First and foremost. WEYL does most business with "associates" and A-Z. There is zero visibility into how related these are to WEYL.

As far as growth in revenue. They had a one time jump last summer when they spun off A-Z. They added about $4M/q to revenue, but at the same time added about $4.5M/q to cost of sales. I.E., they have friends they are selling contract services to at below cost.

WEYL loses money. Even if there "preliminary" results show some pro-forma profit, it will not be there on the audited year end results.

WEYL had 37M shares outstanding on 1/1/2019. Today, 99.6M. Most of these were sold at over a 50% discount to market. Were they also "associates"?


And the divi play was a clear flag of a scam. When a company sells stock to the public while saying they are going to force a short squeeze, you should know it is a pure play scam.

DON'T TOLERATE LIES!
We were told that Falcon Capital had filed as a 5% shareholder.
When PROOF of this claim was requested, it was dodged despite
the FACTUAL PROOF that showed the claim was BULLSHIT.
Soon after the claim was made that they were now 8% shareholders but yet again
the BULLSHIT was PROVEN FAKE.
The next claim to cover the LACK OF VERIFABLE DOCUMENTATION was that the
10Q would have the proper form in it. BUT, the 10Q is void of this CLAIMED ownership.
IN FACT, THE 10Q DOESN'T EVEN MENTION FALCON CAPITAL
So, the FACT IS .... we were fed FAKE CLAIMS.
Do your own DD folks! There seems to be intentional misdirection going on!

And again, more lies. Why lie about the listing requirements? These people should be prosecuted.

$4 bid price requirement for 90 consecutive trading days before applying

90 CONSECUTIVE TRADING DAYS, trading days does not include weekends or holidays.

THEN, it says BEFORE APPLYING so if it manages to hold the $4 close there will be the application process.

So, 18 weeks BEFORE APPLYING only if it doesn't close below $4.
