It was far from a layup but the result for shareholders is a disaster.

I'm pretty confident your point is not accurate. These guys basically tried and their failures hurt investors. I was in their office for a couple of hours in 2009 and I left convinced it was a real business opportunity. A few months later I spoke to Tony Johnson who called me from a rig. So their was effort.

In a nutshell we invested in a plan and in my opinion the company failed their investors. The company blames others, I say they failed but regardless we lost.

Yesterday they filed an 8-k selling 3.2 million of restricted shares for consultant services. No way they will pay over a million for consulting services and no way they can sell 3 million shares of stock at these prices so I expect that if the Global Lock is lifted the share price will hit pennies.

Just a guess but if they ever started producing income they have huge losses for tax benefits.

That is why they merged into another shell instead of starting over.

Its actually not a negative its an okay thing.

Nobody buying 100,000 shares much less 10 million.

Somethings going to happen to move stock eventually and then I can sell and buy me a car.

Of course that car will be a 1982 piece of crap but it will have at least 2 tires.

Anybody read the 8-k? This seems significant to me in terms of the Global Lock might be removed.

Unless they actually produce revs they will need to sell shares to finance new employee.

I received a proxy and there seems to be thought that the Global lock could get lifted soon.

Most brokerages wont allow trading so someone is speculating picking up shares, maybe to artificially raise to for future share dump.

I was in the office in June of 2009. It is a decent office around the corner from the mailbox.

The company is legit in terms effort but a total failure in execution and has just about destroyed every shareholder they've ever had.

All these filings on Pinksheets tell me there is one more push to succeed, not that we will benefit.

They are filing like crazy and up to date on Pink sheets. There has to be a reason for this, considering the "Global Lock" on trading the stock. Curious as to how this will play out although I'm sure it wont be good for shareholders.

No shares have been sold by the company yet. Companies go public TO sell shares, all of them do, even the Blue Chips. The question is what price does EXTO want to sell shares and hen.

I think they eventually pump the heck out of this and sell in the multi pennies.

To the flippers trying to get out under the last sale, if you reprice at .029 the bid might come to you. Nobody selling at .018 and new eyes might find this later.

News should send this over .05, especially if new ownership group is shrinking float by grabbing shares on way up.

So your saying the company borrowed 60 grand at 8% and 35 grand at 34% one year ago. The second note matures today. Since way more than 100 grand worth of stock was sold I'd say this is a non event from here on in and I bet shares were shorted against these new shares.

At an average of .04 maybe 3.5 million shares hit float if this selling was these shares.

I say bottom.

Pro, this was my post on July 14th. I think this was the 300 million share trading day. Since that day they have been about 5 days of 80 million plus volume. The float according to TA is 479 million, prior to this it was about 238 million.

I contend that a group bought the float or close to it and found a home for the shell.

The stock is up significantly in the last 20 or so trading days. Its holding those gains.

If you bought in the fall of 2010 you are very happy on days like today due to the stock consolidating, if you bought prior you feel a little better each day as your down less and less each week.

If you bought higher than .0066 to flip out you need to wait a day or so.

In July, the pps tanked from mid subs to trips in one day on 300 million shares. Since then my guess is there have been 5 or 6 days where volume exceeded 80 million only to have barely any volume next trading day or days.

Those like me who believe the shell was in transition determine that those days were accumulation from new owners.

Float is 479 million and my guess is 5 or 10 traders/ IHUB posters own 15 million plus. New company might have locked down shares as well, my gut is they did.

There are about 1.28 billion restricted shares and remember, a billion of these were converted to Preferred. Got to be a reason for the conversion but I'm guessing we will find out soon.

MSE looks to be more of a valid partnership however it is nothing until it is something.

Today at .05 its worth 1.5 million. Real news shoots it and is expected in Q1 2011. No news of substance and its just another pink.

Biser, Please add some clarity here. Did Jim pr any relationships as significant as this one under the previous symbol? MSE is a major govt contractor. There should be huge upside if they can announce contract.
