Lets see what happens in the next few days. This thing is not dead yet. I think we are going to see some financing news soon.We have to or they turn out the lights ,Mike said we were out of money mid-march. Alls we can do is keep patient. Most of us have lost most are money. So there is no sense in bailing now.Go MMTC!!!
Never said it wasn't AN issue, just not THE issue. Please read carefully. TIA.
Well, mj sector is on fire !!
That is where I'm at haha
backcountryfishn, MMTC's only source of cash possible is selling stock;
Read the SEC filings; applying for a loan would be futile.
Good luck.
As everyone should already know Janey, these start ups are always running out of money. That is not the real issue IMO. It is an issue but one that can easily be taken care of. Some kind of financing will pay the rent. I am more concerned with the continual stall that is evident by the trail of PRs over the last few years. Its always a few months away. At some point the time will be up. We have a rough date for certs. May IMO is the month that we really need to focus on. If we have nothing at all by then, then all of the pump and hype and doom and gloom can be settled once and for all. I am not buying into the date written in the buys, that some here are spewing about. The CEO of a company is not going to play those little games, it is but another tactic by the crew to try and get weak investors to buy. To each his/her own. The games that have been played around here by both sides has done nothing but hurt a company that has the potential to do great things. The company is the only entity that can help the situation. I do remain optomistic about the prospects of certs and financing by May. Everything else is just words by people trying to get others to buy or sell. IMHO.
ah, good point, but why would someone spend time in talking about a stock which nobody is interested in buying? just curious
There is only on painfully obvious reason why this stock went on chill: IMHO, it was being manipulated by the CEO, Fatboy.
the company is not paying its rent; why would anyone buys its stock>?
Spring is almost here and the chill is being lifted. Go Mmtc $$$$$
Hook line and sinker? MMTC?
They really are in big trouble, just like PENSON, CREDIT SUISEE and USBSS.. The fines will keep rolling in for not reporting short positions in MMTC..
Until a big upswing.....nobody has a problem in MMTC..... Except us shareholders bleeding cash. Until we get substantial positive news we won't get an upswing. Fairly simple really. All in my oh so long holding and waiting opinion. Come on Mr. Brennan prove me wrong. I really wish you would. 02/29/2012 our supposed salvation date, mere days away!!SWEET!!!!!
I would, way over sold.. Shorty has a problem in MMTC..
I must respectfully disagree about the $.05, I am and have been long for quite some time now. BUT... No revenue does not get you .05 PPS. Without the "goods" we are worth what the PPS is. If the dominos fall like we all hope, we could get there. We need a ton of help in the next few months. Certs, financing, a partnership. Look at where we are and what we need to get to where we need to be. Many dominos that Mayfair months to put into place. We could have it all done and ready by May, but IMO that is more like it. We will stay grounded well, well below .01 until we see firm realistic PROGRESS. Not numbers written in the buys. Just my grounded long standing shareholder opinion.
Only Mmtc knows why they are on chill but
I doubt they will address that issue to
shareholders.
TD is big and they basically told me that they
monitor micro cap and put this lock on new
position.
that haiken ashi last candle says 0033, sorry i cut it off
$MMTC
imo
New investors read the pr dated feb 7h. Cert apps are in. We should be over .05 now. The co has been working on this for years. Go Mmtc. You deserve it Brennan!
I will wait and see. I think it is resolved this week. Tell me what they did wrong in the first place. There are companies out there robbing shareholders with years of a pattern of dilution and rs and they are still trading. Go figure!
that dawg would have some rare pleasure with with a few shares of $MMTC before she leaves the station
lol
imo
b
Don't hold your breath on chill issue as
I understand it is monstrous process to
be out of chill.
Mmtc do not have resources to tackle this
problem.
This thing has only a few months to go since they cant pay the rent
has nothing to do with the product!
and thats coming forward
has nothing to with the chill
and thats being lifted
OHHHHHH, WAIT, thats going to be in the pr that Mr Brennan gives.
i guess i dont know everything
but thats only my opinion
i couldnt state it for a fact
because i dont know if i dont know everything or not
imho
$MMTC is giving me rarrre pleasure!
BSW
Are you working on the list of " competitors" that are lightyears ahead and better funded? Wait that was in a PR from Brennan himself. Too bad some people did not google using the criteria I listed.
I want my money back. This thing has only a few months to go since they cant pay the rent. I guess the certs are FREE.
They do not have the pizzaz for " Money for nothing and your checks for free".
Doc. Ben.
Can't wait for the predicted magic 02/29/2012 date! It will be so exciting to see what some here have predicted for that date. I believe it is supposed to be the date of BLASTOFF!!! SWEET!!!! Oh no.....what happens if.....nothing happens? Well, I will be calmly waiting for the certs. That is what I believe in. MMTC! Not false profits. IMO.
the industry has been asking and waiting
for this moment to come!!!!
BECAUSE THIS DOG CAN HUNT!
LOL
IMHO

Lets declare a party for Friday. Brennan please help us we have had faith in this or a long time. After 2 years I am ready for a pay day
Just a little finishing touches and the party will begin.
t minus 35 and counting until this dog of a company finally puts the stake through its own filthy heart.
if it was me, i would be out of THAT BROKER
IF IT WAS MY MONEY
i wouldnt be sitting here
thats, if it was me
PROPER due diligence is definitely warranted...
for all those who might be feeling
a little less trusting
about whats going on
sometimes you take a hit
and sometimes you hit back
but that is my opinion
and i might have other mental problems
than the ones i already know about
to good people all the best
IMO
b
if THEY had the I Dont Care attitude
we all would be in a much worse place today
and i am UNANIMOUS in that!
$MMTC
imho
oh please, dont hate me
B
as i see it, all of those who been locked out with tda,
are probably going to get a much better price now in most cases.
this is a grrrreat price!!!!!
you couldnt have even came close to this since october
before the chill!!!!
all i can say is, I wouldnt be complaining about it now
(might soil it for everyone else).
imho
cb
i think $MMTC has been good to the share holders
above and beyond what would be expected and not just by some mere coincedence.
now look, they didnt even cause this.
and it is a problem for who, for their shareholders.
and you know they dont have to do it, or so it seems, legally.
and you know they dont have money, etc etc...
but tda stopped trading it now, as i heard it.
so, for ethical reasons, maybe they felt its time
to put an end to the crap someone else did.
but without jumping in right away
and then being called a culprit
in the whole sorted mess.
and to help the share holders once again
let's not forget this.
$MMTC
just sayin'
imho
BSW
I don't care who made the mistake...just fix it. It sounds like they knew they would have to pay but decided to wait until now to clear it up. If I put this all together first they sent the applications in (which is the key to this whole thing) and now they are going to get the trading cleared up. I think that news is coming.
i guess thats true..
and it is good to hear, we are going to do it this week.
i hope its first thing, as well
who knew tda would stop trading
and then MIT is the one who has to pay for it
seems like someone elses mistake
and thats where the blame
and the cost should have to go.
(may be to tda, i dont know)
imho
b
I hope they take care of the chill first. Then hit us with a pr. We need people to be able to trade. I realize some brokers are o.k. but tda is big and a lot of traders use it. Hopefully by Tuesday it is fixed.
when we get the very next news, i'm
going to do the Hamster Rock Dance!!!! LOL
de-do-do-do-do-
the $MMTC party rock!
imho

Today, over 60% of AOAC INTERNATIONAL members are working in industry laboratories.
i think this means we have a direct link to industry,
the very industries we want to be involved with!
And as of February 7th, 'THE ENTIRE FOOD INDUSTRY'
is getting the results of the MIT 1000a
and a 'Darling Reminder' that MIT
is getting ready to roll
I'm sure, just like Mr. Brennan and many others
have said, the industry has been asking and waiting
for this moment to come!!!!
Man! Everyone!
It is we who will get the 'Darling Action'
when $MMTC Rolls out of the Station!
All The Best
IMHO
BSW
(p.s.)
AOAC INTERNATIONAL. You will see a "tag line" used frequently...THE ASSOCIATION OF ANALYTICAL COMMUNITIES. This is merely a statement to encompass all the scientific disciplines involved in doing the work of the Association, not a legal name.
(per AOAC website)
did you know the AOAC, was founded September 8, 1884 as the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists, by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)!
Government agencies and civil organisations often require that laboratories use official AOAC methods.
AOAC International's technical contributions center on the "Creation, Validation, and Global Publication" of reliable analytical test methods, primarily to evaluate the safety of foods, beverages, dietary supplements, and similar materials consumed by humans and animals, or to evaluate purity of materials used in production of foodstuffs and their ingredients.
This is just Beautiful for $MMTC !
In 1965, the AOAC's name changed to Association of Official Analytical Chemists to accurately reflect its scope beyond agriculture. In 1991, it was renamed AOAC International, which, officially, is not an acronym, despite the AOAC website's encouraging readers to interpret AOAC as an Association of Analytical Communities. The AOAC's publications center upon comprehensive analysis methods, including AOAC Methods of Analysis (1885, 49pp.), Official and Provisional Methods of Analysis of the AOAC (1912), and the monthly Journal of the AOAC, currently its principal periodical, subscribed to by university and industry technical libraries and by members of the AOAC.
imho
and all the best to Nora
BSW

There will be Press Releases to acheive this as volume has been too low.
in order to take all that money you keep refering to,
the price of the stock and the SAME AMOUNT DEDUCTED
from the value of the company
has to drop...
(do you have all the market cap numbers to support
your opinion?)
you said it yourself 4 mil, 12 mil and 15 mil
how much cash is that? WOW!!!
that much ?!
we can live like kings for a day!!!
wait, you mean , spread over THREE WHOLE YEARSSSSS
FORGET THAT!!!!
imho
just sayin'
let everyone decide how much it equals
thank you

theres alot of easier ways to scam people
than to run a SEC transparant company.
while at the same time
inventing, developing, gaining U.S.D.A. involvement
and bringing a "NEW, highly technical and PROVEN PRODUCT to market".
(exclamation)!
imho
thank you for asking
