MMs dumping their last inventory (but who would buy? Eric???)
My final trading report for SHLWQ. FINRA deleting this symbol at midnight on Sunday.
50 total trades (highest this week)
High - $.0699
Low - $.0205
Total volume - 400,712 (highest this week)
Final comments. I'm not surprised by the HUGE volume on the final day of trading of these warrants. I am surprised by the number of shares (115,844) that were traded at or near the ASK price. I can only suppose that this might have been due to MM's closing out their positions.
Thank you Renee. Was wondering how quickly FINRA would act after the expiration date.
I guess that makes today the last day these worthless warrants can be traded.
No wonder the volume has been the highest today since mid-May.
Just proves the old adage that "something is better than nothing". Even as late as this morning, there were a couple trades at $.06. Currently the ask price is $.03.
Can warrants actually trade sub-penny? (The 52-week low was $.01)
SHLWQ: Sears Holdings Corporation Warrant Exp 12/15/2019.
FINRA will delete the symbol effective Dec. 16,2019 at 00:00:00, ie., before the market opens.

Tomorrow will be my last post of trading summaries for SHLWQ. These warrants are scheduled to expire on 12/15/19.
Last trading day before warrant expiration is really Friday, Dec 13. Is there a way to exercise them on the weekend?
Note the wording: "The Warrants will be exercisable from their issue date until December 15, 2019" which may mean warrants expire at the end of Dec 14.
BUT "Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the Warrants may be exercised at any time starting on the date of issuance until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on or before December 15, 2019. (See “Description of the Warrants—Exercise” for more information.)

Certainly some still hold Sears warrants. For one thing, there's real risk when Grandpa plays junk and becomes mentally incompetent or dies and his estate finds the stock/warrants long afterward. This issue is a great example of that risk.
Similarly I wonder how many winning lottery tickets have been forgot by elderly. (not me since I never play lotteries)
Will be watching SHLWQ this week ...
Would be very surprised if anyone still holds these warrants.
There have been two trades so far today. One for 9,552 at the bid price ($.04). The other trade was for 200 at a price of $.055, exactly half way between the bid and ask prices.
I will be following the "action" here for the rest of this week. Just curious how this trades in its final week of existence.
I agree with you. Time decay will deem it worthless but imo the bankruptcy case should wrap up before expiration date.
Most important piece of warrants are the adjustment features. IMO.

All this assumes there’s a business combination.
Current price is too cheap to pass up. GLTA
Doesn’t sound sketchy at all!
depending on the company there are different outcomes that would transpire. for sears i believe based on the court documents ive read is the warrants will transfer in the case of a merger. the warrants expire this December tho so if somehow its takes until next year to litigate everything with the POR i believe the warrants will be worthless.
Do warrants go with the new company jmo
someone email me so we can trade some insight. i know a guy close to lampert . i want to see if anyone can corroborate what my guy is telling me.

Why you think they will skyrocket? Thanks
Volume has been crazy two days and price action too!
totally...what course of action do you recommend? Can you buy and sell same day??
Alot of people dont know about these warrants, but soon these will skyrocket and that is why we are here. Good luck everyone
I took someone's advice and took a position that is 10% of my common shares position
I believe that on the 21st.
That news from court will send
This alot higher
SHLDW changed to SHLWQ and delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC:
