The absolute lies out of Bill Avery's mouth on how dilution is no big deal because no one owns much stock is incredible. Going from 200 million shares to 400 million shares will cut your equity in this company by 50%. To lie and say this is no big deal shows how much evil and deceit is at the heart of this company.

I own an Oil Royalty Trust in Permian. The operating company failed to make the trust payment for distribution last week. The reason is cash flow and operating expense. Instead of shutting in the well, they instead are shafting me. They are now in arrears to the trust, and being charged interest by the day until payment is made. Texas oil producers are in dire straits right now.

Why isn't Zion Oil contracting the new oil rig out? They are not drilling, so why aren't they actually making revenue on this 5 mil asset? If they don't contract out, then this asset on the balance sheet is actually a liability, as they have to pay to store it and maintain it.
