The fun starts next week... $ $
Trading last few days does not look like retail to me. I know MM's need shares, and I personally know shareholders that together own about 2 million shares, and they are not selling. There is NO float. Whatever it is they are waiting for is just around the corner, IMHO.
All that is staged to begin appears to be part of an overall marketing strategy that begins to accelerate with the TV commercials and launch of the new website, coupled with NASCAR sponsorship, and I would think behind the scenes, Orbital is lining up regional distributors and other platforms and channels to push sales and revenues. Bottom line, progress should become apparent real soon. And then there is China, which we should all be anticipating an update on real soon.
Getting the name out there, more good news for ADIA.....they are doing it right and we should all be rewarded with an increase in share price soon!
MS99
LOL Good one. As the saying goes, people sell stock for a variety of reasons, but they buy for only one reason.
Data show that, since 27 March 2012 inclusive (the day of the blog fiasco), 1,106,394 shs of ADIA have changed hands, mostly 0.03-0.04, with some 0.02-0.03. This week ADIA hit 0.04 (high 0.045)--the first time since 26 March. Whoever is selling might be flipping some of those recent sub 0.03 shares, presuming they caught some. Just a guess, but it wouldn't be bad for a day's work.
I thank whomever it was that sold 10k of them to me.
Does anyone know the details of the relationship, if any, of Adia management to hk5motors? Today's news caught my interest vis a vis the automobile racing angle. To remember it, there was a time when clicking on elements in the old Adia website brought up hk5motors.com.
On a separate note, the PR today, however interesting, was greeted with trades all below 0.04, surprisingly.
I have. already set the seed there and they should be calling them now
My first post was to the STT radio then to the wave today. STT should be calling them already now.
we chatted it at .015 in stock tamers and at .016 I sent a Tsunamiwaves Yahoo group email open to all then at .02 I went to shakerz yahoo group and now I will see if STT radio gets it liek the DYNV but I ma sure it will be in the morning spotlight now on STT radio.
listen in the am as they love a good tsunami run and I am on a couple days a week now
We are on the cusp of some serious exposure, between the racing team, commercials and the possible STT Radio interview.
This could get real fun around here very soon, IMO. Why didn't I buy more?
I suppose we will get a peek at the car wrapped with ADIA logos, etc. Should be cool, Nascar is huge exposure.
Thanks - that would be great to get on STT for more exposure - more eyes, the better.
Have to think Orbital is looking at all aspects of our presence including the website.
We need a couple hundred investors to roll in as the company rolls out.
We need someone who knows how to "Don't Worry" to come in and Srap it.
Keeps building better and better. Nice surprise with this well written release. Roll out plan coming together nicely, priorities lining up to go national, and international. Now all we need is the volume to attract more savvy investors.
Clear picture being painted here, just a matter of time till we catch fire.
Good cross exposure along side TV adverstising. I like it!

On a much better and lighter note, I would expect a nice run shortly.
Wow, that was really tough duty. Took all of 10 minutes to get this.
Re: She (Wen) makes the decisions based on her own prerogatives and it does not hurt anyone.
It's not hurting anyone, but that's not the point. It's hurting the company's image of transparency at the time they need it most. Appearances are important with public companies, and it looks like they're trying to hide something with this control measure. This silly and questionable policy should be reversed immediately. The company should be trying to repair its tarnished image after they cratered the stock with more than a few blog entries that showed them, rightly or wrongly, as incompetent and muddled.
Yeah, only 500k shares and the float remains unchanged. No biggie.
Looks like they used a few restricted for the marketing. Fine with me.
Latest ADIA SS per Interwest:
Share structure at 4/25/12, 11:10 am Salt Lake Time
Authorized shares 100,000,000
outstanding 70,146,206 of that 13,848,781 is recorded free trading.
This information is as recorded our records for the issuer.

Why all these needless bureaucratic hoops that waste everybody's time and energy? Upfront companies don't create obstructionary mazes and red tape like this in the matter of share structure. A simple call to T/A suffices with upfront companies. Apparently, Wen wants to make it more onerous (and shareholders less inclined) to learn O/S and float. Why? Is this strangely complicated policy timed to new blocks of shares that pay for the promotional campaign? This is not a helpful development if the company wishes to cast itself as transparent. They shot themselves in the foot again.
Growth stocks require some patience
I sold Apple at $99.00 now it's $600 we are no Apple But we are a growth stock if our brand is expanding. The SP will appreciate along side that expansion.
It most definitely is not the case.
Cool. Good to hear. Gagged T/A's are never a good sign. Glad that is not the case.
Not a "new policy", the T/A has been and still is free to give the information. Here is what YOU do to get the info:
1. Call Wen at the office and ask for the current SS.
2. Ask her if the T/A is free to give the SS to shareholders. The answer will be yes.
3. Email the T/A for the info, they will not give it over the phone, but will via email.
4. Post it.
Have fun buddy!
If you have any problems, like with dialing the number, finding the number, etc. well, just let me know.
Have a wonderful evening.
Dollar: The T/A no longer freely offers OS and float. One needs to send a letter or email with identity info. Why this new policy? Don't know, but one could guess. Televised commercials are costly. It wouldn't be surprising if ADIA is paying the bill with shares. Where else would compensation come from?
From IBOX:
"Share Structure:
Authorized shares: 100,000,000
Free trading public float: 13,848,781
Outstanding shares: 69,646,206
Verified February 16, 2012"
Dilution is all over the place specially in pinkyland.
ADIA is a safer place to park our hard earned money with great growth potential.
It does seem to be working for me. I like a well balanced meal but need some protein(meat) with my supper. A year ago I hit the P90X hard for 4 months and watched my diet and didn't have the same results I am getting now. Almost seems too easy. I even accused the family of messing with the scale. lol
No doubt it's being beneficial...especially if you're eating meat. The research has already been posted here, but if you're eating meat you DEFINITELY need to supplement with probiotics. Meat proteins are extremely hard for the body to digest, most people that eat meat have lower fiber intake, and animal products also result in acid residues which lower the body's pH, causing harmful secretions of calcium stores, slowing digestion, and all kinds of other havoc.
Not intending to go on a meat rant here at all, but just affirming that it's great you're seeing results with ADIA products, and as a lot of published research shows, probiotics are ESPECIALLY beneficial for people whose diets are not conducive to optimal good bacterial levels in the gut (i.e., most Americans).
Glad you're sharing positive personal results!!!
I haven't changed my eating or workouts much since January but have lost 7 pounds. The only change has been using Adia's products almost every day since then. This isn't scientific evidence but there must be something working that has improved my digestion and helped me lose the weight. BTW I'm not overweight so these are those tough last 10 pounds I can never seem to lose and keep off. Hopefully Adia will help me maintain and lose a couple more to get back to my High School weight:)
Sodium in Adia Sport is 8% of the daily requirement
Potassium is 3%
Not an issue. Most people OD on salty snacks all the time. This would create a problem, but Adia Sport, I don't think so.
Basically some people can be sensitive to increased electrolytes, so there are reasons to leave it out.
The risks of drinking too many electrolytes.
Electrolytes are salts in the body that are necessary for the absorption of fluids. They include sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorous. Proper hydration requires certain levels of these electrolytes, which are unable to be replaced by water. An electrolyte imbalance can be caused by the consumption of too many or too few electrolytes. Drinking too many electrolyte replacement drinks, such as Gatorade and Powerade, can result in an electrolyte imbalance.
Hypernatremia
Hypernatremia is a condition caused by too much sodium in the body. The more sodium consumed by the body, the more water is lost. Excessive salt intake can lead to dehydration, lethargy and weakness. Since sodium levels affect nerve impulses, muscle twitching is also a symptom of hypernatremia.
Hyperkalemia
Potassium is involved in neuromuscular and cardiac functions. Too much potassium in the body can cause a condition known as hyperkalemia. Symptoms of hyperkalemia include fatigue, lethargy, weakness and abdominal cramps. In severe cases, hyperkalemia can slow down the heart and even lead to cardiac arrest.
Hypermagnesemia
Excessive levels of magnesium in the body is called hypermagnesemia. Since magnesium is responsible for muscle function and the production of energy, too much magnesium results in decreased respiration, muscle weakness and lethargy. Cardiac conditions, including cardiac arrest, are also possible.
Hypercalcemia
Calcium is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses, the contraction of muscles and the formation of bones. Too much calcium, hypercalcemia, can cause lethargy, fatigue, nausea, constipation and hypertension as well as bone pain. Too much calcium also reduces the amount of phosphorous, which can result in hypertension and confusion.
Hyperphosphatemia
Phosphorous is involved in the production of energy. However, high levels of phosphorous results in lethargy, fatigue and seizures. Too much phosphorous also reduces the amount of calcium, which can cause tremors, cramps, muscle spasms, convulsions and bone or joint pain.
Acidosis
The ratio of acids and bases in the body is referred to as a pH level. This level is maintained by bicarbonate and chloride. Decreased levels of pH is a condition called acidosis. Acidosis is caused by high levels of chloride and can result in cellular damage and even death. Too much chloride is also associated with weakness, nausea and headaches.

Good idea - I can't think of any good reason not to.
I agree, told Wen the whole line should be Adia Sport! Good for marketing as well.
I stand to be corrected. The family plan plus is the one I order and it is a fantastic deal! Huge savings!
ADIA
There is the Family Pack and the Family Pack Plus. Family Pack Plus is an awesome deal.
Interesting note on the family pack. The last time I ordered, it was 2 boxes of chews, now it states 4 boxes. But the link on the web page says 2 boxes.
http://adianutrition.com/index.php/online-store/drink/family-pack-plus-4-drink-powder-and-2-bags-chews.html
The family pack is certainly the way to go.
Yes, Lemon Lime Sport is my favorite as well, and it has electrolytes in it, too. That is all I will likely order in the future.
I ordered the ADIA family pack 2 months ago and orange mango was one of their enclosed flavours. Now, you can go to the online store and select the flavours you want. I love the lemon lime sport, so that is all I ordered this time.
FYI, for anyone that has had the Optimum Orange flavor, I found out that it is being discontinued and being replaced with Orange Mango. If you want the Optimum Orange, I think they said it will be offered through the end of the month, and has a shelf life until the end of the year.
Thanks, for the DD post Dl. Just put in another order for the family pack. I like the fact that you can choose which flavours you want in your pack.
ADIA is at the cusp of opening its wings and learning to soar. Exciting times for shareholders!
Quote from the company.
"Exciting stuff for us!"
ADIA (Adia Nutrition) ON HIGH ALERT
We have seen a lot of great low-float story stocks here, and ADIA could turn out to be one of the best.
Adia Nutrition (ADIA) produces a number of drink mixes and chews with probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria your body needs to promote healthy digestion, provide immune system support, give a natural energy boost, and increase nutrient absorption. Probiotics have also been a vital part of many healthy weight loss programs.
At the end of 2011, ADIA announced that their products were now being carried by WHOLE FOODS! Initially, Whole Foods stores in California have begun to carry these products, but ultimately all locations nationwide will.
Product sampling events have been ongoing and have proven to be a huge success, as customers are emptying the shelves after sampling the various drinks and chews at these events.
Getting a product carried in Whole Foods is no easy task, and with their foot now in the door, growth through Whole Foods alone is going to be substantial. AND, Whole Foods will be just one of many chains to carry these products. Recently, a Sam’s Club location also introduced ADIA’s products, with very good results as well.
ADIA’s CEO also recently visited China to pursue distribution in that large market as well, and probiotics are very popular in China, only nothing quite like ADIA’s products are available there.
Between Whole Foods, Sam’s Club, other U.S. Chains, and Chinese distribution, the growth rate for ADIA could be staggering. Already, there are over 50 retail locations carrying ADIA’s products in addition to their online store sales.
This has all just begun very late in 2011, so the first full quarter of results has not even been seen yet, and will only continue to get better with additional market penetration. To achieve more exposure to potential consumers, ADIA recently announced that it has signed an agreement with Orbital, Inc. to develop 30- and 60-second TV Commercials to be broadcast in selected markets across the US starting by the end of April. The Orbital creative production team is responsible for creating TV commercials for such venerable brands such as: DirecTV, Muscle Milk, Kia and Harley Davidson among others. They have purchased in excess of $1 billion in media for their clients who in turn have produced revenues of $50 billion.
If this all wasn't good enough, ADIA’s Share Structure gives its stock the potential to move quite rapidly with some volume:
Authorized shares: 100,000,000
Outstanding shares: 69,646,206
Free Trading Float: 13,848,781
When you have a compelling story, people are going to want to be part of it. With ADIA, stock is thin on supply, and that is why I see this stock going on an insane run here. The products are great - I have tried them. In fact, I use them on a daily basis. The growth is going to be enormous. Overhead costs are extremely low, and with a profitable business model comes NO NEED FOR DILUTION - and the company has stated that dilution is not in the cards.
In addition to the great product potential, investors also have an uplisting to look forward to, as the company is currently working on getting their audited financials up to date.
Finally, the chart is only just beginning to start its next leg up. The first leg took it from .008 to .0725. This next leg should go well into the .20s, if not higher.
