NMI Health, you must meet your legal obligations--there is a legal judgement against you in the an amount exceeding $600,000, and you are in default...pay up and then go about your business. You are at risk of losing your patents and other assets...
OK before investing here you should know that the company is in default of the judgement against them per the April news release. They have never paid the judgement and with interest it is now over $600,000. Your CEO is not fulfilling his commitments, if you want to verify go to Applied Nanoscience website (to whom the judgement was awarded) and find the contact info for the CEO there and ask him yourselves.
I took a starter today just in case.
I agree - oh well. Maybe this will give new life to this company.
I noticed the website was back a week or 2 ago.. guess that was a sign.... should have rebought then
oh well
decided to look @ this one again to see if anything happened... when I went to the website it's now a purely white screen with black text that says, Closed.
with this company its stock does spike from time to time. Now will it take 2-5 years for that to happen that is the question. I personally have made money off this stock in the past which is why i always have a small position in them. That being said it wasn't a PR or anything that the company or its management did that caused these spikes. S.A.R.S caused this stock to go from about .5 a share to over 2.00 a share. then it dropped almost as fast as it rose back to .5 and slowly went down from there. I forget the other "Pandemic" scare that cause this stock to go up but then it was a spike i believe to around 1.5 a share again to plummet days later. My suggestion would be to hold a small position in this and just wait for some world event to happen that will push this stock price up and get out. Then buy your original position back when it comes back down. I personally have owned stock in this company trading the blips since 1999ish. its been a long time ago and i have watched them off and on since then. Don't look for management to pull the stock price up, they won't. Sorry i dont have tons of DD links I can't even remember all the Names and Symbols this company has had. EMFP was one they used and you can find good info about their past operations. No one seems to be able to answer whatever happened to the Military trials for their mask, and Hemostat patch they were testing??? Their web sight has always looked good their finances never do though.
Back to 20 cents before September. My guess, its that director who quit and is selling his options before they expire.
now the big question... who is doing all this selling...especially to the bid?!? sure hope it's not insider(s) action
I haven't either, and I'm holding more than I usually do on one play. Oh well, seems to be par for the course lately.
with the pre-split action it definitely seemed like a good hold into the split
but really they just lost their bids and haven't done anything to 'bring interest in' or support it post split (IMO)
at this rate it'll be trading where it was pre-split
unfortunately, i haven't sold a share...............
Yep, same here. This is ridiculous, I had high hopes for this one too...
disgusted. wish i sold pre-split
good point.. although before their issues prices seemed to be at fair market value (ie: didn't really notice walkdowns)
i think they screwed themselves and us by issuing this split
we'll see
They trade it down so they can get additional free shares when they get paid for the quarter of "work" LOL.
Once they get there shares they will release news and bring the price up. The question is when is that going to happen and how many shares do they want?

now trading (pre-split adjusted) at .015 and bid of .01.. good job on that r/s guys
:(
It would be even more impressive if they started showing some sales numbers.
yep..impressive website and product line imo
It is nice to see that they are going after US sales and not just international sales.
from today's pr:
"
Separately, NMI recently announced the recent completion of the U.S. launch of its SilverCare Plus® antimicrobial performance fabrics at the 40th annual Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiologist (APIC) Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on June 8 -10th.
"Following an enthusiastic reception of the U.S. launch of our SilverCare suite of antimicrobial performance fabrics designed for the hospital and healthcare markets at the APIC conference this past weekend, we are optimistic that we will be able to generate significant in-country sales to supplement our international sales," said Edward J. Suydam, CEO, NMI.
Mr. Suydam went on to say, "We also expect to have both our corporate and e-Commerce websites up and running in the near future, and will keep shareholders apprised of further developments as they occur."
"
woot my 650 shares i bought for .30 a peace are now worth .25 but i only have 65 now. this company has to make money they spend so much on selling and admin but they never can pay their own bills. Id like for them to do something but i have been in this thing since the symbole was EMFP(emergence filtration products). I cant complain i did hit two of their $1+ spikes over the years and made way more then i have ever put in. I hope they don't start dumping shares now at the new higher price. Anyways I always keep one eye on this company because i believe they do have good products but having a hell of a time doing it. btw what ever happend with all their military trials??? the hemostat patch they use to sell em??
"The number of shares of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock has been reduced to approximately 9,869,544"

FISHKILL, N.Y., June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NMI Health Inc. (NMI) (OTCQB: NANM) today announced the U.S. launch of its SilverCare Plus line of antimicrobial performance soft surface products at the 40th Annual APIC Conference June 8th-June 10th in Fort Lauderdale this year.
APIC, the Association of Professionals for Infection Control, is the leading professional association for infection preventionists with more than 14,000 members. More than 2,500 clinical professionals will be attending this year's conference at which NMI will be exhibit its SilverCare Plus suite of performance fabrics including: scrub and lab coat apparel, patient gowns, linens, blankets and cubicle curtains. Collectively, these products account for over 90% of soft surfaces found in the patient environment.
NMI partnered with Noble Biomaterials, conducting over two years of product development and testing, to manufacture the SilverCare Plus line, one of the first and most extensive lines of antimicrobial soft surface hospital products used in today's fight against Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI).
With increased public awareness and concern over how HAI occur, along with the growing mandate of hospitals to start effectively addressing and incorporating soft surfaces into their overall bacteria-reduction strategy, there has been a rapidly growing market for effective antimicrobial fabrics.

The reverse split. Did you read any of the filings?
What did they pre-announce?
I liked that fact that they pre-announced it. If someone wanted to get out they hand ample opportunity to do so. Let's see what the next month holds for us.
Agreed. I think this will be a reverse that's successful. G/L
With the reverse in place I'm looking for news to start popping up. We should see a nice share price.
IMO this goes if someone paints the .04s EOD. Chart is ripe.
Someone is accumulating... and doing it smartly. Look for the share price to hit mid .03 soon.

Action of late is nice... maybe some positive news will be coming out soon. It hit .08 last time, we could see that again.
I have read the PR. I don't see where it says something has to be purchased this year or soon as you put it. Am I wrong?
Your Post -"we already have a large contract with minimum amounts set.... it has to start hitting the qtrly's soon "
"In total, agreements with the distributor call for the purchase of a minimum of $15,300,000 of NMI products within five years.

Q. What is swine flu?
A. Swine influenza, or flu, is a contagious respiratory disease that affects pigs. It is caused by a type-A influenza virus. Outbreaks in pigs occur year-round.
The most common version is H1N1. The current strain is a new variation of an H1N1 virus, which is a mix of human and animal versions.

B: Center for Commercialization of Advanced Technology -- CCAT -- Awards Emergen
HENDERSON, Nev., Sep 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Emergency Filtration Products,
Inc. (EFP) (OTCBB:EMFP) announces that it has been awarded a Prototype
Development/Testing/Evaluation Grant (PDT&E) to develop a testing protocol for
filter media on behalf of the U.S. Military. As part of this project, EFP will
begin testing its licensed nano-enhanced filter media at Edgewood Chemical
Biological Center in Edgewood, Maryland within the next few weeks. The testing
and evaluation process is expected to take approximately one month to complete,
following which (assuming positive testing results), EFP expects to sub-license
its nano-enhanced filter media to a Department of Defense approved manufacturer
to enhance existing filtration products that are currently used by the U.S. Air
Force, Army and Navy, as well as to commence development of new product
applications that will serve to better protect U.S. Military personnel.
"The award of the PDT&E grant from CCAT to develop a standard filter media
testing protocol for the U.S. Military is a milestone for our company," said
Douglas K. Beplate, President, EFP. "While we originally expected to begin
testing for the U.S. Air Force last month, we have been requested to have our
filter technology tested for all branches of the Military simultaneously." Mr.
Beplate went on to add, "We expect that the testing will not only prove to be
successful, but will also lead to a rapid commercialization of our licensed
nano-enhanced filter media technology which will assist all branches of the U.S.
Military - Army, Air Force and Navy - to incorporate our technology into
applications that will serve the U.S. Military worldwide."
For the past 18 months, EFP has been working in conjunction with U.S. Army
Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM) to test its nano-enhanced
2H filter technology in order to accelerate the commercial development of a
number of filter technology applications and allow for rapid procurement by the
U.S. Department of Defense. RDECOM has been examining how to apply the company's
filter technology to a large number of potential applications, including, but
not limited to: biohazard masks, transportation (aircraft, tanks, armored
personnel carriers) and buildings (military, industrial, office and
residential). The program has conducted a number of cost and user needs
analyses, economic analyses and technical viability studies of EFP's proprietary
licensed 2H Filter technology. Over 1,000 potential applications of EFP's filter
technology have been identified by RDECOM.
