And Nioturd is sitting at $0.228 pre-split from $0.82 closing price the day before the 10 for 1 split occurred.
I’m sure you remember, heck just go back and see how hard Prudence pumped the moved to the NASDAQ as the “game changer.”
Gotta be a vwap at 3.30 every day too. What do y'all say the odds are Mark can get it done? Best I can say is 20%
So is it correct that NioCorp has to be trading a minimum of $500,000 volume in the last week leading up to Friday, May 31, 2024?
If that’s the case we need to NR before the week starting Monday May 27th is the deadline and we have to drop some news before the following week to be trading that much volume
2 weeks for major news to ensure we achieve that volume in time.
Al, you misspelled "hopium" and "chico".
Well it sure appears the “pump machine” has fizzled yet again with Nioturd. All of the high fiving and hopum, heck even chicka resurfaced with the usual meaningless copy and paste jobs and poof, just like that the balloon tumbled again…
Hard to see the “OR” option come into play. Why give Lind and Yorkville a million in fees and 600,000+ warrants if that was the plan? I guess its possible but it would be dumb.
Thanks for that.
And congratulations to your year of bearth, it‘s the best.
If you opened your account as an international account (Germany is allowed), you'll get tax forms relevant to your country.

And the good news? No U.S. capital gains taxes!
I have a question to fellow holders of NIOBW options:
I am holding some few thousand NIOBW options in my tastytrade account. I was wondering whether, if I ever want to exercise these options, I would need the funds to buy the NB shares in my account? Or is it possible to deduct the purchasing price for the shares from the profits I would be making, if the share price at the time of exercise is much higher than the exercise price?
Also: Does anyone from outside the US (I am German) know where the profits from such a transaction would have to be taxed? All I have is my American tastytrade account. I have no IRS number or any such thing.
Thanks for any feedback and helpful answers in advance!
This is what I've been pondering. Why get spitroasted by the 2 biggest loan sharks we have been involved with thus far for that amount on those terms? There is either one hell of a hail mary plan in the works or this is the last payroll wave golden parachute before lights out. I cannot imagine the mayhem on 6/1 with no very big news.
OR someone has agreed to make the payments in lieu of default. Dunno if the resident super multi millionaires are in play there or not.
This place is bad enough because of politics...... it all comes down to pol-i-tics...... every part of our being and existence is transcended by politics don't ya know.....

We do know who did the financing for $8,000,000. It was just net to Niocorp of $7,000,000. It was Yorkville and Lind. The tag team that use buffoon bidders to make payroll.
Maybe they own the fund and perhaps they are also using the shares minutely, while keeping the SP lower, to accumulate More, like Yorkville.
Have you DD'd that Fund?
Do we know who took part in the PP for $7 million?
$9 million with the warrants exercised.

Enjoy pretend regulation.
But obviously that's where we are at! And perhaps it needs to be that way for me to eventually ride their wave, to get rich!

Might not be just Yorkville. At the end of February about 275,000 ECRC shares converted into Niocorp shares. Who knows how many more converted since the end of the Q. They might not like the terms of the last very lousy, expensive, dillutive financing and the risk of a default.
Is the retail market exhausted? This is a pretty steep drop for a low volume day. Getting the price up a buck with volume while Yorkville is still selling seems like a daunting task.
I will never understand how they got that fund in NYC to cough up 2 million. Might be a Dean Kehler special. They got run over by a tank.
DUDE, that is awesome!! Think if NioCorp had a Washington, DC insider. You know someone who knows the mover and shakers so NioCorp can get started...Oh, wait we were sold we had some guy named jim sims who can make this happen for us :(
BTW, instead of asking jim about financing questions, how many years the mines life is, Or how deep and wide the mine will go...Ask, why he is not promoting our company on twitter, facebook etc… or all the "FREE" social media channels? Why is he not tagging every article that talks about rare earths or critical minerals on our “Free” social media channels?? Look at the last time NioCorp added new pictures to our facebook page 2022??? Jim makes a ton of money and all we ask is do your F’ing job and focus on “NIOCORP” only. BTW, before you homers say “Why don’t you take this up with management", "Why don’t you just reach out to them directly"??? Broken record boys and girls…They only respond to those that kiss their asses. I do find it strange that our mine is located in Nebraska, yet they are seldom here...You would think Mark and jim and others would have a bigger presence here. Why don’t they have another town hall event?? Enough of the rant let's look at the bright side in all of this. We are trading at .24 cents a share and only down -75% from the reverse split...Silver lining #TEAM NioCorp makes a shit ton of money so we all should be happy for these modern day part time working bank robbers.
Love this mine, Love The Great People of Nebraska....Cannot stand this greedy management team.

Yes.
A Canadian company based in Colorado, with a mine site in Nebraska, trading in US funds is...still Canadian?
That’s kind of like you being an American living in Italy and you’re still an American, who votes in Italy, for USA political choices that won’t really change your life in Italy . Duh LoL
Before the recent $7mil from Yorkville the only capital raised since the $15mil from Yorkville last March has been 2 tiny private placements and 6 or 7 (?) dribs and drabs from the original Yorkville agreement.
Why is raising capital so difficult right now?? 10 trading days left to get something big done...
Just checking,
Is Nioturd producing anything yet?
Is Nioturd processing anything yet?
Has management given themselves another raise and another bonus yer?
Does Nioturd have anything for sale?
Does Nioturd have a mine yet?
Does Nioturd have non toxic funding yet?
Baffles me too PutzMueler
]the feasibility study that we never have seemed to have had trouble raising funds for in the past and we’ve had two of them.
But for some reason this one seems to be too much to handle.
Has everyone signed off on the updated FS????
At least the volume will increase in the US
I guess we will find 3 bucks without a pro but a better chart...
It’s only De listed on the TSX. It should not affect anything else except if your broker did his trading on the TSX. Everything is now on the NASDAQ so your brokers should be able to use that platform
Your shares and the company are still Canadian, but trade in US Funds
They’re saving a few Pennie’s for Mark’s Salary, And the feasibility study that we never have seemed to have had trouble raising funds for in the past and we’ve had two of them.
But for some reason this one seems to be too much to handle.
Further to my message: yesterday I sent Jim Sims the question too. I hope he will reply soon so that we know what the situation is.
Yes that is still a big question then.
Together with the info from’Antwerpen’ about the message from the Giro.
Interesting, Antwerpen.
I just phoned Lynx again, got someone else and he checked and came to the conclusion that it here was no delisting at Frankfurter Börse.
Mmm
At the moment i can trade in Frankfurt. And i think at Lang & Schwarz when you have there an account.
The big question is why the other stock exchanges are still having problems. Perhaps they were not properly informed from overseas.
It depends on your broker,
I have them on
Smartbroker
TARGOBANK
Directtrading exc. Tradegate
I got an email from DeGiro that they will automatically convert my shares on Tradegate to shares in Nasdaq free of charge.
Thanks Hetfield. But you didnt receive any notification from your broker about a delisting?
Hi Bernice, thanks for your reply.
Yesterday I contacted my broker Lynx because I saw no ‘Kurse’ of my BR30 shares in my app on my mobile phone.
Then they told me on the phone that there was a delisting. And they mentioned the Canadian shares. Strange. The lady promised to contact Interactive Brokers to arrange a switch from BR30 to NB.
It would cost me 10 euros. If that was okay.
Later that day I got an email with instructions to do that myself.
Actually I didn’t trust it at all because I didn’t receive any message about that ‘delisting’ the last months.
So after reading your answer I think there is perhaps no delisting from SWB2 and we can still trade there??
You can also trade at Lang & Schwarz. I think the other exchanges are a bit confused since the Canadian delisting.
At the moment you can only trade in Frankfurt in Germany. All other stock exchanges such as Tradegate are not reopened in Germany. It seems there is a problem in Germany.
Hi everyone, I have a question especially for our german investors here.
Anybody who has (still) Niocorp shares at the Frankfurter Börse?
And/or do you know about a delisting of Niocorp shares there too?
LoL , yeah, you wouldn’t want to slow-things-down.
Grease the palms of Aussies I say.
Canucks are too busy digging holes, and producing Hardwood.
Awesome! Call Mark! Gawd forbid we end up having to rely on Canadian imports to build this mine!
(I'm kidding!)
Go NioCorp!!
White House Statement on the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act of 2024 4/29/2024
While this is the WH objection to H.R. 2925 – Mining Regulatory Clarity Act of 2024, which passed the House today, it's important to note their publicly stated support for responsible critical mineral mining projects, and also important to remember that the Elk Creek Project is on private land, which eliminates many of the issues associated with mining on public lands.

NioCorp Developments Ltd. is a U.S.-based mineral development company focused on developing several superalloy metals from the proposed Elk Creek, Nebraska Critical Minerals Mine. NioCorp plans to produce three commercial mineral products — Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium — from a single ore body in the Midwestern United States. NioCorp's Elk Creek Project is highly unique. It is North America's only niobium / scandium / titanium project. It is the highest grade niobium project in North America. It is one of the largest prospective producers of scandium in the world. Once in production, it will initiate the first production in the U.S. in decades of Niobium and Scandium. All three of the Project's proposed superalloy metals have been designed as "Critical Minerals" by the U.S. Government.
NioCorp is a publicly company that is listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "NB" and on the U.S.-based OTCQX exchange under the symbol "NIOBF." Shares are also traded on the Frankfurt Exchange, under the ticker symbol "BR3."

Overview of the Elk Creek Project: http://www.niocorp.com/elk-creek-project/
U.S. Geological Society description of Elk Creek Carbonatite
"The Elk Creek carbonatite, located south of Lincoln, has the potential to be one of the largest global resources of niobium and rare-earth elements (REE). These REE's have many important applications in industry, including petroleum-cracking catalysis, steel alloying, and glass polishing, and as sources of permanent magnets and phosphorus for television and lighting.
The Elk Creek carbonatite is buried beneath about 500 feet of overlying rock and is known only from drill cores, which, until recently, have remained proprietary. Scientists from the USGS and the Conservation and Survey Division (CSD) of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln have studied drill cores."

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce niobium, scandium, and titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy ("HSLA") steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications. Scandium can be combined with Aluminum to make super-high-performance alloys with increased strength and improved corrosion resistance. Scandium also is a critical component of advanced solid oxide fuel cells. Titanium is used in various superalloys and has extensive uses in aerospace, defense, transportation, medical, and other applications. It also is a key component of pigments used in paper, paint and plastics.
