Exactly. Lawsuits like this are not going to get through the courts quickly... and its going to be expensive.
Best case this gets resolved out of court but I really don't see how thats going to happen when there is outright fraud here and Carnes and Co are trying to get away with scamming Tradition and the stockholders. Worst case this entire thing could end up being un-done since the terms of the purchase contract were violated.

Carnes and his team were pulling a fast one on the evan Brothers. They never intended in paying 2 5 million for payment. And at the same time the Evan Brothers were attempting to scam minority shareholders in their company along with forging receipts

That is the current market cap valuation.
Empty shells usually have at least a $5 million market cap.

Therefore, the current market cap here is worth 1/10 of an empty shell. That is a crazy low entry point to get in to a stock, especially one with only 17 million O/S.
