Hi to all you Cytodyners !!
Long story short...I've been off the message boards for months now...got into a nasty fight with my friend who talked me into buying it into the first place and had to change jobs...sold all my stock to get the cash to move to a new town during this pandemic. Wow !! Crazy !!
So, I've saved up some more money to try investing again and thought I'd come back to read up on what the poop was on Cytodyn since I last checked in.
My, oh my...some big changes going on here.
I read one message that says FAILURE and DOOM !!!
Then another says it's going to be BIG !!
I'm not sure who to believe anymore.
So, it looks like a major announcement is pending.
The stock has almost doubled since I sold.
Should I buy back in? Really hesitant though.
Toodles and GLTU !!

I looked up my brother's business on this website and it was accurate
https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/business/sba-ppp-data/
This site said IncellDX borrowed $169,000.
I couldn't find Lalezari Medical or Quest Clinical Research.
Fake News. Ignore.
Hi PharmaBro,
Also, I'd like to add that tocilizumab can cause susceptibility to severe infection - things like tuberculosis or fungal/bacterial infections. It sounds like it causes the patient to be immuno-compromised.
https://www.drugs.com/sfx/tocilizumab-side-effects.html
It also has numerous drug interactions...at least 40 major ones.
https://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/tocilizumab.html
This compares to Leronlimab's, so far, documented ZERO interactions or adverse side effects.
I'm not a doctor and even I see a superior choice here.
Hello,
I was able to set my work's Schwab account for a sell limit order at $100 that's good for 2 months. My friend who clued me into CytoDyn and Leronlimab helped me. Even though it's only 500 shares, that's 500 shares less that those nasty shorters can use.
Thanks for the advice !!

Very, very sad.
I donated to Adam Wrights GoFundMe for Sarah hoping to help with her treatment costs. I hope he uses it to give her a beautiful going away celebration of life. How horrible to have so many of your dreams crushed. I can only wish Adam and Everleigh will always keep her memory alive. They fought so hard.

To All,
I just noticed this on a website that my boss raves about and it discusses how a Chinese study states "Coronavirus Uses Same Strategy As HIV To Evade, Cripple Immune System".
Could this be a reason why Leronlimab is able to not only stop the cytokine storms but also decrease the viral load in patients?
https://www.zerohedge.com/health/coronavirus-uses-same-strategy-hiv-evade-immune-response-chinese-study-finds
Another question for the smart people here. I'm still trying to learn so much, so quickly.

Hello,
I've been doing a lot of reading over the weekend and found a couple of articles that might shed some light on the manufacturing of Remdesivir and Leromlimab.
The Remdesivir article you published from Gilead omitted many material facts concerning the manufacturing process. At one stage they use "trimethylsilyl cyanide". I wasn't the best at chem or bio, but I do recall that anything with the word "cyanide" is probably bad for you. Why would you want to put this stuff in your body ?!?!
It's all in this article and more:
https://www.bloomberg.com/features/2020-gilead-remdesivir-coronavirus-treatment/
Also, I've read posts concerning the manufacturing of Leronlimab and costs to produce, etc. I found this article very informative but I'm curious how many things have changed since it was published a little over a year ago.
https://bioprocessintl.com/bioprocess-insider/deal-making/samsung-bio-to-make-1bn-worth-of-cytodyns-hiv-antibody/
Can anyone provide feedback on their opinions of these articles from the science and/or the medical aspects that may have been omitted by the authors?

Yes. You're right. That would be a lot of work.
Hopefully the people of RACapital will get Leromlimab included in this amazing chart of information. It will take days to mentally process the information it contains.
The link to the chart (again) is:

Hi ScienceOC,
I had an idea that if there were a sticky message that could be updated with all the COVID drugs competing for the market place that either fail or succeed.
I was intrigued by this chart...and what an eye chart it is...that another member has posted a link to:
https://www.racap.com/media/Covid-19/COVID-19_05222020_F.pdf?v=zef3-fX2glTLcGix_3VDPqsgjFZV3y78qNviZgzuB0k
I was also wondering why Leronlimab didn't make the list.

Hello Black-Ops,
Going from what many wise participants on this board have repeated, this is a keeper. But it might be very tempting in a few years to cash out and use the proceeds to get out of the city, eat the commute, finally settle down...whoa...need to not think this too far ahead yet.
If some of the numbers mentioned here come true, my 500 shares could potentially equate to $500,000...after taxes that would be a nice uplift in life for me.
Time will tell and I appreciate all the offered guidance. Thank you.

Hello to all !!
I've keeping up with everyone's posts and wanted to remind everyone that even though it's Memorial Day here in the US today, the rest of the world is pretty much open for business. I believe that the rest of the world is certainly paying attention to how promising the preliminary results are...especially compared to that of Remdesivir. I've read the Hungarian and Fox News articles which sound encouraging.
In fact, I just checked the Stuttgart Exchange (XSTU) and noted that CYDY has risen to 3.04 EUR ($3.32 USD). I'm not experienced enough to know if the activity on the XSTU has much influence on the OTC market, if any at all. But it sure looks promising.
This is exciting!!

Thank you. I'm a VERY new legal clerk and know how to do my research. The medical part is a bit out of my league. Cytokine storms, CCL5, T-Cells, the list goes on and on. I'm trying to get it all straight but I think it will just take time to soak in. I did watch a very insightful video from a doctor on Youtube named "Dr. Yo". He's got some good stuff. And I watched his most recent video with Adam Wright who's wife Sarah with breast cancer just breaks my heart. I certainly hope that there's time to turn her condition around and see that family together. That's exactly what this world needs and I think the CytoDyn company is the right group to do it.
Many thanks again and the thoughtful words.
J.
p.s. This is my third and last message...and I really can't justify a subscription right now. So, three it is.
I keep reading about many more kids who are getting sick with something related to COVID.
Here's a recent article After 3 Children Die, a Race to Investigate a Baffling Virus Syndrome.
Is there something in the plan to treat children with this new drug? Any idea when that can happen?
Very, very sad.
J.
I'm sorry, but that didn't directly answer my question. So...I did a little more digging (yes - my due diligence).
The clinical trials number in the NEJM was cited as NCT04280705 if I'm reading it correctly.
The reference in an article from the Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/05/01/government-researchers-changed-metric-measure-coronavirus-drug-remdesivir-during-clinical-trial/) concerning my question linked to the US National Library of Medicine site with the same trial number of NCT04280705.
So, if the Washington Post is correct then this IS the same trial. If I'm incorrect - someone PLEASE tell me.
Wow that's not very good at all if you ask me. My boss would most definitely call that a "whiff"....he's a Mets fan.

HI !!
I am trying to do my research and follow the good information here. Is this the same trial that the monitoring group recommended early unblinding and giving Remdesivir to those in the placebo group for ethical reasons?
And isn't this the same trial they ended early, as some people call by "moving the goal posts", because of the unblinding? Didn't that have the effect of ignoring the end point mortality?
I'm trying to get smart on this as Black-Ops so graciously suggested.

Thank you!!
I'm trying to sort of all the information here and just find it fascinating - so many strong opinions.

Hello to all !!
I was convinced by a friend to purchase this CytoDyn stock after reading what potential it has. I'm stoked even though I could only afford 500 shares right now and hope to add more when I can.
I've had several friends die from HIV/AIDS which could have been completely avoided if this drug had been available two years ago.
Being a fairly new Intellectual Property professional I was alarmed by the numerous messages concerning the lack of a registered patent for the Leronlimab drug. Doing a search on LexisNexis came up with numerous hits that would be pertinent but then I realized most wouldn't have access to the data so I cross referenced what I feel to be the correct one on Google's Patent site.
I believe this is the one everyone should be referencing:
https://patents.google.com/patent/CA2988650A1/en
My friend told me that even though I'm a newcomer to just hang on for the ride.
