The additional shares were added to the restricted shares. They will enter the float someday. So future dilution to the float, none today. Today it was just good ole' fashioned buyers and sellers doing their trading thing with a pure and natural undiluted float.
Best of luck to all of us! The world needs Radiogel.
Bold by me
Thanks for the update Cameron. Glad to see Zippy's tumor shrinking. Isopet is amazing stuff.
Well stated
So they shouldn't promote an FDA approved animal cancer treatment that has been proven effective at killing cancer. Pets have kept their legs and lives because of it.
Also how can they generate 100k a year in revenue if they don't promote it and expand clinics?
But they shouldn't promote it because you don't think they should?!?!
Again next week is your opinion. There was no hard date set for this quarterly update. I'd like it to be today, but they told us when it will be. Have a great weekend!
It is opinion. The company never stated when they were going to release their updates. You think it should be today. That's your opinion.
That's your opinion. Here's what Vivos said, "
We’re planning on sharing a Q & A interview with him that will go out in our 3rd Quarter (Q3) update to be issued in the last 1/2 of the month." I'm looking forward to hearing what the Dr. Has to say.
Thanks. Why would someone make it seem like the quartly was delayed.
Coud you imagine getting indignant and calling people names over your own false assumption!?!
Was there a date set previously for the quarterly report or was it assumed it would be when the calendar strikes October?
Nobody told me there would be math involved. Still not sure what you are trying to say. We'll try again next week.
You sure have a poor opinion of Dr Korenko. You should post comparisons to other startup medical device company CEOs accomplishments so we all have a baseline as to what your actual issues are that you state in your opinions.
The previous ceo didn't have any Battelle technology approved by the FDA and he was the one who originally licensed it.
Putting facts are facts after an opinion doesn't make the opinion a fact. Only a fact is a fact.
Facts are facts and that's the truth. Good luck with your investment.
Were you at the previous FDA meetings with Dr Korenko? The meetings he closed insulting the reviewers for delays? Are there minutes or videos of the previous meetings? Could you post them or a link to them? Are they public? Can you reference your post number where you address this? Video or transcript or it didn't happen.
I'm not following. Facts are facts
Using your logic, Dr K hasn't even worked as CEO yet. So walnut is closer. Facts are facts.
This from Vivos' 2nd quarter 2023 update.
"We completed the VX2/Rabbit Animal Study and are now writing the comprehensive report, which will be included in the final IDE(1) submission."
"1). FDA approval of an IDE is required for human study of a significant risk device which is not approved for the indication being studied."
So the rabbit studies are done and the comprehensive report will be submitted with the IDE submission.
Getting old I suppose. Mixing the ADMD list of possible products in my mind.
But it cements my respect for Dr. Korenko.
Battelle has dozens, if not hundreds of the smartest, most brilliant minds in the country working for them. Dr. Korenko was still able to improve upon the invention of Battelle. Making its application more precise. Of course this great advancement took some time and significant effort. Its a cancer treatment.
I would think Dr. K was advised this was the prudent path to walk. Why rush into human studies with a lesser product that might actually hinder the success of the trial. Precision matters.
A very beautiful story indeed, thanks!
I don't believe there is a better CEO for Vivos. Most of what Radiogel and Isopet are today, came from Dr Korenko efforts. The technology was invented/developed at Battelle, but under Dr K it has been refined to what it is today. I believe the original tech was some sort of yttrium bead in the hydrogel solution not the yttrium phosphate particles used today.
These particles allow for greater precision in administration and nearly undetectable leftovers once the gel is dissolved by the body.
I believe he is fiscally responsible and has already accomplished so much with such a small budget without issuing shares like confetti. Especially to himself. He also worked for shares in lieu of salary.
The money spent to bring Isopet to FDA approval was less then some big pharma ceos yearly bonuses. The same will most likely be true of Radiogel.
The technology works and there is a need in the veterinary and medical industries.
It's a simpler, more timely treatment over beam radiation for some cancers. Very important for immobile, frail patients, and pets. Beam radiation also requires multiple visits and anesthesia for pets for each of these visits.
Another huge plus is no extra infrastructure is needed. Everything is shipped to the sight. No million dollar machines, maintenance, specially constructed rooms, or valuable floor space required. The patient goes home the same day, remarkable!
With regards to the FDA requiring additional studies, it happens a lot to biotech companies big and small. Many are listed on national exchanges and have eight or nine digit budgets. These companies have doctors, scientists, lawyers, advisors, reps, lobbyists, etc. and will still be asked for additional data or studies. So its not a ceo issue, its the nature of the approval process in general.
I think the Dr has done an exemplory job considering the shoe string budget and the 2+ year covid shutdown. Dr Korenko is a major reason why I own shares in Vivos and continue to buy.
OMG, this is getting juicy
Personally, I like the way Isopet is being rolled out.
Discounting each treatment is not a bad way to attract pet owners.
This discount, to me, is a training expense, teaching newly licensed Isopet Vets process and procedure.
I'm confident that Vivos spending a few bucks on each Isopet treatment perpetually isn't Vivos' business model.
Also, Isopet Works.
That's one of the reasons I'm an investor in this exciting, novel cancer treatment company.
Many thanks to you and Bromite for getting this across the finish line.
Thanks for the follow up
Thanks again.
Its like a tennis match
So some questions:
For Bromite
Is he or isnt he? Were Floyds services terminated?
Did Dr. K. verify this?
If yes, and Floyd is gone, did Floyd go rogue and continue messing up patents at his own expense? lol
Will he be stopped?
For Kayak
Could you share with the board the patent numbers you are referencing in your posts. It would make researching them much easier for those who are asking.
No screenshots needed.
Thanks!
Thanks for getting to the bottom of that.
Cool! People are sucking up shares.
Glad you dog is doing OK and is full of energy! Hopefully cancer free now too.
Is your dog the one they Tweeted about?
Languished how?
Dr. K. said they still have enough cash. I don't believe they'll sell shares of the new offering until the money is needed. Then sell them as needed.
They did this with the first offering.
Some worried all the shares weren't sold quickly and all at once.
Turns out instead of shoveling all of the shares out the door upfront at $.027, they were able to revise the offering and raise additional money with the remaining shares at $.08.
That's chocked full of fiduciary goodness. IMHO
They paused the equine testing in 2020 due to covid as per a tweet on Jan 21, 2021.
Looks like this was Reg A funding at a higher offering price and less shares.
Which, of course, is Awesome. as it will lessen dilution if the Reg A is tapped more. Less shares at a higher price. Looks like $.08 is the implied floor. Sure beats $.027!
Great job Dr. K. Thank You!
From the filing, bold by me:
I wouldn't sweat the 8 cent price. That's just a calculation for the cost of the registration filing fee. If you look at the S-8, you'll notice the $.08 is footnoted with a (2).
Proposed Maximum Offering Price per Share $0.08 (2)
Reading footnote (2) tells us the following, bold by me:
(2) Estimated solely for the purpose of calculating the amount of the registration fee pursuant to Rules 457(c) and (h) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, on the basis of the average of the high and low selling prices per share of Common Stock of the Registrant on December 23, 2020, as reported by the OTCQB Market. Pursuant to General Instruction E to Form S-8, a filing fee is only being paid with respect to the registration of additional securities under the Plan.
The shares will likely be priced based on the share price at the time they are granted sometime in the future. Also, they most likely won't all be granted at once. It took them 2+ years to issue the previous 30+ million shares.
Thats my basic understanding of it anyway
Merry Christmas all and thanks for a great board!
How can there be delays in the approval process? Isopet was approved by the FDA over a year and a half ago. Vista already treated a patient. A cat named Drake.
From the 10K
I too think it is extremely important to temper expectations. Isopet is still an infant and Radiogel needs FDA device approval.
But lets say once proven, what makes that suggested $7.6bn valuation so extravagant?
What is the value of the Radiogel technology once it reaches its full potential? What can it replace? What multiple will be applied to sales?
I believe, once proven, Radiogel/Isopet technology could completely replace other forms of brachytherapy. There are no 'leftovers' floating around after treatment.
I also believe it could replace beam radiation treatment in most cases too. Beam radiation requires weeks of daily treatment. Vivos's is one and done.
That would give Vivos a healthy chunk of the radiation oncology market.
Regarding valuations, here are a few links about addressing radiation oncology market valuations. These popped up when I googled 'radiation oncology market valuations'. I make no claims to the validity of these valuations.

Here is a link to a Dec. 2000 Popular Science article about what I believe is the birth of Radiogel at PNNL. Pop Sci called it "Gummy Drug Delivery" in the article.

Who posed the question Sharkey1?
Vivos licensed Radiogel patents from Battelle back in 2012. Almost 7 and a half years ago. All Vivos's literature about Radiogel states it solidifies at body temperature. While anything is possible, I'm sure there is documention behind that statement.
This from their 2012 press release
This from the 1-A Offering Statement, Page 14 toward the bottom.

I'm with you. It is a very difficult decision to make. I have tremendous respect for that dog, owner, and Vivos for agreeing to try. The data taken from this brave dog will undoubtedly help many animals and people in the future.
Thanks again!
Thank You for the update. I'm glad the tumor's dead, but sorry to hear about the infection. Didn't that dog also have a growth on its lung that was believed to be cancer that may have metastasized?
