One day I'll update the delinquent SEC filers lists. Know that it takes many hours to go through thousands of SEC registered companies to know which companies are delinquent in their filing obligations.

In the meantime, CESX de-registered from the SEC in 2017 so CESX is not at risk of being delinquent anymore.

Director Jeff Chartier on the board for the company and stock promoter. How ever he sold out his half interest with the firm he worked with and all his shares of cesx with that firm. I do not know who is helping cesx promote their company now. If you can find out let me know.

What crucial details have we been missing?
I keep reading about how this company got another contract here, or additional work opportunities there, or what have you. Surely that would be good news and would drive the price up? If some more seasoned investors could explain this baffling phenomenon to the rest of us newbies it would thoroughly make my day. As far as I can see it we have a real winner here, but a definite shortage of publicity. A champion without a crowd of fans, a Leonardo without an Oscar, and the greatest travesty of them all, a stock that I lost on and have not yet learned why. Let's get to the bottom of this one, gentlemen.

(CESX) ("CES" or the "Company"), a full service environmental, asbestos abatement and demolition company, announced today that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc., was awarded a contract earlier this year valued at approximately $450,000 for demolition activities that are now set to commence on building 603 at Naval Air Station Pensacola. CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX), announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has been tasked by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District V with the complete demolition of a 52,000 square foot commercial structure and parking garage in Winter Park,Orange County, Florida. CES is currently in the process of abating the structures under a separate Letter of Authorization through CES' existing districtwide abatement contract with District V. CES expects demolition activities to begin the first week of October and will be completed under CES' existing districtwide demolition contract with District V.
