Moving Up I C!
No updates and the website is outdated also. :(
Did an outside investor take a position here in SCRH recently? They do not have to register a 5% + holding until all shares are delivered...................
Not sure why there is such a silence on SCRH news. I went through this once before and then the SP jumped.............
Ask them when are they going to start treating shareholders of SCRH like they should be treated. Namely return to investor relations friendly once again. The Company is not broke at all so why not start posting news once again?
iwonone, just to let U know, in the past I talked directly to management of SCRH on a regular basis about my concerns and ideas. I even talked on the telephone to Mr. Gans about The Company goals and milestones.
For a time, SCRH would set goals and complete them like clockwork. Then a breakdown occurred and the direct contact ended. This was around the time that SCRH stopped producing profits on a regular basis. Quarterly reporting also stopped being on time.
Right now I am only holding around 2.1 Million shares + of SCRH and am not overly positive about the future. But who knows 4 sure with these penny stocks. Scores should have been a winner by now at least.
Anything could happen and my shares could disappear or they could be valuable once more. Hard to get excited about a company that produces ZERO investor relations.......................:(
No doubt this is outdated but U can try....

And the missing quarterly reports?
So when is the website for SCRH going back online?
Well, winsome losesome. Who knows what is going on here. :(
Without some news or corporate action, this stock could die. Or be rejuvenated or something..............
U could be right about getting rid of the clubs that don't return profit. But some news from management would be fine here.
But now bad news? Lost a bunch of clubs here.

What the stock needs is some positive news and a profit announcement. Or even just the Q results on time............
Let us hope for good health for the Gans Bros................

Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH) Shares Drop -37.50%

Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH) shares are showing positive momentum over the past week as the stock has clocked in with gains of -37.50%. In taking a look at recent performance, we can see that shares have moved -80.00% over the past 4-weeks, -53.49% over the past half year and -77.78% over the past full year.
Investors looking to make big gains in the equity market may be looking to fine tune an existing strategy or create a whole new one. It may sound quite easy, buy low and sell high. Obviously, navigating the stock market typically entails much more than that. Identifying market tops and correction levels may be very difficult. Of course, it always hurts to take a loss, but figuring out how to shrink losses can help keep the ship afloat during turbulent market conditions. The situation for the average investor may vary greatly from one person to the next. Some investors will be working with a short-term plan, while other may be focused on a longer-term investment horizon. Goals may also vary from individual to individual. Keeping these goals in sight may help clear up the sometimes foggy investing waters, and provide clarity for creating a winning portfolio.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is one of multiple popular technical indicators created by J. Welles Wilder. Wilder introduced RSI in his book “New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems” which was published in 1978. RSI measures the magnitude and velocity of directional price movements. The data is represented graphically by fluctuating between a value of 0 and 100. The indicator is computed by using the average losses and gains of a stock over a certain time period. RSI can be used to help spot overbought or oversold conditions. An RSI reading over 70 would be considered overbought, and a reading under 30 would indicate oversold conditions. A level of 50 would indicate neutral market momentum. The 14-day RSI is currently sitting at 35.52, the 7-day is at 27.58, and the 3-day is spotted at 15.07 for Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH).
Investors may be tracking certain levels on shares of Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH). The current 50-day Moving Average is 0.01, the 200-day Moving Average is 0.01, and the 7-day is noted at 0.00. Moving averages can help spot trends and price reversals. They may also be used to help find support or resistance levels. Moving averages are considered to be lagging indicators meaning that they confirm trends. A certain stock may be considered to be on an uptrend if trading above a moving average and the average is sloping upward. On the other side, a stock may be considered to be in a downtrend if trading below the moving average and sloping downward.
Traders may be relying in part on technical stock analysis. Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH) currently has a 14-day Commodity Channel Index (CCI) of -143.52. Despite the name, CCI can be used on other investment tools such as stocks. The CCI was designed to typically stay within the reading of -100 to +100. Traders may use the indicator to determine stock trends or to identify overbought/oversold conditions. A CCI reading above +100 would imply that the stock is overbought and possibly ready for a correction. On the other hand, a reading of -100 would imply that the stock is oversold and possibly set for a rally.
At the time of writing, the 14-day ADX for Scores Hldg Co Inc (SCRH) is 16.51. Many technical chart analysts believe that an ADX value over 25 would suggest a strong trend. A reading under 20 would indicate no trend, and a reading from 20-25 would suggest that there is no clear trend signal. The ADX is typically plotted along with two other directional movement indicator lines, the Plus Directional Indicator (+DI) and Minus Directional Indicator (-DI). Some analysts believe that the ADX is one of the best trend strength indicators available.
Occasionally, investors may feel like they are riding on a wild roller coaster when dealing with the stock market. Controlling emotions when taking the ride may assist with making necessary decisions when the time comes. Many investors choose to do thorough research when purchasing any stock. Knowing what is owned and why it is owned may help ease the mind when things get sticky. When the market is riding high and there is generally smooth sailing on the investing seas, individual investors may have the tendency to get complacent. Being prepared for any situation may help ease the stress of big market decision making. There may be a time when it seems like everything is going off the rails, but having an actual game plan for management and recovery could make a huge difference both financially and psychologically.
Looks like no knowledge of rules and regulations for stocks rules here now. Every stock must file SEC announcements for changes in holdings over 5%. Law.
Well, there could be several things going on with SCRH.
The old hands here on the SCRH board can remember the old owners of SCRH. One died and his shares were to go to the Gans Bros but the SEC listing kept listing his estate as holding 20 Million+ shares of SCRH.
This could have been an estate dump. It also could be a MM (Market Maker) picking up shares for someone or a company on a large scale. Only a MM could have handled the 20+ million shares that traded without the SP going up.
At any rate, anyone with a 5% or 10% holding of SCRH will have to make a SEC announcement soon so we will at least be able to see who or what bought the shares. At any rate it was not an individual on his own that bought the shares. A Market Maker was needed. Could the Gans Bros be attempting to take the company private? All substantial shareholders have a window in which they must announce a change in holdings................
I have been searching the net for SCRH news but found nothing. We will soon have an answer IMO about the large trading. Over 13% of the OS traded hands. Good News or Bad News may be on the way! Or business as usual of course. And the quarterly announcements are late..................
The big question here is "Who sold the 20 Million plus shares? Was that U Iwonone? I did not sell.
Starting a new pump and dump here?
The basic fact is that unless SCRH starts to show some progress no amount of cheerleading will be able to help this stock at all. Some good news about activities and quarterly news would be a lot better than trying to pump this stock.
That is not what U said. That it is not active now is a fact. But there were a lot of posters in the past before SCRH management stopped performing or talking to investors. Mr. Gans seems not to care about the stock anymore.

I didn't sell but interesting 4 Sure.
Of course U will stay. I also. I remember when I bought at .003 cents per share and was able to sell over a million at .08 cents. I may not happen again but why not? :)
Not selling but starting to wonder just why nothing is happening with the profits and productivity of SCRH.
Gadzooks and Holy bat poop batman :) :) :)

Would I go back?
It pains me to pay a cover and buy expensive drinks, but this is Atlantic City after all.
So, yes, I'd go back to Scores. If it was a busier night with a more debaucherous vibe, it could feel like a fun party. Even on a slow Tuesday, it was a decent place to spend a few hours. I loved the outdoor deck, the different rooms and even most of the decor. And when I returned at 2 a.m., Raphael remembered my name and said hello again — impressive.
And yes, this is the perfect place for a bachelor or bachelorette party, for sure. But you don't need to come with a group. Grab your significant other, down enough free drinks on the casino floor to loosen the ol' inhibitions, and let the ladies of Scores set the mood for the rest of your evening.
SCRH needs to start delivering on their promises to create value and SP increase to investors.
It is possible that their best club will now produce and the others like Phoenix and Las Vegas will also over perform.
Scores should be moving forward after the re-opening.
That is good news for sure. Now sooner or later profits will return.
