This stock isn't worth anything....nothing is good here except if you are in for a quick flip.
After this liquidating distribution, the Company's assets will consist of $0.7 million of cash and cash equivalents
I think the O/S is much less after this liquidacion, so I speculate the pps will be 10-15 cents.
Ok ok, nobody throw defoamer..
Yes, g1 kitty, now ur down 28%.
Glad my life savn's ant here..
"The Company’s petition with the Delaware Chancery Court also approved that the remainder of the Company’s assets will be reserved for the payment of the Company’s ongoing liquidation expenses over the more than two years remaining in the Company’s dissolution process."
Maybe 2 years? maybe not. maybe some more payouts too. maybe not.
"The Company expects to analyze the estimates of its liquidation expenses on an ongoing basis, and determine whether further distributions of assets to its stockholders are appropriate at such times. The Company cannot currently determine whether any further distributions of assets to its stockholders will occur or the timing of any such distributions if one ever takes place. "
Why did firefly file So many form 4 and aquired shares at 75-76 cents then this happens ? Curious Tia
Nice close, probably gap a bit in the AM, mostly all buys the last 2-3 hours. If you have profit I'd probably take it in the AM, hard to say where this thing is going and don't believe anyone who says they know.
45s hittin hard, nice support if sellers dont kill...
Was a risk but paying off here for another round in SOAP.
LOL very sketchy shyt indeed!!! GLTY:)
Skechy shit...thats y i bought in @42's..livin on the edge lol
Wow, i don't know what to do now.lol
Lots of buys coming in now.....This can move real fast......Very thin.IMO
don't look now but hitting .04's nicely now....accumulation in .03's.....don't expect a power run, but could see nice bump here...already underway it looks like.
Yeah, I know! This is really risky/crazy to be in, but you never know what can happen with these plays.....Won't be holding for very long, hopefully it won't tank or stop trading soon.
Yep, that's why i jumped in:) I won't be holding too long, maybe a couple of days to see what she does.
GLTY
mervini ,i was also so stupid to buy this one ,20k av 0.050 but then i saw the news and thx to this board i got more info.I sold mine immediately with 30% loss and If I was you i'd sell too.
Well I believe the PR said they are basically still liquidating. Double check to make sure, but i'm trading for free now. Sometimes with these when down so much, it will hit people's radars overnight and see abump in the AM. Seen it over and over again with Q's after they get the 'Q' label.
So i guess this could just cease/stop trading at any given day then?
I'm in @ .039 but really not sure if i should hold this??
Doesn't really say, but I'd treat it as a Q stock IMO.
Do you know how long this will continue to trade???
Fundamental or not, nice volume of buyer's in .03's range. I'm a buyer again @ .03.
So how long can/will this continue to trade for??? TIA
They paid out .76/ per share yesterday and dissolved the company it looks like. Play the bounce if you have the cajones.

The Board of Directors of Soapstone Networks Inc. (the “ Company ”) has declared a liquidating distribution of $0.76 per share of the Company’s common stock, or $11.7 million in the aggregate. The Board of Directors declared this distribution after the Delaware Chancery Court granted the Company’s petition to approve this shareholder distribution pursuant to its Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution.
The Company will make this distribution on April 7, 2010 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business of July 31, 2009, including to the Depository Trust Company, which is the entity that holds the Company’s common stock for stockholders who own shares through a broker. As previously disclosed, the Company closed its stock record books on July 31, 2009, and the Board of Directors fixed July 31, 2009 as the record date for determining the Company stockholders who are entitled to receive any distributions of available assets.
In connection with the Company’s announcement of this liquidating distribution, FINRA established an “ex-date” of April 8, 2010. An “ex-date” is a date on which a security is traded without a previously declared dividend or distribution. As a result, the payment that the Company will remit to the Depository Trust Company on April 7, 2010, which pertains to the shares owned by investors in street name, will be distributed by the Depository Trust Company to eligible brokers to allocate to client accounts based on the ownership of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on April 7, 2010.
This liquidating distribution represents a partial distribution of the funds remaining at the Company, which filed a certificate of dissolution with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on July 31, 2009. The Company’s petition with the Delaware Chancery Court also approved that the remainder of the Company’s assets will be reserved for the payment of the Company’s ongoing liquidation expenses over the more than two years remaining in the Company’s dissolution process. After this liquidating distribution, the Company’s assets will consist of $0.7 million of cash and cash equivalents. The Company expects to analyze the estimates of its liquidation expenses on an ongoing basis, and determine whether further distributions of assets to its stockholders are appropriate at such times. The Company cannot currently determine whether any further distributions of assets to its stockholders will occur or the timing of any such distributions if one ever takes place.

Investors foreclose on former Surrey plant, then buy it for $1.5M
Matt Hudgins
Austin Business Journal Staff
Austin investors have foreclosed on a former soap and candle manufacturing plant in Leander, but real estate brokers say few local properties are anywhere close to the same fate.
Trails End Warehouse LLC bought the note on the former home of Surrey Inc. for an undisclosed sum from lender Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. of Houston earlier this year. The local partnership then foreclosed on Surrey, the company that occupied the 93,000-square-foot building at 13110 Trails End Road in Leander through mid-2001.
Surrey Inc. made branded and private-label glycerin and specialty soaps until owners sold the company's assets to Thermal, Calif.-based Jean Charles Inc. in 2001. Jean Charles is a privately held company that produces bath and body items. Executives with Surrey couldn't be reached for comment.
After foreclosing, the three partners in Trails End Warehouse took the property through a foreclosure sale April 1 on the steps of the Travis County Courthouse. The partners ended up buying the property for $1.5 million.
Jim Cotton, one of the three new owners, is marketing the buildings and 13 acres for sale with an asking price of about $2 million. Cotton is an associate broker at Austin real estate company McAllister & Associates. G&M Texas Inc. does business as McAllister & Associates. "We're going to be marketing it probably for about half of replacement costs," Cotton says. "It's on the tax rolls for more than $3.5 million."

Surrey appears to have no assets, to not actively be in business, to not have filed any SEC documents in at least a couple of years, and to have been delisted. But, no stock is perfect: they all have problems of one kind or another. It is just a matter of risk tolerance and management.
