FDA Approves XARACOLL® (bupivacaine HCl) Implant, a Non-opioid, Drug-device Treatment Option for Acute Postsurgical Pain Relief for up to 24 Hours Following Open Inguinal Hernia Repair in Adults
Doubt it, but more importantly, you would not see $6. You no longer are a shareholder of INNL - INNL does not exist. Someone could buy the drugs and ops from Gurnet, but you would not be party to that transaction.
If there were such a deal, the buyer would assume the liability for the CVRs. They still might or might not make the milestones, and if the milestones were not reached, no payments to CVR holders would be due.
Is this an option ?
One of the milestones is reached and Gurnet Point decides to sell the Company to a higher bidder, say for $6+/share.
At the end of the day, they are in it to make money as well.
What do you think?
$1.75 is all you get right now. Other payments will be made if milestones are met within time frames as spelled out in the prospectus.
Only got 1.75$ and what is contingent value mean that up to4$?
Got my payment today in S-Trade account. Now it's time to wait for future CVR's
As a result of the completion of the Acquisition, Gurnet Bidco now owns the Company, and the Company’s shareholders of record as of immediately prior to the completion of the Acquisition, are entitled to receive (i) $1.75 in cash and (ii) a contingent value right which represents a contractual right to receive payments up to a maximum aggregate amount of $4.90 in cash upon, and subject to, the occurrence of certain CVR Payment Events, for each ordinary share of the Company owned by them immediately prior to the completion of the Acquisition.
???is this mean
anyone knows about the current share holder that still holding shares? will they get paid or what?

8K indicates shareholders approved deal. Have not seen a PR yet, maybe they are waiting to be able to include a projected close date.
It looks like traders are scalping the triangle pattern. IMHO if we get a full candle to close outside of the pattern and a follow through the next day will determine the direction of the next move. But it is getting close to the end of the pattern, so we should see something happen soon good or bad.
Some action today.
Wound tight, very tight.
INNL$ Yup, pushing on that upper bollie now. Gonna have to break through sometime.
Looking strong. Waiting for break out to $3 range based on confidence in CVR payout
L2Hunter has moved on to greener pastures, like the shameless pumper that he is.
I still own INNL and am still following it. I will consider adding more once a definite date is set for deal closure.
I'm still following and holding the stock for the eventual profit.
Am I the only one still following this stock? I haven't heard any significant news and message boards appear to be minimum.
No kidding. Going to make a move to $2.50 sometime soon. Need a little confidence that the first group of CVR's will pay out and we move up.
INNL$ Wonder how much tighter these bollies can get?
Yup. No worries here. Either sideways or up. Low risk investment. Chart here can be deceiving because of the "guaranteed" bottom of 1.75. I have a stop loss and am moving profits from other trades into here for the CVR rights..... my three year vacation fund
INNL$ Now at 17k, so it budged 3000, since I last posted. Again, I think shares are scarce and nobody is selling big into the bid, at the moment. This could move quick, with a little volume. I agree, bids are hidden regularly.
Ya, but that bidder is patient. Not likely they will slap the ask until these small sells stop.
Full bid appears to be hidden as well. People sell into it and it does not budge. Could be much larger than we see imo
INNL$ Nasdaq bid sitting again for 20k+. Any volume and this goes to $3 quick.
I'm buying more of this gets back down in the 2.05 range
GM INNL. Let's have another green week. Getting thinner everyday. Does not take much volume to push this to $3 range
INNL$ Yes--Something is up. NASDAQ trying to get filled on bid @ $2.14 for over 2 hours now. 30,000 just went off at $2.1499.
Exactly. Not quite sure I see much downside here. You might lose 25 to 30 cents on buyout date at current price, but in return you have the CVR's that are tied to meeting certain performance metrics that if met are a win for everyone holding, not to mention their prices are fixed and not at the mercy of the market fluctuation. It seems like a pretty solid risk for a small investment.
INNL$ Looks that way. Bollies getting tighter. Would be nice to see a pop into the $3 range.
Ya, pretty slow. I imagine anyone buying shares at this point intends on holding through the buyout so float should be getting locked up before too long
8k out. CFO stepping down but will be involved until the BO is complete. New CFO is also named.
A positive is old CFO shares are locked in and cannot be sold prior to BO.
INNL$ Yes, saw the CMF as well. Looking strong, just waiting. LOL, those gambling addictions need to be satisfied! Hahaha
Watching for a bounce off the daily 20sma. Has been bouncing off the 20 for a little over 3 months now. Chaikin money flow turned positive Friday.
Overall pretty boring though. Had to move some money to more volatile stocks to keep my gambling addiction happy
INNL$ Nice bids this morning. Still churning, Bollies are tightening up.
GM INNL. Let's have a good week. It's been holding up well and seems ready to move. I've been buying in low 2s. Seems like a pretty safe risk reward in this range imo
