Can you imagine what could have happened if the people running this company had not sold the formula and had any business sense and if this company was still in business when COVID hit? Timing is everything. But so is good leadership. This “company” and its leadership blew it. It deserves to have been revoked! IMHO
Put a fork in it. It’s done. Worst investment ever.
BONU registration revoked:

Chart looks good, very bullish! Ready for breakout
Seems like a superior product but supervision cannot seem to make contact with the right people. VA Hospitals? Odor elimination in RV black water tanks? Chains of Pet stores? and on and on..This company need a real marketing expert. JMO...Tiffer
There is new a new outbreak in the Congo. BONU should start to move on news of its cleaning and abilities
googled The Herald and BioNeutral - an article was written on traders watching shares of BioNeutral(BONU)Don't know why front page article on BONU.
I don't know what is happening,I do know you can buy Ygiene on several sites E-bay, it is still listed on Quip Labs sites for sale and is the lead product on the homepage for SpectraSan.They have alot more going for them than most OTC stocks -patents- on several EPA approved products currently being sold.Maybe they had to settle DelPresto using them-I seriously doubt the founders and sientists who developed their products had any knowledge.I hear he pled guilty and was fined heavily, hopefully BioNeutral can collect and resume operations.
I put a sell order but was rejected. The reason was "The security is undergoing a corporate action and cannot be traded online."
Had a sell order for several months with no activity. A million shares got bought up last month. I know it's not much, but I wonder who's buying? Any possibility that this will come back to life?
Showing signs of life, products-Ygiene-206- still for sale at several locations. It is still the lead advertised product on SpectraSan website.
horrible what happened and went under with no news.
why not just tell us the company went under and screwed all
Why all these messages all of a sudden? This company is garbage.
MM = market makers. In other words, the brokerages that deal in penny stocks.
SEC doesn't do much to protect retail investors and, in fact, often do things that harm retail investors. They are part of the scheme.
Pardon my being so dumb ... what does "MM" stand for?
If I remove "ALL OR NONE" from my sell order ...
they have my permission to sell portions of my shares which is FINE by be.
It would be better to sell some in the hopes of recouping some or all of my initial investment plus commissions.
Most everyone out there is smarter than I've been and they are aware that this stock is soon to be taken down and why, therefore I doubt there will be future buyers in the short time span left until the SEC sends out notices to remove the symbol. If memory serves me I believe they have until around September 30, 2017 to give good cause to keep it listed and so far NONE have given good cause.
Sad thing is this all could have been avoided had they BONU or DOW notified the SEC to remove it YEARS ago.
With plenty of complaints hopefully being filed with the SEC by investors like all of us ... maybe the SEC will fine them both. They got rich and we got screwed.
If u need the money get rid of it.... I think we all got scammed.... Sorry
rua ...Yes it's horrible. I have an inner battle going on.
Do I sell this pump n dump n pawn it off on some other unsuspecting
uninformed soul?
Or do I suck it up and let it go an move on a wiser investor from the experience?
This stock is due to be removed from the selling platforms really soon and I doubt it ever sells. But I can't let that get me down.
This is a time once again for me to make good choices ... my choices affect others too.
I invested $50 less than a year ago plus $9.95 commission fee and right now that's a lot of money to me but ... I think I'll just let it go and move forward a much wiser person having had this 'experience' and do my best to make better investment decisions in the future.
I DO NOT want to dwell in the gutter with other low life's ...
I'll just blaze my own trail to a brighter future with guidance from above!
Remember ... Eventually we all reap what we sow.
The trades going through are almost guaranteed to be MM cross trades, where one sets an exact share amount at an exact price to buy and another does the exact same thing, except to sell. That way, your orders are ignored. MM must be bored and effing around. jmo
E*Trade ... I called them!
I asked WHY I wasn't being allowed to sell my BONU shares.
I was informed that they rarely had orders from anyone wanting to BUY
and when a BUY order was placed it was much smaller than what I was attempting to sell as an "All or None" order.
I was told to consider the volume and place my sell order in smaller share amounts. I would be required to pay a fee each time BUT I would be more likely to SELL some or perhaps ALL of my shares eventually.
If I can sell 1/5 of what I currently have at the current price I will be extremely happy.
The last volume amount sold was 7,000 shares at $.001 = $7.00
DON'T USE CAPITAL ONE INVESTMENTS THEY ARE THIEVES
lol OTC is where companies come to dump toxic diluted shares on retail. Irrelevant if they are QB designated or not. 95% end up diluting into multiple R/S's = SCAMS Including BONU.
OTCmarkets is NOT a scam
There are research tools that one can use via OTC which CAN speed up the stock symbol/company research process. They help one decide if they should buy a particular stock or pass on it.
They use traffic signs and other tools to let the potential buyer know just how much information that company has provided.
OTCQB - THE BEST OF THE MARKET
OTCQX International
OTCQX U.S.
OTCQX Banks
OTCQX Sponsors
OTCQB - THE VENTURE MARKET
Pink Current
The Open Market
The Pink Open Market offers trading in a wide spectrum of securities through any broker. With no minimum financial standards, this market includes foreign companies that limit their disclosure, penny stocks and shells, as well as distressed, delinquent, and dark companies not willing or able to provide adequate information to investors.
As Pink requires the least in terms of company disclosure, investors are strongly advised to proceed with caution and thoroughly research companies before making any investment decisions.
OTCmarkets points the researcher in the direction of locating any and ALL information publicly available AND the SEC, FINRA all provide even more.
OTCmarkets stock screener tool allows you to research in a combination of various ways to help you narrow down perspective stocks you might be interested in.
ALL COMPANIES listed on the OTCmarket website are given THE SAME FORM to fill out in order to BE listed. The MORE information provided the better the company.
When you receive information you LISTEN to what is being said to you ...
THEN you to verify that information ... OTCmarkets and SEC and FINRA are THE TOP PLACES to find ... or NOT find that verification. Then you can make an intelligent investment decision.
Benjamin Graham wrote a book 'The Intelligent Investor' ... he taught Warren Buffet and many others during a time when the INTERNET was unheard of. His book is online in PDF format and readable for FREE!
I'm certain Benjamin Graham would have LOVED to have had the OTCmarket on the internet to help him with his decision making.

The whole OTC is a scam set up to take hard working peoples money away from them. Sad, but true. We've all learned hard lessons in scam central stinky pinky land.
Put it this way I have a penny stock I have 22 million shares if I sell it they will charge me over 800 bucks.... And I did complain to them they responded to me in 3days it was unbelievable they said they did a thorough investigation I filled out the forms on Monday and I had a response of a thorough investigation letter in my mail box by Friday.... It was a joke.... They don't give a shit either.... But thank u 4 the help
In my humble opinion ... YOU need to file a complaint with the
Securities Exchange Commission against Capitol One.
www.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
You'll find the printable forms.
You can file on line too.
I believe if enough people complain ...
the rules might be changed in favor of the consumer.
Let me correct myself here ..
I invested $50 at $ .00005 per share = 1,000,000 shares
The commission fee for buying was $9.95
Capital one charges hundreds of dollars in fees for selling a penny stock.... Wish I knew this B4 I donated all my money into them but never again.... Hope I helped at least one person they are a nightmare even when I call for help they are rude as hell.... I really can't believe they are in business
Capitol One is no different than anyone else.
All are the same.
It is because we purchased sub penny stocks that ARE NOT in demand.
"Grey Market" any stock with "Q" (Bankruptcy) on the end of it an
"R" (Reverse Split) and stock marked "Dark - Defunct" we need to stay away from as well. Any stock that does not show 'audit reports' in a timely quarterly fashion. I'm beginning to feel if they ARE NOT registered with SEC ... stay away from them.
It amazes me how they can say "not in demand" and I watch the volume
go up everyday which means they ARE still selling which means there WAS 'demand'. Just no demand when I'm selling.
They (E*Trade at east) even sells stocks they are not actually holding shares in.
My point is ... they get to keep the buy n sell commissions so there is their profits. Currently E*Trade's would be Buy = $6.95 Sell = $6.95.
IF they gave back the original investment only they'd still get to keep $13.90 from each person. But nope can't do that and are not required to by law. They KEEP that money TOO.
I think once your stock reaches $ .01 which gets it OFF the sub penny list, you should be able to sell it. IF that ever happens.
Hey at least u could put a sale order in capital one investing doesn't even acknowledge my shares but they will let me buy more but I can't sell my shares... What a horrible horrible company but they are this way with all of my stocks if they go up I can't sell only if I lose money.... I've been trying to get out of all my capital one investments but I'm trapped.... The company should not be allowed to b operating... I hope this helps at least one person so nobody goes thru what I have been experiencing for 5 years
Notice To REVOKE - what it means
All the SEC will do is notify all sellers (E*Trade etc) to take
the BONU ticker symbol down and no longer offer it 'for sale'.
The owners of the BONU symbol were given until September 11, 2017 to present to the SEC in writing good cause as to WHY it should not be revoked ... no one responded with any 'due cause'.
EVERYONE who has bought the stock is so royally screwed out of their investment money and commission fees.
Those who owned the symbol were not in on the scams and can not be held responsible for the actions of others. The scam people that have been caught have been sentenced to prison terms of 15 to 20 years and fined billions of dollars.
And the rich get even richer.
I posted an order at 2:15 yesterday to sell my shares of BONU.
My Market Value was/is $1,000.
It is now 2:00 pm almost 24 hours later and still not sold my shares.
I bought this stock at $ .00005 yes that's correct a decimal point
4 zeros and a 5.
Check the VOLUME of shares that have sold just since January
and all sold at MORE than I paid.
When you BUY you pay a fee ($9.95) to E*Trade
When you Sell you pay a fee ($.95) to E*Trade
But E*Trade says the stock is not in demand and they have NO BUYERS
and will not sell my stock.
I count 43 days with volume listings which means SALES and that commission fee. That fee has gone down since my purchase and is now $6.95 to BUY.
All the sell platforms do the same damn thing.
They CAN and DO continue to SELL a stock until the SEC contacts them and tells them to remove it ... making a PROFIT each and every time!

Thx bro I'm stuck here too
I sunk $100 in this BONU BEFORE I even knew there was an OTCmarkets board.
Then I heard in the news of the SEC filings against Montgomery and several others.
I didn't realize I was too dumb to be doing this on my own.
That's EXACTLY the type person (mark) these bottom feeding jerks want.
I'm smarter now ... and I'm learning everyday.
BONU has always showed in my portfolio that it was in the green. Not moving, but always green.
I've tried twice to sell it and E*Trade says they DO NOT have buyers for it and will not allow me to sell.
When I found the scam info and found it was sold to DOW YEARS ago,
I notified E*Trade a few weeks back and told them it had been listed as part of Pump and Dump scams in several lawsuits ... They said they'd check into it ... Yesterday I located an article ... the SEC had filed against the original owner of the company ... he did not De-register after selling out to DOW.
Yesterday ... BONU flashed across my screen with a market value of $1,000 ... I put in an order to sell figuring I'd get the same run-around I got last time ... I don't care about the $1,000 ... all I'd like is my original investment back.
BONU still showing a market value of $1,000 n still green n still not sold ... I'm stuck with this for life I suspect.
Litterally BILLIONS of dollars have been made from these Pump n Dump scams using BONU and several others and I can't get my $100 back.
I've learned MORE right here on investorshub.com from brutally honest people that have shared their gut wrenching experiences in an effort to prevent others from making their same mistakes.
I'm doing the same here today.
This is the OTC. 95% of these companies are SCAMS. Including $BONU.
It amazes me how E*Trade and others can continue to SELL this stock.
It's been listed in several Pump and Dump schemes for YEARS.
The original owner/s sold to Dow YEARS ago and NEVER de-listed with the Securities Exchange. Bad on their part and I hope they do more than just de-list this company.
Today - 7,000 shares were sold at $ .001 per share - a whopping $7.00.
So desperate to make that almighty sale of $7.00!
Lots of other articles out there just like this one!

SEC Files Charges in Multi-Million Dollar Market Manipulation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2015-279
Washington D.C., Dec. 15, 2015—
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a New Jersey man and his company with illicitly pocketing $13 million from an elaborate pump-and-dump scheme.
The SEC alleges that Samuel DelPresto teamed up with others to secretly obtain control of substantially all available stock in four microcap companies and to facilitate coordinated trading that created the appearance of liquidity and market demand for the stocks. After unwitting investors were enticed through promotional campaigns to buy the stock at inflated prices, DelPresto dumped his shares on the market.
“The series of fraudulent schemes alleged in our complaint enticed unwitting investors to pay inflated prices for four companies secretly controlled by DelPresto and others and then left the investors holding the bag when the manipulative activity ceased and the stock price dropped,” said Andrew M. Calamari, Regional Director of the SEC’s New York office.
In a parallel action, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey today announced criminal charges against DelPresto.
According to the SEC’s complaint, the microcap companies manipulated by DelPresto were: BioNeutral Group (BONU), NXT Nutritionals Holdings (NXTH), Mesa Energy Holdings (MSEH), and Clear-Lite Holdings (CLRH).
The SEC’s complaint charges DelPresto with violations of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. The complaint seeks a permanent injunction, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains along with prejudgment interest, financial penalties, and a penny stock bar.
The SEC’s continuing investigation is being conducted by Rhonda L. Jung, Teresa A. Rodriguez, Melissa Coppola, Nancy A. Brown, Adam S. Grace, and Wendy B. Tepperman of the New York office. The SEC’s litigation will be led by Ms. Brown and the case is being supervised by Lara Shalov Mehraban. The SEC appreciates the assistance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

WHOOOO! TO DA MOON! lol Did someone fat finger a buy order?
The Order to Show Cause is only concerned with the fact that the companies mentioned are delinquent in their filings.
Revocation is coming to a theater near you...watch for it.
So these guys going to be brought to justice for ripping off the public? Thanks for providing this.

My executive Q & A series has been going very well. I've interviewed some great CEO's in the Small and microcap arenas. Earlier this week I was fortunate enough to have a chance to site down with Mark Lowenthal, CEO of Bioneutral Group Inc. This company was one that I had reported on a few months ago and have been following since mid November of 2013. It seems like the company has just started to build in the 2014 year and after having had the chance to discuss BONU with the company's CEO, I feel that this will be something that I'll continue to follow throughout the year:
Executive Interview with BioNeutral Group CEO Mark Lowenthal
1. In a few words, can you explain what the company does or is planning to do?
Over the last seven years our Company has developed, tested and is now in the process of commercially introducing a series of state of the art and highly competitive sterilization and bioneutralizer products (products that kill micro-organisms on surfaces and eliminate odors in the air at the cellular level). The products have wide applications in various health and life science segments (acute and long-term care, veterinary care, first response, laboratory research, pharma manufacturing), and in industrial segments (janitorial, sanitation, mold remediation, hospitality), both here at home and abroad. They also have substantial applications across various government and consumer markets as well.
With our testing substantially performed as of late 2012, we began 2013 by first accessing the various marketplaces, then developed a focused sales plan, and finally in the later part of the year began to engage independent sales agents, i.e. independent sales groups and distributors.
Overall we've found the markets extremely receptive, and beginning in 2014 we now believe we are finally beginning to be in a position to leverage our technology. To date we have been severely hampered by being undercapitalized and lacking the resources with which to do this.
2. What Direction do you see your industry headed toward?
There is a continually growing movement on a worldwide basis towards higher standards of sterility and high-level disinfection across a wide variety of market segments which we plan to engage in. In this respect, as a high quality and highly efficacious supplier we have high expectations.
3. What are the key risks the company faces right now?
We feel our chief constraint is our access is to capital. Like most small companies, locating cost effective sources of capital can be (and in the past has proven to be) somewhat tricky. However I will say we are making progress in that area and as things stand currently, I feel our prospects have improved.
4. What projects are you currently looking to begin and/or complete?
We are currently in the process of negotiating a supply agreement and a private label transaction with two major market distributors for coverage both here at home and abroad. In addition, we are also in discussions with a major distributor for a key market segment, and we are close to an agreement to begin consumer testing our Ogiene products overseas.
5. What are the current challenges you're facing that could prevent or slow progress from this/these project(s)?
As mentioned above, access to capital.
6. If all goes as planned, how much revenue does the company anticipate generating from this/these project(s)?
We are in the early stages of commercialization and in the process of collecting new market data all the time, and that being said, over the next five years or so my goal is to have the Company generate sales in the $150,000,000 range.
7. How are you currently marketing your product/brand?
By engaging with firms for supply agreements, distribution agreements, private label transactions and independent sales groups.
8. Where do you think the most significant growth will occur for the company over the next 3-6months?
Four key market segments, laboratory research, pharmaceutical and compound manufacturing, janitorial/sanitation and mold remediation
9. You're the CEO of a small cap company. What is the major discerning factor that sets the company apart from the rest and gives you a competitive advantage?
Our proprietary combinational chemistry that makes up our technology; which is highly effective, highly competitive and cost effective.
10. What are you doing to capitalize on the company's strengths and minimize the company's weakness?
We are actively engaged in micro financial markets and are accessing capital there to finance much of our operations and plan to continue to do so.
11. Are you self-funding your projects or do you work with funding sources as a means for operational cash flow?
Our goal is to become financially self-sufficient through our operations as soon as possible. At the current time we are working with a few lending sources.
12. Is there anything that shareholders should know about you personally?
I am a highly trained and fairly successful professional manager. Shareholders can find my bio on line. I am heavily invested in the company, and as such am committed to its success.
It was a pleasure speaking with Mr. Lowenthal and I would like to thank him for his time. Having had the opportunity to discuss several specific topics sheds more light on the company's direction for the new year and even beyond. Until next time,
