Can someone let me know what the next ER date is? I've just been swing trading this for the past month. Looking to take a larger position if I can get the right dip as they are getting more rare these days but I want to be conscious of the ER date.
Thanks and I hope everyone is doing well!
That's a pretty cool article. Thanks for sharing!
70% off CVSI CBD products this weekend. Subsequently, 70% off their stock this week as well.
You guys went from .40 to .06... What type of catalyst are you expecting to get back to .40? Seems like if you are holding from .40 then you simply just lost over 3/4 of your investment from holding too long. Why would a new investor want to get in now seeing what just happened within 2 months?
Just so you know, I don't hold any positions here. I'm trying to learn what is on the horizon that can take this back up to just .30?
I know we are not to encourage the "Thong"... but I have to admit the post was funny. Thanks for the laugh!
It's simple, you are thinking about today and now, while investors are thinking about 3 months from now.
People have different strategies, some bail and try to buy in cheaper while others simply hold and wait for things to go back up.
Looks like it's a hold play. Also, we have a buy rating on the stock now with a .95 price target. Earnings mean nothing, potential is everything at this point.
"DuPont omega 3 and CVSI cbd without THC. Have Mercy Wolf ahooooooo"
This was the smartest idea I have read today. That article is on point with the fact that people love their CBD and will take it. So why not blend in some high quality Omega 3's and take it to the next level. I'd be all over this blend.
Motorcity called it MONTHS AGO... If you all recall, he said that CVSI needs to come out with a line that is more affordable and accessible in gas stations and convenient stores, sort of a budget line... Well guess what? BAM! That happened today!
So I'm only posting here as a hats of to him for that forward thinking so long ago. I wonder if they listened to you or finally thought of this on their own. Business is starting to look super spicy for CVSI. I thought for sure the Pet Line would have been put out first but I couldn't be more thrilled with the companies pivot to release these new lines first. Hats off!
Hey Carl,
Good to see you around. I've been following things closely and finally up big now after averaging down and making some key flips while accumulating to the long share pile.
So here is the current situation to answer your questions:
1) NASDAQ - Shareholders voted down the reverse split. It's apparent that shareholders want the stock price to earn it's way up organically. Dowling was a little disappointed by this but investors are happy.
2) The last pending lawsuit was always garbage in the first place. It's not officially over with but seeing as CV007 patent was issued. There is absolutely zero grounds for the case. It'll be thrown out shortly. It's just a formality that it hasn't already. So yay management for staying truthful and getting that patent sealed. Patent is estimated to be valued at .80/share on it's own. That without any other sales. So take .80 and add in everything else CVSI and that's where we "should" be. I think the total valuation was around $1.50+ share when I calculated all that before the new product line was released.
3) Other than that, we have new lines coming out this month. It's a health line that contains 0 CBD. It's a brilliant pivot by the company to get things moving.
4)We are also really close to FDA Guidelines being set. It could be days or up to a week or two... who knows but the news says "Very Shortly" and progress was actually made.
5) Online sales are supposedly looking good as well but I want to see the ER on Thursday to validate that. The hopefulness of good news is also that the PR call for the ER review is during trading hours which is normally a good sign instead of an after trading hours call.
That's all I can think of right off the top of my head.
Take care
The last 2 trading days we hit a high, came back down a little and then ran up .01 under the days high for the close. I think it's pretty obvious that tomorrow shows strong signs of continuing the uptrend. I don't know how the rest of the week will play out but I am pretty confident that we'll see mid-high 1.30's tomorrow. I'm watching things day by day while letting the data alter my long run.
I've done a complete reset of my investments with CVSI starting at .40, buying in 10k lots up to .91. I'll most likely continue up into the 1.20's and then sit tight for the ride up to where I hope we hit our analyst target of 1.70 and then wait to see if a new high target is issued at that point.
I'm also interested to see if we can get above $2.00 in the next 3 weeks by the time the Annual Stockholders meeting is held on June 16th. We have a few things that could happen between now and then that would work in our favor. I expect to hear positive news during that meeting and if we hit over $2 by then, I expect news towards a major catalyst in our efforts to up list. As in, there are hurdles, it would be nice to know if hurdles are met showing we are still working towards this goal.
That's my take for today.
No. Not at all.
There is just some buzz going around from a Canadian study that says CBD might help with COVID-19. Just do a Google search. It's everywhere.
"The researchers in Alberta, Canada, conducted a study using artificial 3D models of oral, airway and intestinal tissues coupled with a limited sample of high CBD Cannabis sativa extracts modulate ACE2 gene expression and ACE2 protein levels. The results indicated hemp extracts high in CBD may help block proteins that provide a “gateway” for COVID-19 to enter host cells."
Think of it as adding a 70% shield to your body. Still able to catch it but your reducing your chances of catching it by 70%. It's a long way from something tangible and proven but it is creating quite a buzz right now.

I agree here... we might not need a reverse split. This is what most of us have been saying all along. The company needs to recover naturally. They've done it before, they can do it again. We went from .25 to $9. I don't see why we couldn't go from .25 to $3 just the same with the current trends and conditions.
There are some compounding conditions in our favor if they stack up well.
1) FDA Issues rules on selling CBD.
2) News about MJ/CBD and Coronavirus.
3) Patent gets lawsuit dismissed.
4) New products announced.
5) Partnerships for Phase 1 testing announced.
I know I'm missing something... anyone else want to chime in?
Thank you for sharing the post!
I'm very excited to use the CVSI CBD/Nicotine Gum when it hits the market. Even if next year... or whenever. I'm ready! There are so many people out there that will buy this product regularly.
I think many are failing to realize one thing... Nicotine/CBD gum isn't going to be as expensive to bring to market as say a new migraine medicine.
Nicotine gum has been around for like 20 years and CBD is already sold in grocery stores in all 50 states.
I've heard everything from 50M to 2.2 Billion over 10-15 years. Get real! This isn't a medicine. It's freaking GUM with CBD lol
You're killing me here with some of this nonsense. Do you think Wal-Greens spent 50M to 2.2 Billion dollars to sell 160 pieces of nicotine gum for $50? Hell no! I get that it takes money and partnerships to do this but I think the partnerships are going to be with a supplier of medical grade CBD (or one that helps CVSI with the process) and then maybe a nicotine gum manufacturer. Other than that, CVSI already has their products in stores so they have the marketing channels open on their end already.
Now think of this... No matter how hard people have tried to shove the stock price down, bash every little thing CVSI, the cats out of the bag folks... they own the patent, they will get this product to market and new/old investors don't care about what you say to try and keep this down. Even today I saw the stock shoot up positive, get shoved back negative and then shoot up positive again... If that doesn't show strength, what does? You can't hold this down anymore... but you can lose your funds trying.
I really don't think that many understand that the WHALE investors were here for the CBD/Nicotine patent and products... not just CBD. They will come back for sure. I'm certain about this.
CVSI is now THE most unique CBD company out there. Because others can't just whip up some fake junk cbd/nicotine gum to try and move in on this market.
Also, once that FDA guidance comes out... whenever that will be... all these little junk CBD companies are going to fall like flies leaving the ones that did things right all along to make sure that what's on the label is in the bottle is what stays on the shelf.
So there is my rant for the day.
This is a very interesting break down of two CBD companies going toe to toe.
What I'll be thrilled about is when I see CVSI pivot and work on their Pharma company and then still work on improving results in the CBD retail space.
As an investor, I like seeing a company diversify revenue streams across multiple channels. It's all based around CBD but catered to different markets. This is smart money and smart management.
We do this in our company and that's why we are very profitable. When one area dry's up, the other area will overflow with revenue. Then vise versa. It creates stability for our employees as well as the company as a whole.
What I am getting at is this chart will start to favor CVSI as they work on their Pharma side of the business.
Another post that I agree with you 100%.
Particularly this:
I agree 100%. Andrew Left/Citron has made a fortune on releasing news that causes a stock to fall, us as shareholders suffer as does the reputation of the accused company. All while he shorts the stocks down to nothing.
In this case, Mr. Left / Citron made a terrible mistake and made money off of us ALL! He should be sued for HIS false claims as the patent awarded now proves he didn't know what the hell he was talking about.
If any of us made these false claims we'd lose our homes and the shirt off our backs. He isn't above the law. He should pay.
CVSI $1.70 price target upgrade:
https://thefly.com/landingPageNews.php?id=3068259
Current Market Cap of 49.93M + 82M from the patent = 130M'ish... yeah, we're going back up over $1.
I've been scooping up 4k+ share blocks all week. If this soars on good news Friday, I'm ready. If this tanks, I'm ready to scoop up 10k share blocks. CVSI is going to make a big comeback. Just patiently waiting for the next big news drop. Our time for victory is coming soon.
Things have become too predictable. If I was a short, betting on predictability, I'd short this hard because the track record for ER's is in their favor over the past year. But I'm not a short, so looking for past trends to cease and we have a breakout this ER release.
Anyone have any thoughts to share?
I'm ready to buy big on the dips here.
I feel like we are shifting from playing David trying to slay the giant (bad CBD companies) waiting for FDA approval, to a waking sleeping giant that knows FDA approval is coming, hit their sales goals and is about to drop news of clinical trials for their new patent which is approved and will be received soon.
Something just feels different. I know we have been in a bit of a rut to say the least but we have seen some decent spikes. We have been that company that went from .25 to $9 in less than 5-6 months. I know those were different times, however, I feel we have the ammo coming for a major spike and I'm not going to miss it.
Patent Approved - Final issue coming soon
Andrew left BS case from 2018 - Time to throw that out
Pre-market earnings release signals good numbers
Clinical trials coming
FDA guidance coming
FDA will knock out BS CBD companies
5400 stores stocked and the Rona slowing to open businesses back up
Markets are primed and conditions are good enough
In my opinion, the writing is on the wall. Break out imminent.
First Q 2019 Results? It's 2020! Do I need more coffee and I'm missing something or is this a botched PR release?
I'm a bit shocked how after 3 days people go from "here comes $1" to the world is ending and this is a POS.
Re-lax people... We are in a volatile market right now, meaning big swings up and big swings down. There are also lots of stocks out there on major exchanges that offer slow steady growth because they got the beat down. Ones less risky then here.
If anyone played this spike differently and sold in the .70's, bought when it was down to .25 - .30 range as you should have you could have more than doubled again. That's two MAJOR swings in a month. Expect it to happen again in some fashion. I think the next big swing will be from between .40 - .50 lows going up to .75 - .85. So being ready, again, is what I am doing. Always holding long shares as well. Heck if you double down when it's down and sell half when it doubles up you've just accumulated free long shares. If it goes to .01 or 10.00 it doesn't matter because it's all free anyways.
Just some things to chew on there. Till next week, I hope you all have a wonderful Easter Weekend.
Take care.
Hope all is well.
Something about ahooooo and prostate exam in the same paragraph made me laugh. Definitely not fun but caught the humor. Again, hope all is well.
Take care.
Well that was a very interesting close today. Roughly 250k shares increased in the last 10 minutes of the day. Perhaps that means a good Easter close tomorrow since the markets are closed on Good Friday.
I was happy to lock in profits from my .60 shares today. 19% gain was nice. I really do love the news but I still think that there is too much uncertainty in the market right now causing volatility to not take profits.
I'll be looking to load the boat back up if this goes south to .50 as mentioned prior.
Till then, I'll hold my long shares. It could be another 4-6 weeks before the patent is finalized. Then we have to go into trials which is quite a few months. This is a long game and a big long game with a lot of short victories from now until then with plenty to be made for long holder or day traders, or those that day trade to add to the long share pile.
I with you on this bro. We must have been thinking pretty similar. I've been burned so bad here it felt good to come out with a win this time. That's crazy that you posted this at almost the exact time I posted a very similar message.
Congrats on the win! See you back in if volatility takes this down in the coming weeks?
Take care.
Great post on a possible patent approval coming up. I'm using this news today to bail out on .40 shares I loaded up on. Too much volatility in the market right now to pass up profits. Next week we can easily be back down to sub .50 at which time I'll happily load the boat again.
Regarding the comments about the bounce from .40 - .70, I agree we might see that for awhile. What I haven't liked the past month plus is the large blocks that are loading and unloading. It's like price fixing with someone that has 1 Million plus shares. I don't like seeing stocks manipulated like that because someone else is in control and not really the market itself.
One panic day from Coronavirus or a change in heart of mood and we come crashing down. For now, I'm thankful for today and will take it as such.
GL All.
Can anyone that takes +CBD comment on if they have gotten the flu or a cold over the last 5 months and whether or not it was shorter or less severe than others in your circles?
My whole family has had cold's and flu's this season, adults and kids and I'm the only one who takes +CBD daily for many months now and I haven't had a single case.
Mind you I sleep next to my wife and took care of her when she wasn't feeling well and also took care of the kids and even my mother. I haven't been sick at all.
I'm just wondering if I'm lucky, or if the antiviral properties in +CBD have actually strengthened my immune system to the point where I either didn't get sick or had such mild symptoms that it was here and gone before I even noticed anything.
Keep in mind that I don't take +CBD because of the antiviral properties. I take it for stress management, mental clarity while working, and it gets rid of the little aches and pains when I get up in the morning.
I don't think they are marketing specifically to the older generations at all. I don't fall in that age bracket at all and I love the retro look. I've also run a web development company for the past 20 years so I know what sells and this is it. I have 0 complaints about their new website. The company they hired knocked it out of the park.
People don't want the same bullsh*t fed to them on a daily basis. They want funny, real and honest. I'm still a little concerned about their SEO and how that transferred from the old site to the new site but I have to think that the design firm knew enough to save the SEO juice that they had prior.
All in all. I like it! Hoping to see them kick some a$$ this year online because imo, the rest of the sales avenues aren't going to cut it when it comes to growth until the FDA gets their sh*t together.
