Been reviewing the UBS 2nd quarter results
Financial risks section
They have 1.5t at risk from the CS take over event as they have defined that risk with a factor of 3 weighted for all line items
They do have reserve capital funds
But the question is now
Will those funds be enough to cover the flood and tidal wave when it comes
GLTA
***** Agreed ! AMC will go bankrupt !!! Soon as private equity ( AMC insiders ) lines their pockets with more money then squeezes every drop of money from the company and its shareholders
ENOUGH SAID
Asset swap between one class of bonds and another - that's what the bondholders are having issues with. Shareholders have no say in the matter.
Good riddance to Hollywood that is evil. I will not miss it at all. Hollywood was started by evil to begin with anyway. Druids made their wands out of that wood for spells. Typical pagans who worship Satan. Never knew AMC is going into a different field. They can pay me to mine my properties in Arizona. I have plenty of acreage there loaded with gold, silver, copper, and oil in 4 different counties.
if jamie dimon and jp morgan are still shorting gold, they are getting their butts kicks. this makes me happy!!! countries running back to the gold standard, brics is the largest buyer since 2022 and investors are looking for safety.
not a good sign for our inflated markets or our dollar.
No, it's good bye Hollywood. AMC will build massive operations in Nevada as predicted with the fall of Hollywood. More to come.
$1.2Billion invested, preparing for massive commercial operation at AMC's Hycroft Mine.
A second Refinery is under construction with everything in place. This is a massive commercial operation.
Hycroft is expected to have a workforce of over 500 when it's said a done. All infrastructure is prepared, in place and ready.

CEO Diane Garrett said; We have a tremendous amount of infrastructure already on site at Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation – infrastructure that, if planned and purchased today, would exceed well over a billion dollars. That advantage means we’re ahead of the curve of a typical developer.

Paramount Pictures laying off 15% of their employees. That is because movies suck today and have for decades. Goodbye AMC. See you in Chapter 11. I wasted money once again.
QTR 3 $112,000,000 behind last year with 7 days to go
BOX OFFICE numbers DOMESTIC US
2024 $2,537,990,495 #1 release so far Deadpool & Wolverine $627,204,473

NVDA up $5 equals 100 AMC businesses
up $5 is 25B shares x 5 which is a gain of $125B in market cap
that means, if same amount of money flew into AMC today, it could run to $100 per share (halts not included lol)
AMC stock looks like death by a thousand cuts
the markets are at record highs AND so is gold. looking great coming into the elections. 42 more days of barcoding for amc so just settle back and watch your other investments.
who knows what will happen after the election but it won't be good with either candidate. the markets, banks and the dollar are in big trouble and nobody can stop it, only delay it.
AMC is being professionally walked down daily and/or share dilution on daily basis
minus some very bad news, AMC stock could be putting in a floor with Qtr 3 ending and about to enter 4th quarter strength
i am very interested to see how The WILD ROBOT performs over the next two to three weeks
the visuals are outstanding
Not default if payments are made
But it’s a breach of contract
With the revised asset swap
Due to a contract rollover
Quick question
Do shareholders have a claim that Was there collusion between parties ??
Because they designed the strife to hood wink back the run??

🔴🔴AMC is now ¢0.45 cents (12.8x) NOT MOASS?!:
But anyway, after the *real* AMC post reverse split price CRASH I'll average *down* even harder?
Like... after CITADEL SLF will bring price from $20 to $2?
Then, this $2 will be the equivalent of ¢0.20 cents pre-R/S, which is an *** AWESOME *** averaging DOWN price wow?!
Thank you thank you thank you?
What are your thoughts about this?
Any company with bonds in default has one foot in bankruptcy and the other on a banana peel.
Judge will not rule
Judge will force the parties into a settlement
It may take 1.5 years
But AMC will pay off the debt payment amount based upon the settlement terms which will be justice approved
It’s a collar on the stock
Matter of time before it’s removed

Judge: "Okie-dokie"
This could grind in the $4 area for months until the judge okays the bankruptcy.

AMC $3.50 or $5.50 is next
yes, one or the other and it will happen soon
the only question is which direction
hard to see $3.50 because it could have easily gotten there over the past 100 sessions
🔴🔴AMC OBV goes UP or DOWN tuesday eh?: https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2023/8/14/plodmAMC_OBV.png
What are your thoughts about this?
Certainly getting interesting
AMC closed at 4.66 and 1.152M shares traded at closing bell
GME closed at 22.31 and 1.32M shares traded at closing bell

Credit Suisse............. glad I'm out of that dump UBS. They still have one stock holding they bought for me as an OTC. Now they can't seem to find the purchase records when my account was transferred from Morgan Stanley to UBS as my accounts were transferred. Nobody will take these shares of this Company as they are OTC so I cannot transfer them to Fidelity, Guess when my boat comes in I may have to lawyer up. The DTCC has a record of the purchase. They ARE the Depository Trust........ right~? 😸🤣😹😂
UBS, DTCC, Credit Suisse......... send in the Clowns............ 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡............. there ought to be 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Just holding tight waiting............. recidivists all~!

It's exciting to see $AMC holding strong at key technical levels like the 200-day moving average and the 21-week moving average.
The potential for a significant breakout, similar to what we saw with GameStop in 2021, is intriguing.
Currently, AMC is trading around $4.76,… pic.twitter.com/uPAppV4fQF
Amc broke 200ma, retested multiple times & held. Retested 21 Weekly. It held. Now picture Amc doing a Gme (2021), over the next quarters. 5 dollars at the 200 breakout, top exploding out into a full on squeeze, above 200 Weekly. New highs.

$AMC baby~!
as much as they like to pretend, what they are doing is not for free. it’s costing big bucks and it’s spreading across a bunch of shorters and their counterparties.
it will explode.
🔴🔴Nebuchad, ¢0.52 cents AMC WON'T be MOASS LOL?!:
Interesting vol at close
AMC added at bell 6.565M shares prior to bell14.208M total vol for day 21.9M closing price 4.76
GME added at bell 21.94M shares prior to bell 33.65M total vol for day 59.6M closing price 21.85
NOTE: Today was huge options expiration.....plus someone purchased 4.67M shares of GME at $19.7/sh at 10:20am......hint of something!!!!
Hope you are right. I am still stuck with 3 shares I can't sell until I break even. The only Beetlejuice that was any good was made in 1988. Anything new will never compare. Vast majority of movies made today push agendas of the loony bins which I don't need to name. After they closed the insane asylum's, these people went to work as public office holders, news media, ad agencies, school teachers, psychologists, guidance counselors and Hollyweird.
AMC RSI under 30 on 60 minute chart
AMC $4.64 oversold now
MACD very bearish...looks like time to form bullish cross back to $5.00-$5.25
Q3 Box Office $200M behind last year
with 10 days to go (two full weekends) left in September
Transformers 1, the Wild Robot, Never Let Go and Beetlejuice
just has to average $20M per day total, and with more releases, even if Box office number comes in lighter, better chance of higher concessions spending over last year Q3

What are your thoughts about this?
Tony is wrong about one thing - unsecured debt will likely get a partial recovery in AMC's bankruptcy. But if the unsecureds don't get paid in full, shareholders get zip. So if the court allows the bondholders to take AMC into bankruptcy, shareholders get zip. Most likely the moviegoers won't see much difference. That's the important thing, the customers.
