Florida Population = 21.5m, not including 127m tourists per year in 2018.
90m+ Q1-3 for FY19 Florida.
https://visitflorida.org/resources/research/
The potential of Rec Florida. Can't wait for when that comes to reality.
Ahhh yes. SammyJ on Twitter is a good one to follow, even if you don't have Twitter, he has done good analysis on what cheap paper is out there regarding Trulieve shares held by insiders.
I meant for this to be public.
I'm not saying your wrong. I may disagree with the severity of the price pressure you suggest. But regardless of the conspiracy that associates with your handle. I do respect your experience and time in the space.
I feel alot of times, this is just such a wild industry. And that we have more surprises and unicorns to come. I think sometimes we are entering more "prove it" territory and less "the whole world will legalize for export and import next year" territory.
I'm not someone who likes to advise when to buy and sell. I leave it to others individual opinions. But I agree with your trader mentality. But think its important for some who may of messed up and bought high. To understand "averaging down" vs taking a loss. Or learning to have a swing vs long position and adding to that long position.
I think a lot of us here, who know what we are talking about and follow Trulieve. Know and feel like its a great one term o
Hold. And it should be everyone's goal to get in as cheap as possible.
And IF the price gets hard-core under pressure, capabilize on it! Average down or enter or swing.
I sent it as a PM. Because I'm a quarantined drunk vet lmao
You sure have started quite the campaign over the Trulieve unlock. I've never seen you post here lol and your post history confirms that.
Cansortium, also known as "Fluent" in Florida MSO space. Operating 19 dispensaries. A brief DD.
The Company is listed on the CSE. According to the CSE, 96,311,803 Shares are listed for trading, And 236,054,454 are reserved for issuance. This would total 332,366,257 Fully diluted shares O/S.
However, Under "investor note". It reads 96,311,803 are listed and training. "10,324,925 Proportionate Voting Shares, convertible into Common Shares at a ratio of 1:10, that are issued and outstanding but not listed" Totaling 189,361,295 Fully diluted O/S. A confusing note.
Market share in Florida. Since 10Jan.
Flower Sold = 10,749.927 Ounces. At 10$/g = 3,009,979.56 USD
THC Sold = 56,696,980 Mgs THC. At 70$/g = 3,968,788.60 USD
CBD Sold = 3,717,505 Mgs CBD. At 50$/g = 185,875.25 USD
This would total: 7,164,643.41 USD in revenues for period.
This equals an average
Flower: 3.3%
THC: 4.8%
CBD: 12.2%
Debt: Unknown, this is brief DD.
Market Cap
Using 332,366,257 Fully diluted = 63,149,588.83 USD valuation at close 9April20.
Using 189,361,295 Fully diluted = 35,978,646.05 USD valuation at close 9April20.
Form 7
Form 7 update listed on CSE is poorly put together. Little to no information provided, that would concern me as an investor. Latest Form 7 reported 24 terminations with 34 new hires.
Form 7 lists shares at 118,282,251 O/S if including 21.97 Million warrants. This number doesn't match either listed amount on the CSE, sending a message of negligence along with the baron Form 7.
Now thinking out loud.
From period ending 10Jan - 27Mar, using 14/g flower 70/g THC and 50/g CBD
Flower - 2,672,734.161 grams to 4,299,273.881 grams = + 60.85%
THC - 490,351 grams to 548,141.63 grams = +11.79%
CBD - 7,636 grams to 6,832.16 grams = -10.5%
If you applied those percentage increases to Q4 figures I posted below, It suggests a Q1-2020 revenues of 101,762,946.66 out of Florida alone.
That would represent a 27.6% increase over Q4-2019
Now, with flower prices dropping over the last year. I took the current 37 Flower SKU's from Trulieve website, divided price by 3.5 to get price per gram. and averaged it.
That figure came out to 11.9314 average, per gram flower. Now if you apply that to the numbers I have for Q1-20 period 10Jan - 27Mar.
Flower = 51,296,356.38
THC (70/g) = 38,369,914.10
CBD (50/g) = 341,608
Total: 90,007,878.48 In Florida revenues. Add 2.25(2) for Conn and Cali = 94.5m In revenues for Q1-20.
That would represent an increase of 18.57% over Q4-2019
If my numbers were off by 3m. It would be 22%.
So crunching these numbers, speculatively, I feel pretty good about Q1-2020. Even 15% growth is amazing if you think about it business wise.
15% growth QoverQ would mean 120% growth over a two year time frame.
I'll take a look, and post on their yahoo board instead of here.
Fully diluted once all converted via CSE is 110,136,136 with 35,822,337 currently listed.
If you wanted to add converted warrants, would be ball bark 112m-113m off the top of my head.
Management holds a vast majority of unlocked shares. A portion unlocking end of May, the other large portion end of July.
MADD, for clarity. That stock has much more shares then Trulieve. 60,571,801 Issued. 161,874,919 reserved for issuance.
Totaling 222,446,720 shares fully diluted based off 20Mar19. Not sure of any more raises or issuance that have occurred since then. Would need to do further DD.

I'll review the OMMU
I didn't play the swing today, But it woulda been a good one!
Never heard of them. Are they Fluent? I see they IPO around 2 bucks
March FORM 7 Vs. Feb.

Jefferson county site plan facilities (sqft) = 1 (5,000), 1(8,400), 4(24,000), and 2(46,000).

I sold a swing today at 10.16, real healthy profit. But no mistake, I've built a great long term position average. And will continue to do so. Taking gains on swing positions is one great way to build an amazing core.
Interview exiting FY19, that is well worth the watch. Some brief notes.
Strong financial discipline and pride ourselves on being a financially disciplined and healthy Company. Support ourselves internally, and not relying on capital markets, using capital markets as a tool. but not a tool to operate or sustain operations.
The U.S. Opportunity is extremely large. Everyone is right to focus on it. The most successful and most profitable cannabis Companies in the world, I would garner or venture to say, will be U.S. based.
When we think about just the financial health like when you look at Trulieve, you look at all the regulatory issues we face operating in the U.S., so when you overlay our business with 280e and overlay our business without more traditional financing mechanisms. I just look at the incredible additional growth and runway that we will all have. Coupled of course with the fact we are still navigating and operating and not really having to put in on a very functional and basic level, individual Companies in each of the 50 States. And so out ability to gain true efficiencies and scale is limited by that.
The growth opportunity in the United States that we have coming, and let alone the fact that some have maintained or created profitability, even given this environment, it gets very exciting to think about where we are headed.
From Trulieves perspective, we have really been focused on building a Company that resonates with customers. Really focused on building out scale, and building out brands. What we have to do as a Company, is make sure we have a business answer, to whatever is thrown at us, to the best of our ability and the ability to pivot.
There are a couple things that are really exciting to me. One, in Florida, we don’t have the ability to wholesale. The thought of us being able to put our brand, in more customer hands, is very very exciting. Number two, the thought or potential of recreational in Florida is incredibly exciting.
The Company on Corporate side will be undergoing an initiative this next year, to get us into compliance and apply for dual reporting. So even though we can’t dual list, we can go ahead and duel report and make sure our house is in order. To prepare for up-listing, when that becomes available in the U.S.
Trulieve is one of the very few cannabis Companies that has really point in respect to scale, and understanding that entire supply chain and having that actually at scale. A lot of our competitors certainly are in lots of markets, but they have 20,000 ft here 40,000 feet there or 100,000 ft here. Again, you know with that large foot print, it really puts us in that position of really understanding how to operate a true hub. Which I think, the way we think about roll out from a national perspective, is like a lot of other businesses. So you have, 5 hubs throughout the Country, they are then manufacturing and distributing from and into your retailer and end users.

Better yet, what kind of demand once Rec? Who cares if it takes until 2022 lol Just more time for Trulieve to build a massive infrastructure and fine tune delivery. By 2022, chances are we will have well over 1 million active patients.
How much will Florida total revenues be in 2019? After finishing out at 299,914 active patients? Yea, absolutely mind boggling growth ahead, just in Florida.
All I hear, is demand demand demand. And more demand to absorb the 900,000+ sqft supply of cannabis cultivation coming online in Jefferson county that's likely more then half way done as it is.
Not so sure. Flower the last 4 weeks, has been.
14,415
21,568
16,825
18,277
A pull back on Flower would make sense, I mean, look at those numbers! But I'm not so sure the month will be "rough".
If we returned to 11k-12k ounces dispensed for a couple weeks, we would still be doing incredible.
Anyone that follows this stock, or any pot stocks, knows they tend to be sell the news events. Trulieve has always been sell the news. No matter how great the earnings. With exemption of the last ER. We got hit with the scamming lying short report lol.
Trulieve OMMU update break down
Flower - 18,277.946 Ounces = 59% Market Share.
THC - 45,464,287 Mgs = 50.78% Market Share.
CBD - 1,262,070 Mgs = 46.77% Market Share
Decent close. Wound up for next week
If we post dispensed figures above 16k ounces this week, and over 50m mgs THC. Then that will be some insane sustained numbers lol. If we fall back to 14k flower, 45-48m mgs THC, don't be alarmed.
Many new longs being made everyday around these levels, I'd bet on that.
CURLF up 35.98% since 19 March
GTBIF up 38.73% since 16 March
TCNNF up 48.50% since 18 March
YTD
CURLF is down 52.07% from 7.47$ USD
GTBIF is down 45.21% from 10.33$ USD
TCNNF is down 22.57% from 11.52$ USD
Chill, Trulieve is doing great
Kim Rivers updates off facebook live.
-reaffirmed essential services designation
-in store pick up orders increased over 100% since COVID
-Delivery orders increased 485% during this timeframe.
- Call volume 65,000 calls per week at call center
-"Pick up only" locations expanded from 3 to 8 stores.
-Approval for "Curb side" pick up, piloting program next week.
-Added 20 more vehicles, for a total of 70 more vehicles to fleet.
This weeks OMMU
16,825.646 Oz Flower
54,598,637 Mgs THC
1,754,597 Mgs CBD
Market Share for the week:
Flower = 57.5%
THC = 54.24%
CBD = 51.67%
Cabos,
Tallahassee is one of their 3 "pick up only" locations. Along with Stuart and Ft. Lauderdale.
Also,
I wouldn't be surprised to see things relax today on the OMMU, would be crazy to see another 21k ozs dispensed and 60m+ mgs THC.
But I'm expecting a pull back into the teens, maybe even high 9k on flower dispensed. We will see shortly!
I wouldn't be so sure. This market is so stupid right now lol
But, one things fact, and that is that Trulieve is rolling along just fine. So fundamentally, she's taken care of.
Dispensed this week.
Flower = 21,568.037 Ounces
THC = 60,738,742mgs
CBD = 1,155,351mgs
Market Share Fl = 59.3% THC = 48.2% CBD = 33.5%
In the last 10 weeks...
121,012.178 Ounces Flower or 3.78 US Tons dispensed!
Next up, Half a Billion Mgs THC. Next week?
So crazy. These numbers are huge.
It appears the medical dispensaries are being designated as essential pharmacies. I doubt they will close the states dispensaries. However, Trulieve is beginning to pilot programs ahead of the curb, so they can pivot in any way needed.
Hence increasing vehicle fleet by 50%, implementing a pilot pickup only location, and piloting mobile pickup hubs.
Facebook live interview take aways.
Pilot (try out) program "pick up only location". Locations will be Stewart, Ft. Laurendale, and Tallahassee. The point is to try and reduce crowded stores and areas, again, a pilot program.
Pilot (try out) program "Mobile hub pick-up". Trying to reach a stay in car service. Miracle Leaf location is where it will be on Sunday. Cashless. Only Debit and Cannpay. Potentially a model to roll out across state, in touch with many doctors that will allow Trulieve to utilize parking lots and facilities to implement this Hub, as well as Trulieve locations.
50+ More vehicles being added to fleet by early next week to meet delivery demand.
More Blue River products coming down the pipeline.
And of course, extensive sanitation and cleaning protocols at all locations.
I'm back!
Still holding TRUL. Company is strong. Anything under 6$ USD imo is a screaming buy like some others have said. Quite frankly, anything under 9 has been a screaming buy.
Lots of money going other places during this time. But we will see it pick up again imo.
Not sure what you mean. Interest is here, just not pumping like most other boards. You can bet the board will become much more lively near earnings, or if news comes out.
Not sure what you mean. Interest is here, just not pumping like most other boards. You can bet the board will become much more lively near earnings, or if news comes out.
You got that right
Q1/20 so far roughly..
335,557,405mgs THC... or roughly 335,557 grams
87,602 Oz Flower
I emailed Trulieve IR awhile back asking for a T-Shirt because I'm an investor. I was working on an assignment with troops overseas. Trulieve randomly sent a big package with lip balm,T-shirts, beanies, candies, hats, and sleep masks. Way more then what was asked for. And I offered to pay.
The lip balm, and sleep masks were a godsend. Especially living in a room with four people, made it much easier to sleep with the eye masks.
That's the kind of Company I like to invest in!
Kim stated the online ordering system is priority for revamp, and a big revamp is coming in that department. It’s in her twitter replies.
Be interesting to see Friday’s OMMU numbers as always. Super excited to accumulate in these ranges. I’d be far less excited if I wasn’t sure about the company. But so far so good on the transparency and progress.
We saw how Trulieve did during and after the market sell offs end of 2018. I have a suspicion we will see similar results here.
My personal agenda is to be patient and buy in pieces. Anything under a 1b MC (USD) is my target range. Slow and steady accumulation until we see a turn around, adding to my core positions. As well as building a swing.
Oh mama, buying time for me here. Especially if it dips at opening, I’ll be adding
Yea, seemed like a lot of companies did. Waiting patiently for 9’s. Would be crazy too see, but I’d be ready to buy
