What makes you think we’re “hooking up” with Mantech? Last time I hooked up was 1999.
Anyone call Matt Kreps? Is he still with the company ?
Isn’t it time to wait for real information rather than float rumors that will not help the company? Where is the real information? Has anyone tried to call Milton or is everyone sitting at home bored on their computers? Reach out to these people and maybe we will get some valid information!!
What about the ECS partnership?
Based on this tweet there were things ready to go with patented certified tech. Can we get an update from Mr. Maddox?

I think....I suspect... Maybe it’s Colonel Mustard who can get this thing moving with a candlestick! Why is it always a guessing game? Where is the leadership? Where is the communication? I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Is anyone going to be accountable to us???
Wish we had more than speculation. I expect to hear from new leadership soon. All of this group think with no facts gets tedious to read.
That’s how I feel. What the hell did he do to earn that amount of money???
WTH. We need to know why he left! What information did he take with him and where is he going???? I’m sure we will never get a straight answer. So much for your savior...
Thank you
I agree 100%.
As it was stated, that’s in the courts hands so continuing negative jargon only hurts the rest of us.
That’s not true. There were sales. Can we move off the college circuit and into the real action? Government anyone? We had a DC office with contacts. We got the certifications that were necessary to get contracts. So what are we waiting for? This guy was connected. Where are his contacts?
Anything ever come of this? Looks like it was the perfect place to pitch our product/s. Do we have products?
Cipherloc CEO Discusses Iran Tensions and Foreign Threats to U.S. Businesses for WSJ Pro Cybersecurity Symposium
9:15 am ET January 10, 2020 (Accesswire)
SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 10, 2020 / Today The Wall Street Journal, in partnership with FBI-affiliated InfraGard, is hosting a two-day Cybersecurity Symposium that brings together leaders from across industry, government and academia to address the critical cyber threats and challenges facing businesses today.
Andrew Borene, the President and CEO of Cipherloc Corporation (OTCQB:CLOK), a developer of advanced encryption technology for the quantum era, will share his expertise on a panel titled "Foreign Intelligence Collection and Intellectual Property Protection."
"Businesses in the U.S. and our allied countries are constantly at risk from major foreign intelligence services," said Borene. "Given the recent escalation of tensions with Iran, the potential scope and scale of threats to data in our critical information systems has increased dramatically.
"As we work to harden our collective cyber defenses, the steps we take now to better encrypt and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data - regardless of who possesses it - are going to become an increasingly critical aspect of our future economic security posture."
Borene will also discuss practical steps and encryption tools that the defense industry and more traditional businesses can use to protect their critical assets and most sensitive data from today's known state threats and the unknown threats expected in the upcoming quantum computing era. The panel will be moderated by Christian Whiton, Senior Fellow at The Center for the National Interest.
I hope you’re right
I wonder how long it will take them to come up with viable products. My overall takeaway was don’t hold your breath.
By communication I meant an investor update conference call
Happy New Year, everyone. I took a break from this message board and see nothing has changed. I hope the new CEO makes some effort at real communication with the stockholders. I think everyone deserves some sort of update.
Who owns the patents?
Exactly. Can’t wait to see what is coming out next. What a nightmare. Where’s the sales?
To answer your question, pretty much no. Far from.
So....is the product done? Is it ready for market? If it’s done and as good as it’s been touted, with a team as good as some people here have claimed, we should see some revenue very soon with minimal expense output as apparently that has been deemed bad business by some. Can’t wait to see what happens.
We don’t know because the company hasn’t said anything. I asked about Mantech. Apparently they were in meetings with Mantech a couple weeks ago. Perhaps someone can let us know how that went? Seems important.
How is Tom the savior? Please tell me what he has done to claim this title. Looks like Tom doesn’t really care what happens to Cipherloc shareholders if he’s leaving. It’s not like the ship has been turned.
Doesn’t an interim CEO typically leave after a replacement has been found? Do we know who will replace him or is he just bailing?
So we find out that Tom Wilkinson is leaving through a post on the mb. Isn’t there supposed to be a formal filing? Were all board members aware of this move? Does this also mean Milton is gone with that COO posting or is Milton the CEO? Is Manchester still calling the shots after their guy, Wilkinson leaves? Does this mean we get all new board members as well? Lots of questions.
These conversations are reminiscent of when Obama came into office and proceeded to blame Bush for everything that went wrong in the subsequent years. We’re in a new chapter. Let’s leave Michael DeLaGarza out of this. The negative messaging was supposedly to get him out of his position and was “essential” according to the authors on the mb. That is done so give it rest.
With regards to Cipherloc, let’s take the spotlight off the past and put it on this new team. What are they doing? What is their plan? Who have they hired? What happened with Mantech meetings the other week? Is the product ready? If so, anything on the table? Any deals closed? Whatever happened with the audit?
These are current relevant questions that deserve answers.
Do we have a name for the new marketing team/company?
Anybody know what came out of the Mantech meetings?
Nothing silly about that. It’s brilliant marketing. If the product is unhackable and couldn’t be quantum hacked, then put the challenge out there? If it survives we all get rich. If it doesn’t - go to the next patent or rip this bandaid off. Either way it’s brilliant!
Wasn’t this theory made a reality when the Mossad couldn’t hack it? When it couldn’t be quantum hacked? When it received government certifications? Can anyone verify whether these three occasions in fact did occur?
Where is the new audit? Also I wouldn’t mind seeing the email that was sent to Mr. Clokemdead with regards to a promise of not dissolving this company. Shouldn’t this be communicated to all shareholders? When will we get any communication by this new group? Or filings?
That’s quite a statement. The people involved in the takeover of this company claimed to have belief in the product, Tom Wilkinson’s ability to lead, and the shareholders’ best interests at heart. Why the sudden turnaround? Did something happen in the last two days? I am suddenly hearing a different tune. One minute “buy more everyone! This is going to take off!” The next minute, “they’ll dismantle this company and sell the tech!” What have you people done?
Yes. Manchester, everyone involved. Thank you. I’m so glad you were able to further drop the stock price. Kudos!
Still would like to hear messaging from somewhere other than this message board. Isn’t that one of the criticisms before Tom Wilkinson came onboard? The lack of communication? Shareholders deserve some information. Even if details can’t be discussed about legal, what is the plan?
Or maybe he was clearing out his personal belongings.
The video shows me that the man who started the company may have been trying to protect his intellectual property. I don’t see it as damning evidence of anything. I’m sorry. I would also assume a guilty man with damning evidence against him would make a quiet deal and walk away instead of fighting it out in court where all this evidence will put him in jail. Doesn’t add up.
Were these allegations proven in court last week? What transpired? What is next? Does Tom Wilkinson have control of the company at this point or not? If so, are there deals on the table? Is the product ready? When will shareholders be let out of the dark? This is very frustrating getting all information about an important investment solely from a message board. Press releases to come? Conference calls to come?
When was the presentation?
You said it yourself, “I have received numerous reports, without the documents to prove the report”
