Maybe SINTX can use armor proceeds to fund themselves and stop milking the investor. Zimmer has a poor reputation, in my opinion. See the Zimmer hip lawsuit I just posted. The studies on cytotoxic corrosion go back to 1988.

March 1988..Just two more weeks guys.
I can just imagine this Sonny guy shooting spit balls in every class hes ever attended then saying "have you seen my CV tho?" Then ICE grabs him and deports him.
"SINTX will be collaborating with Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine" Based and redpilled.
"3D printed SN-PEEK composite spinal implant that meets the static loading requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials"
Not so based. Considering it raises questions of pure Silicon nitride implants and ASTM standards that would make a doped PEEK superior. Looking at the STRYKER hip design where wear components are mitigated by a PEEK insert.
"Never releasing a hip"
bruh. Sonny. You got to go. You're a human national investment. It was a bad investment. You have to go back.
Ive been thinking of ways the NIH could just absorb this with a little help from Sonny for about $5. I've been thinking of ways to fund this without damaging retail that are not itemizing their taxes. Even the opposing side cries about socialized health care one payer systems. Thats a bunch of hot air.
"This U.S. government funded research grant addresses the antibacterial and osseointegrative properties of silicon nitride and represents the first NIH grant that has been awarded to SINTX."
I think this represents a portion of Sonny's salary. It's like NASA trying to fund itself on an IPO and then Boston would say as soon as we float people around in a space station SpaceX will buy them 2 to 1. Whereas Space force.
"is the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and public health research (funding)."
The corruption here is staggering. Its like a big onion.
It doesn't make sense that Bal is the CEO anymore. He just rides around on the back of MCENTIRE like hes his golden pony boy. BAL had YEARS AND YEARS to accomplish something in orthopedics. He dropped the ball here one too many times. This has become hostile.
https://ir.sintx.com/news-events/press-releases/detail/183/sintx-technologies-reassesses-exclusive-patent-license-with
Here... It would be nice to produce a press release on a vote taking place..
At this point if I was thinking about a strategic partnership I would say you know what never mind. Send me some material. Maybe not. We'll figure this out ourselves. Have your lawyers call my lawyers and we'll figure out the intellectual property royalties. The only person I want to hear from, regarding you SINTX guys, is MCENTIRE.
I dont think its a solid business model to gate keep the inherent discovered properties of an element. You'd need products. The product they had was kind of thrown out the door to CTL. That doesnt leave much for buy out and acquisition. How long does it take to dope PEEK from the initial concept? How fast can any other company dope a different distinctive material in a partnership while SINTX essentially middle mans the material? It's all starting to feel a little too drawn out with hints of incompetence and hostility toward the company to not be deliberate.
I'll give them credit. from initial idea to a scientific paper on antifungal properties time frame was extremely acceptable. That's what I like to see. How much is that worth financially? If youre not gate keeping the properties of the material? I'd say anyone involved is up to this point fairly compensated. with that said I cant even vote for some reason.
Agreed, my broker should have alerted me of a vote, but for some reason that didnt happen. Considering I just voted on an alert from my broker unrelated to SINTX. I think I'd know if I received a notification to vote. Which I didnt. Sintx twitter is deleted. There's a sticky here, on ihub, from a March conference call. There is nothing about a current vote or whats on the ballot or any mention of breaking a quorum, to alert investors on Ihub. Maybe thats all extremely suspect maybe its not.
Im not mad at off topic conversations. Im mad at off topic conversation occurring in lieu of stickies on key information on the company. Or any discussion on current SINTX events whatsoever for that matter. I personally asked you what we're voting on with lack of response. Thats fine.
Going forward the fact the twitter is now deleted is an issue. Did twitter delete it? I dont know.
"Raman spectroscopy suggested that the products of Si3N4 hydrolysis directly react with viral proteins and RNA."

Products of hydrolysis.
Not really. I dont really pay attention. I just wear a P95 half mask respirator and go about my business. The only time I really think about masks is when I see one littered. Then get mad.
Yeah Texas is going crazy. every row is a skid row all of a sudden and I was parked out by one and this guy comes off that row and starts shining a flashlight into a funeral home holding a bat. Pulls the bat up like hes going to smash the window then walks off. Goes and does it to another business then starts doing it to a bush an occupied car, traffic, a sewer grate etc. Then does it to me and Ive got my gun half way out before he does the walk off. I had to call the cops because this guy looked like he was trying to break into buildings, theres little girls everywhere around where I was and I'm not wanting to shoot a guy myself. Just wanted someone to take his bat.The Cop comes around looks at this guy. I flash my lights to try to indicate -you are staring at a guy with a bat and a flashlight-...She looks at me puzzled and just drives off. So I watch this guy break and enter through a fence into an elder care facility. Called them back to let them know hes now in the back of this facility if they want to chat and decided this isnt my problem anymore Im going home. With all the police defunding and trying to cripple the police from self defense and the local gov. acting like this is helping I just decided this isnt my problem anymore. Started thinking maybe Im in the wrong for calling the cops and considering any of this a problem in the first place.
No offense, but tell that to a SCUBA Diver or Firemans SCBA in a smokey building. If you're actually serious you dont put the leg of your pants on your face to run into a biological threat zone. CBRN rating. Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear. To me, if you cant or don't want to wear the mask, thats fine because enough of us can to have "flattened the curve" or simulate the percentages of herd immunity. Because masks work. It just has to be a mask that works. Something is up here when we pretend CBRN ratings dont exist and we where actually born yesterday as a nation in the face of whats supposed to be world wrecking. I'd rather go to a witch doctor or consult a psuedo scientist at this point. The BS is just off the radar.
"You got a loicense to wear that mask?" You got a loicense to wear that mask you made from old rags that leaks everywhere? Needs a proper seal. Otherwise the air follows the path of least resistance and doesn't filter through that old pant leg you made your mask from.
I'm working on a new theory that everything is metal. Calcium is metal. Silica is metal. Therefore your bones are metal. Before modern paint they used white wash. The formula is oxidized Calcium. METAL. Then they switched to lead paint and modern Titanium dioxide.
"As it is absorbed, the highly available form of silica creates a silicate matrix within the cell walls of your plants. This helps to physically increase cell wall structure while protecting against external stressors."
This is referring to Potassium Silicate. Potassium is a metal also. Therefore plants and wood are mostly metal. Hence the bioavailability of poisonous metals in oxidized form such as lead oxide.
Even non metals like phosphorous you're dancing dangerously close to a metal with things like Phosphorene. I therefore figure if you can't find an elements metal state you havent looked hard enough, or at least form a constituent. Like titanium nitride. A "ceramic". Sounds like a metal to me. or any oxidized metal variant such as silicon dioxide. Metals have a severe propensity to oxidize as a base state. "bones are calcium" bones aren't calcium. theyre metal. Or at least a "ceramic"
If this boils down to America #1, CHYNA #1, Japan #1, Korea #1
Im going to tell you a story I heard from a drunk homeless man. He said in Vietnam his job was to stack bodies. One of the bodies was still alive and said he was South. He told the man they all look the same to him and put him on the pile.Chatter said this man was found beaten to death in his homeless camp within hours trying to regale other people with other stories. The point is I could brainwash 1000 men to indiscriminately kill me or us all. Thats brother versus brother. Whatever you want.

https://patents.google.com/patent/CN100484902C/en
and this looks like a patent from 2007 talking about sini polymer doping wow so easy, but now how does dope rubber with even distribution?? Might want to check all those patents there before you run off and think you invented something. I'll help you grammatically translate the translations.

2008. CHYNA. and they said these guys only steal IP. Watch them surpass you in every way and pay no royalty and laugh at your DMCA with the support of their fully developed futuristic technology. Youre done son. Hope it was worth it.
"Hashimoto's disease is an autoimmune disorder"
"Doctors don't know what causes your immune system to attack your thyroid gland. Some scientists think a virus or bacterium might trigger the response, while others believe a genetic flaw may be involved"
as far as virus inflicting an auto immune response. I don't think it's off the table. See: multi-system inflammatory syndrome and Kawasaki syndrome.
For all I know you get a test group of Hashimoto to find out what triggered it and some come back virus, some come back Heavy metal exposure, toxin exposure and possibly others come back stress.
With support from the investor. Support from UTAH and JAPAN. This is well positioned to prove me wrong and go dope a rubber phone case. But SINTX is your bum kid in your basement. I'd be more inclined to believe Japanese University would dope rubber phone case and attribute it here than SINTX to get of their laurel. That would be a good PR to print 30 million more shares to throw into the momentum of Giuseppe Pezzotti, one of the not bums.
ZAGG has a screen protector for your phone that protects the screen from breakage, blocks blue light and is doped with phototuned titanium to kill virus and fecal bacteria in the presence of light. This works well since your screen is constantly beaming light into the product from MM away. Now why hasn't SINTX doped a rubber for a phone case?? It's like they constantly rest on their laurels with their only concern is how much they can milk the investor for continued yearly paychecks to rest on their laurels. Mcentire is cool. Bray is cool. But Im guessing one of these other guys probably tried to pitch buying CTL into Amedica for Amedica shares at some point.

To put guys like Zimmer on a boat and set it to sail for pretending to sleep. Go ahead and present running bull's Cafepharma posts on the zimmer board attempting to wake the sleeping Giant on it's properties as well. These guys where woke and just pretending the entire time while people die and their lives where ruined as a result. Now they say they wheren't properly informed through the specific channel???!! Remember your ideas are worthless because you have no capital but you should concern yourself with Chinese theft of stolen IP stolen from you by a surveillance state. You have been disenfranchised from your own thoughts in the US. I have no idea why'd you be willing to defend these clowns from CHYNA or why CHYNA should be forced to let them in.

Here's the post. Looks like I just alluded to it since it would be obvious to anybody reading it what I was alluding to on a SILICON NITRIDE DISCUSSION BOARD!!! since we all know where I was going with that since it would have been redundant to mention its ANTIVIRAL PROPERTIES!! not sure if that helps or hurts that argument that they needed to be hand held toward the idea of a silicon nitride mask to know to invest. But it's dated 1/20/2020. Not sure if that's before or after the indeed link, since I just brushed acrossed it. Thinking about why I should be concerned with any US companies health or welfare when it concerns China competition when they are engaged in so much antitrust it feels like a one sided war against the population of the United States.
Any one got Intel on a sec investigation? I saw on the Twitter they where tweeting about releasing the mask PR @ the sec and saw a linkdin post where the new guy(forgot his name) dropped the idea of a mask partner. Sucks really like the new guy. When what is criminal here is the big biofarma pretending to sleep on this while dogs eat it's corpse and everyone dies. I got a post saying masks probably months before that PR leak. Go ahead and Subpoena me to testify if that helps: that 1 I got that post saying masks 2. Anyone paying attention would know this is antiviral. Unless they need a guy that's never heard of SINT to catch a PR on that, when the shareholders have had their positioned wiped while big bio pretended to sleep that costed countless of lives. CRIMINAL!!! (good news is im not dead from corona. Just have trouble thinking about this ticker from PTSD, had my position just about wiped. Feels irrecoupable and refuse to buy more so that should make it run to $500 a share since Im refusing to invest)
OOPS. Forgot to mention I was in the self check out line when I noticed this. Probably an important factor to mention there. There's always touch screens.
The link I'm seeing to Covid19 is Hashimoto disease compromising the immune system, leaving you more susceptible to developing pneumonia. But what leads to Hashimoto here causing the immune system to malfunction? Foreign bodies? Probably a "baseless accusation dangerous conspiracy theory" from the detractors.
Seems like around this time last year the spinal market was lighting up over porous titanium. The Zimmer model G7 seems similarly named to the H1. Looking over the G7's technology there's listed
PPS® Porous Plasma Spray Coating
https://www.healio.com/orthopedics/hip/news/print/orthopedics-today/%7Bd4671ee2-731e-4477-a548-5565f54a2f1f%7D/porous-plasma-sprayed-titanium-tapered-cementless-stems-achieve-versatility
Seems to be a texturing method. This may be one way to improve upon Valeo CSC. If you're paying attention to the model it looks to have quietly gone through instances. With window pains of texture. The 3d rendering on the CTL site seems to show a smooth texture with an increase of "affixing pyramids". It would be interesting to see the CSC with a similar texture to the G7. Or possibly a titanium cored shell if that in fact yields anything worthwhile at all.
In fact dont even go after the capo de capo's on this. Attack the foot soldiers and light the field on fire. Show the $5 of food and beverages. Show the 30 year data. Case closed. If they fein ignorance, then pain and suffering was caused by obvious negligence. Leave enough spine surgeons in that ditch and their insurance will be begging for relief. That's a clear blue print for hand fulls of cash for any ambulance chasing lawyer for the rest of their lives. I think that's a persuasive argument for any jury since it sits clearly in the truth. Truth is hard to argue and gets expensive with dream teams of lawyers adept at bending reality.
Sonny is too important to have to show up to office events. lol. What do you want him to do? show up to top golf and explain what everyone already knows about SiNi? It's a rigged game and the only recourse at this point is to present it all as evidence that pain and suffering from inferior devices was caused intentionally and with malice. Throw the 30 year data on the jury's table just to include it as evidence and see where that goes.
I'm getting my 100K figure from page 4, gross profit on the 2019 6 month, Which is 52. But Im no expert at reading quarterly profits data, Just taking a crack at it. I think you might be citing product revenue before deducting cost of revenue.
I`m not seeing hints. I`m seeing OEM pitches to incorporate the tech. into product lines.
Chon launched the Monet spinal fusion device. I think I read somewhere he plans to differentiate the product lines with SiNi material. He also now holds The taurus screw systems. It makes sense if SiNi can differentiate Monet, it can also differentiate screws and create a competitive advantage beyond I dont think anyone has the PVD equipment laying around. I think if SINTX where planning on launching a PVD screw they would have held on to their screw patents. If Chon is able to launch Monet I`m guessing they've got guys capable of launching a PVD taurus screw. Not only would that differentiate screws but would be easy to differentiate other products like monet with a PVD blasting. The problem is(beyond contracts), is PVD SiNi isnt developed and doesnt have the track record established of solid and porous. as far as developed that could be a matter of outsourcing it to someone that has the track record for sini pvd deposition as a job works. I also think a deal on Joint development or approval of development could be worked out there in the contracts since it looks to me like royalty payments on medical grade SiNi,increased exposure and possible sales of CSC etc.
----------
a major problem I have with Tesla, beyond eventual battery failure, is range. Once the range is dead and youre recharging, Tesla has you on the hook for how much they plan to charge for power at their power charging stations. A Tesla is fine for commuting but can leave you stranded in the snow or with a drained battery in death valley and I dont think road assistance is capable of charging your battery in death valley whereas they can deliver a couple of gallons of gas. Even the subaru plug in hybrid, which will not leave you stranded in the snow and can take an emergency gallon of gas, sacrifices cabin area for the ability of short commutes at the price of electricity vs. gas. The long distance runs the savings become a bit negligible. Blame the laws of physics. Taking this into consideration it's a hard sell between a standard combustion driven subaru vs. a plug in hybrid especially when you factor inevitable battery failure and increased mechanical complications that could get pricey in maintenance in the end of serviceable life phase. I think I'd still choose the car without the looming expiration date of inevitable battery failure and rising battery costs for possible replacement. When I can easily camp out in my car for a night at the truck stop and recoup any perceived savings advantage.
As far as daily commutes where Tesla shines. In steps scooters. The only advantage is a Tesla can keep you out of the rain. Scooters can also help maximize a weekend out or vacation time when there's walking involved here. With Gen2 we're seeing bigger heavier scooters with more battery for longer distance range, Better systems to deter vandalism designed to hurt riders and mess with the "smart" system of scooter that makes scooters unaccessibly hidden to riders, and changes in design to mitigate liability due to scooter build quality and injuries to riders, such as better weld construction and heavier limits on scooter top speeds. The situation has evolved to the point where an off the shelf gen1 xiaomi(the original model launched by everyone) is 100% no longer a competitive model within the industry for several reasons including their exploitability and how ubiquitous the knowledge of exploitation has become.
I think the correct call if you're a heavy user of scooters is buying a bicycle and turning it into an e-bike that allows you to pedal when the power drains(especially with clutchible braking tech. for down hilling). IF you`re trapped in the scooter model the lesser correct answer is just buy your own electric scooter vs. renting. I can see getting shipped off to university and the advantage of scooters here for disadvantaged college aged peoples who havent established themselves enough in life for a transportation purchase. For the rest on a cross country trip where walking becomes a thing, Such as a vacation in a congested urban center where parking is non existent I can see an advantage in the rent it and forget it model. IE jump off the thing and watch it ghost ride into traffic when the battery drains and pick up another off the curb to finish the ride without the hassle of lugging around owned bikes or scooters.
We talking Solar powering the RV and trying to electric drive it across Siberia here? or just power walls? Yeah I`m convinced the batteries going into power walls are either not up to auto specs or are coming out of the waste streams of decommissioned battery packs.
I just looked it up and there's info on backfeeding a house using a tesla. Lots of issues with this including frying an electrical worker when he thinks the lines are cold. With 18650's hovering around $5 each it's no wonder companies are strategically positioning themselves into the E-waste stream for cells. IE I`m not finding them laying around a junk yard. I wouldn't be surprised if Elon's powerwalls are not an answer to repurpose this E-waste lithium stream in house.
A big related topic is everyone clamoring to position themselves into the E-scooter rental market. Most of these guys look like the big win fall will be the angel investor pay day. Seems like any of these checks would have been better spent in the venture capital world handing it over to Chon and demanding coated screws. Considering the loser companies in the scooter world are probably not going to break even and are unable to introduce a proprietary scooter for Gen2 beyond Lime and Bird. Without a proprietary scooter to solve the issues of Gen1 the company falls flat and you can kiss that angel investment good bye. What do you plan to collect in the bankruptcy proceedings? possibly a few busted scooters? Not much will be left to attempt a recoup on anything. Even Gen2 is left attempting to establish profitability beyond investment capital in this rental scooter model. Interesting to see how these venture capitalists lined up to inject money here in an already flooded market like it was the cool thing to do and now set up to lose. Perhaps Chon is not seeking a big venture capital check to launch a coated screw to differentiate this product in the market and chooses to take this low and slow in development based on previous sales income without losing a piece of the pie.
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/10/01/1923238/0/en/Conformis-and-Stryker-Execute-Development-License-and-Distribution-Agreements.html
Somewhat related since Bal advises here on designs and SiNi is 3d printable so fits well with the idea of custom joints.
Again comparing the microcosm to the macrocosm here
Im in support of Greta Thunberg's concept of the idea she has no future. But we come to an impasse in the lack of realization this is not by design and thus the concept of appealing to the same authorities power to develop the solution. Although I believe climate science to be an unscientific product of problem reaction solution wholly derived for political and financial control. The idea she will have no future I can get behind.
The microcosm being the idea Zimmer products will be the solution here when Zimmer products have never fully addressed the issues that have arisen from Zimmer products and we cannot justify this with a lack of time or opportunity to do so.
If someone here can secure a better brighter future with product offerings on the implant front I dont care if its with Zimmer or Mcdonalds. It's irrelevant in my mind.
in the same vein of better brighter future and toxin exposure comparing the microcosm to the macrocosm it's interesting the EPA mandates on composted human effluent agriculture products only test for a hand full of heavy metals. One of the arguments for this being a safe product for toxin exposure, beyond composting temperatures that sterilize virus and microbes, is water solubility of potential contaminants. IE contaminants would be leached off by water making this a safe product. It seems like you cant have your cake and eat it too. Either the effluent solids carry contaminant or the tap water carry contaminants. People in your city addicted to meth urinating in their toilets. People in your city on radiation therapy pissing in their toilets carry a potential for drinking water contamination.
Specifically I'm worried about glyphosate contamination. Anecdotally I think Im seeing a huge increase in cancer among humans and pets. Similar to anecdotal increase in childhood autism which cause seems to be wholly unrelated. I`m noting it here in relation because it seems to be equally as unimportant of an issue mankind is facing, as far as are we seeing increased levels and what is causing it?
If you need me to put this on track I can point to Tower wondering what was causing degeneration in his hip patients. It's important for guys like that to ask questions and attempt to come to some form of resolution.
Bottled water may not be any safer. Although reverse osmosis seems to be a candidate for filtering these contaminants out of our personal water supply without any studies into what RO may or may not filter, The problem with RO becomes TDS. potential electrolyte and mineral leeching from the body due to RO waters lowered PPM since the filtering process removes the mineral content along with possibly contaminants. Without running a geiger counter over it and having it analyzed I have to go by RO waters PPM to determine its relative safety as far as contaminant exposure.
I'm also not a fan of inline filter cartridges that claim to add back minerals after the filtering process simply because I cant trust them with independent studies of what minerals they add back and at what levels? OR vetting this process as having truly occurred.
It seems like a simple straight forward answer to this problem is engineering a water from a RO filtered base material. Referencing a known mineral water samples analyses and attempting to synthetically recreate this mineral content by adding minerals back in various proportions. Synthetic mineral water or Unnatural mineral water scientifically formulated.
Although "mineral drops" to add to RO seems to be gaining in popularity, between the cost of such drops and my inability to put trust in corporations without vetting leads me to an instinctual level of mistrust of these products. A simpler answer and much cheaper is using dietary supplements such as calcium supplements and electrolyte compositions as "add back" constituents to create personal formulations thus personally made I feel I can apply more trust to.
Researching this I've found a time frame involving lithia waters and lithia cokes that seem to have been working on the ideas of unnatural mineral water formulations. I dont believe these concepts of water to have fallen out of favor, rather I believe pressure to have been placed on the industry of these concepts but cannot verify this without further research
Also, when thinking about specifically green house gas production it's intentional ignorance to ignore the Human Nitrogen cycle. We produce emissions to create nitrogen then that nitrogen exits the cycle as sewage and we produce more emissions to create more nitrogen because that nitrogen is fresh. It is foolish to urinate down a toilet where it goes into a leach field and is consumed by algae that somehow consume oxygen not produces it. Then turn around and buy a high nitrogen grass lawn fertilizer. Theres ways to obtain nitrogen fertilizers from urine recycling the nitrogen back into our nitrogen cycle cleanly. Specifically potassium nitrates which are deemed too dangerous because the potential to make explosives.
Human manure is a separate issue to try and reclaim into the nitrogen cycle to reduce emissions because recycling them can concentrate toxic elements we are exposed to. The solution is to stop the exposure or develop techniques to capture pure elements from human manure such as potassium nitrate in an energy efficient manner compared to nitrogen harvesting from the atmosphere.
compared to what? Zirconia toughened alumina?
Green benefit?
the nitrogen for nitrogen atmosphere sintering:
Fractional Distillation (99.999%): Pure gases can be separated from air by first cooling it until it liquefies, then selectively distilling the components at their various boiling temperatures. The process can produce high purity gases but is very energy-intensive.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_separation
Needs electricity for refrigeration and compression.
Sintering and refining silicon also need high temps that are energy intensive. Those processes are consuming electricity not necessarily fossil fuels. Im going take a wild guess and say the nitrogen gas purification process is probably powered by natural gas. Since you need a source of hydrogen to convert nitrogen over to nitrate fertilizers.
(But, if fossil fuels ran out you could keep doing this on trash or sewage sources of methane. If methane as a source of hydrogen for this process was in short supply and you needed it solely for hydrogen production. Meaning you cant kill two birds with one stone and use it for energy. You could set up solar or nuclear for power production. That's important because 80% of the nitrogen in your body came from this fertilizer production technology. So 80% of the population of 7.6 billion could be considered entirely dependent. You could say their nitrogen has been captured so we only need to convert 40% of the population into fertilizer to feed the other 40% if the lights go off here)
Just the industrial gas refining process could run on solar or wind or nuclear. Same with Silicon refinement and sintering. It just needs a source of electric. So it's not inherently a source of pollution.
-----------------
The major green benefit I think is the abundance of silicon in the earths crust over rare earth metals such as zirconia, titanium or tantalum. So less strip mining to get the same weight of product.
https://www.theguardian.com/sustainable-business/rare-earth-mining-china-social-environmental-costs
Alumina production produces red mud. Considered a toxic waste and dangerous to the environment. It needs to be impounded into dumps lined with a liner to prevent leaching contaminants into the ground water. Titanium oxides are most likely a carcinogen themselves, considering they have cause cancer in the lungs of lab rats in studies.
So less toxic waste as byproduct in silicon mining and most of the products are also toxic. Such as chrome cobalt poisoning or titanium dioxide
