ssdd, absolutely nothing...
I agree, this company is gone. It would take a miracle at this point. I've been holding this for probably 8 years now.
I've watched and held on to the hopeful news of fraking, then watched as I was disappointed again and again.
Now, I just hold as a reminder.
It's getting old...
Holding until the end. No sense selling to lose money.
It couldn't be that big of a deal, they are only asking for $300k in damages for breach of contract.
Personally, I don't gaf what news comes down the pike. I'm sitting on my shares until the company goes belly-up.
Meant to say they bombard you with ads and spam bots. Swype didn't get it.
Those are sham news sites.
They board you with ads and spam bots.

Waldo3, I follow Shi Farms on Twitter and instagram, they appear to be doing good business and their product is of high quality.
So what's your beef with Shi?
Not being sarcastic, just curious of your reasoning.
If I had the money, I would love to visit.
I'm on the other side of the nation though.
Hell, I would camp out and watch the place for a week to see if there were regular shipments coming/going, see what their day to day activities are.
I know.
I'm actually agreeing with you.
The quiet period requirement is a false claim.
He technically would not be violating.
In the interview he did not discuss business dealings or financial outlook.
Anyway, the SEC does not define a quiet period. The quiet period is self imposed, NOT a requirement by the SEC.
Form 15-12b just temporarily relieves them of reporting requirements.
I agree. Considering that ArrayIt was granted the injunction, which is very difficult to get granted.
Like you (and pretty much everyone else here) I would like to see this resolved quickly, no matter what the outcome.
Thank you for the insight.
But until the company folds, I'm holding my shares.
I agree, they need to get the fins in.
As well as anyone else, I was highly disappointed with the April fools tweet storm.
The build-up then let down was crushing.
Honestly, just a simple tweet that the fins would not be done would have been far less of a disappointment.
I'm not saying I have any faith in seeing financials any time soon, just saying that I've been holding long and plan on doing so.
What ever will be, will be. Only time will tell.
As with all things in my life, I hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
If their social media posts were lies, they run a serious risk of going to prison. I'm sure they were aware of that.
I've been holding long, and will continue to do so. Years ago I learned a painful but important lesson. You only lose money if you sell.
A stock I had began tanking, I freaked out and sold it at a big loss. Three days later, it skyrocketed. I missed out on a $330,000 profit.
My motto now is "Hold it until they fold it!"
?!
Never said anything about being smart, just made a statement. Defensive much?
I'm holding my shares until the bitter end.
I learned a tough lesson before, you only lose money if you sell. Now I hold it until they fold it.
You just never know what the future holds.
I got nervous on a stock once when it began dropping into the pennies. Sold it at a big loss.
Three days later, it went through the roof.
I missed out on what would have been $330,000.
Long time holder. Been involved since MedBox days.
What's the deal with all the volume?
Anyone know of any news?
