Cash burn is concerning. 2-3Q at current burn rate. They are going to need to consolidate with someone soon to survive.

"Strong Q4 Financial Results Following Production Restart

Highest recorded revenues since Q4 2019, with revenues of $9.3 million generating $4.4 million in mine operating income, earnings per share of $0.03 and operating cash flow generated (pre-working capital adjustments) per share of $0.04."

Reading the report it looks as if they paid their debt down to zero, and are generating a nice profit. Forward PE would be at 8.0 at $0.96 a share on the Amex. This is a silver mining company, but gold, copper, lead, etc come right on out of the ground with the silver. They got these results with avg silver at $24 oz. Silver is north of $25 oz, and has been for days. A buy rating was just issued with a target of $1.50 which would easily take out the $1.31 52 week high. Going back to $0.61 or moving up from $0.96? I'd say with silver prices what they are it's going to move up.

I almost had heart failure but at the same time I was happy happy happy!! I had sold out when I seen the pps dropping the other day. My thoughts were well....... I should have not sold! Then today happened and i thought......... dang I'm lucky!!! what a kick in the butt cheeks!! I missed it by only hours!!! I had kept one share as always so I can see what is going on with a stock everyday. Unreal!!! not sure if I will buy back in again for now? Holding off for a while. Good luck to everyone. Just luck I sold 1,499. JMO

Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSE: ASM) announces it has entered into an underwriting agreement dated November 21, 2016 (the "Underwriting Agreement") with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, as sole bookrunner, and Rodman & Renshaw, a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, as lead manager, and certain co-managers (collectively, the "Underwriters"), to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 6,370,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at the price of US$1.57 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$10 million (the "Offering") in Canada and the United States of America. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share of the Company (the "Common Shares") and one-half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"). Each whole Warrant will be exercisable for a period of 36 months after the closing of the Offering and will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) additional Common Share at an exercise price of US$2.00, subject to adjustment.

Well, been buying shares again. Not sure if I'm early but having mining stocks of silver and copper, and gold I think is a wise choice towards the end of the year? Guess we find out. JMO

asm will likely retest previous highs from last spring in 1.60s, and then head higher.

Avino Silver & Gold Mines is an experienced, Vancouver based mining and exploration firm with properties in Mexico and Canada.

The company's primary goal is to reactivate the Avino silver-gold-copper-zinc-lead mine in Mexico, which Avino operated for 27 years beginning in 1974. Low metal prices and the closure of a key smelter forced the operation to close in 2001.

Current metal markets and high-grade discoveries on the property's San Gonzalo vein have greatly improved the economics and feasibility for potential production.

Since 2007, Avino has invested in extensive rehabilitation and modernization of the mill. A 10,000-tonne bulk sample in 2010 is expected to move the project closer to a production decision.

Our key objectives for 2010:

Execute the San Gonzalo bulk sample program.
Continue developing the San Gonzalo resource
Resume production as quickly as possible
Expand resources, reserves and the mines output
Identify and explore new targets on the property

Avino also holds precious metals properties in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

	David Wolfin, President and CEO Mr. Wolfin brings 23 years' experience in mining and finance to Avino's team. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry. Mr. Wolfin studied Business and Geology at Colorado State University. Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Resource Group of companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (President & Director), Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Vice-President Finance & Director), Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (President & Director), Levon Resources Ltd. (Director), Berkley Resources Inc. (Director), Mill Bay Ventures Inc. (Director), Cresval Capital Corp. (Director) and Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$50 million.

	Lisa Sharp, CFO Lisa Sharp is a Certified General Accountant with over 15 years of senior management experience working with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Sharp's experience encompasses financial and regulatory compliance, private placement financings and U.S. Filings. Most recently Ms. Sharp has been the Chief Financial Officer of a technology company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

	Michael Baybak, Director Mr. Baybak has been in public relations for more than 20 years and specializes in financial and market development activities.

	Dorothy Chin, Corporate Secretary Ms. Chin is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, a Canadian Division of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA"). She has more than 15 years experience in the mining and resource sectors, serving with public companies in regulatory compliance, governance, and administration of corporate affairs.

	Jasman Yee, Director Mr. Yee, BASc, P.Eng (BC) is a 1970 graduate of the University of BC with a degree in chemical engineering, economics from Toronto's Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in 1974 and a certificate for completing the Canadian Securities Course. He has over 35 years of operational, managerial, engineering and consulting experience in the processing of precious and complex polymetallic base metals ores within North America and abroad. Mr. Yee is currently the managing director of his own consulting firm and has held senior positions with H A. Simons, Bateman Engineering and Bacon Donaldson & Associates. He has commissioned and started up mines for Falconbridge Copper in Ontario, Canada Wide in Gays River, Nova Scotia, Erickson Gold Mines in Cassiar, BC and the autoclave restart for the Con Mine in Yellowknife, NWT. In addition, he has provided operational assistance and guidance at the Campbell Mine during their switchover from roasting to autoclaving for their gold flotation concentrates.

	Gary Robertson, Director Mr. Robertson is a Certified Financial Planner. He has worked in the financial industry for the past twenty years, and presently serves on the board of several private companies as well as on the board of 5 Canadian junior gold mining companies, including Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd., Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., Coral Gold Resources Ltd., Mill Bay Ventures Inc. and Sage Gold Inc.
