Yep, like I said, everyone needs to decide for themselves. Risk is inherent in any investment, especially with a bio that is pre-revenue.

There is a whole section with a break down by % of shares sold. This will affect the price, that’s all I’m saying.

I’ve been with this company for several years now, and I will continue to stay long because I believe in the treatment. However, after reading (most of) the 1A, there is a specific section in there titled “dilution”. It puts it out there in plain English that if all, or a portion of, the 150 mil shares sell there will be IMMEDIATE dilution to the price. Like I said I am in it for the long haul because i believe, but everyone needs to be prepared for what’s coming and decide for themselves if this is going to be something they can weather.

Yeah looking at level II it looks like some automatic sells were triggered. That’s pretty sneaky if that was purposely done

TDA is not showing the price adjustment for the last trade of 250k. What is everyone showing the close at because it looks like it should be .0642 but it’s showing like .0705

I called them and asked about the charges I saw, and they explained it was the mandatory reorganization fee. I had no idea about that fee so the lady refunded the money just for this instance.

Yeah TDA reimbursed me as well, but it took a phone call.

TDA is updated. Also, found out this weekend that I got charged for this reverse split because of TDA administration fees. That’s garbage!! But I continue to hold long!!
