Any plan that deviates from the simple strategy above WILL FAIL.
This is the only option WORSTPORT has left.
The Volvo LOI is NOT a BIG Deal !

This is just a supply deal between the buyer and vendor, with the buyer taking an ownership interest (JV) in the vendor ... for pennies on the Dollar.

Like Cummins, Volvo brings the gravitas and credibility that WORSTPORT Lacks.
But WORSTPORT remains a struggling, niche auto parts supplier. One recall would wipe out WORSTPORT, but not Volvo.
If the LOI doesn't become a real deal, then I don't see WPRT being much more than a small, struggling niche auto parts supplier worth about $1.00 / share.
Major positive? They got you!
WORSTPORT really is dead money. There is so little upside potential, and no real deals in years.
And anyone waiting for hydrogen should wait before buying.

And the Saudi's have only cut 1 million barrels per day of crude oil.
Not ONE MAJOR OIL COMPANY, will have a wide spread roll out of hydrogen.

Where are the hydrogen stations? One reason NGV's are such a FAILURE is that there are not enough stations.
And when you can find a Hydrogen station, Hydrogen Costs 5 TIMES more than diesel and 6 TIMES more than RNG !
No one wants a vehicle that uses expensive hydrogen and still pollutes. A solution the a problem that doesn't exist. NGV's are a total failure, and Hydrogen ICE's are 5 TIMES Worse.

Has everyone read the new WORSTPORT Senior Management plans for reducing costs, and increasing revenues and margins?
Any company as bad as WORSTPORT, that doesn't have a solid plan going forward, needs to Clean House tomorrow.

In 2019 WPRT reported $305.5 Million in Revenues. None of the JV Revenues were reported in that number. The JV contribution appeared under "Income from investments accounted for by the equity method" and totaled $26.7 million. So in 3 years, sales have been flat ($305.5 vs $305.7). In 2019 Gross Margin was 22%. In 2022 it has dropped to 12%. EBITDA has dropped from a positive $28.4 million to a negative $17.5 million, a swing of $45.9 million. To offset the lost JV profit, sales would have to increase by $222.5 million at 12% Gross Margin.
This is why we call it, WORSTPORT.
I am certain that it is my negative comments that have pushed WORSTPORT from $70.00 to $0.70.
The facts that mismanagement, criminal activity and Cummins leaving have nothing to do with the drop in WORTSPORT'S share price.
