(Infinity) is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil in the United States. The Company conducts these operations through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Infinity Oil and Gas of Texas, Inc. (Infinity-Texas) and Infinity Oil & Gas of Wyoming, Inc. (Infinity-Wyoming). The Company's operations are focused in the Fort Worth Basin of north central Texas and in the Rocky Mountain region in the Greater Green River Basin in southwest Wyoming, and the Sand Wash and Piceance Basins in northwest Colorado. Infinity is also pursuing an oil and gas exploration opportunity offshore Nicaragua in the Caribbean Sea.
