Huge day...
CGRN on the move.
Dave
With oil above $90 and USDA Billion dollar investment and grinding toward breakeven. I don't see how this remains at this level. Since many mutual funds can't buy it until it hits $5 we should see a nice uptick when funds begin to grab a position.
Their investments in the UK facility... and rental fleet...and partnerships are about to finally pay off. Based on last CC which I have listened to over 10 times. Most of the write-offs... damages... and cost were figured into Q1 and Q2. This is the first quarter they get to shine.
All we need is a significantly lower cash burn and getting close to EBITDA breakeven. This could get very fun in the coming months.
Baker Hughes... EV... PV... methane capture... all right down CGRN's alley.
Look forward to it.
Dave
Chart looks great... Less than 29 hours...
Mackey
WOW... USDA spending 1B to help farmers reduce emissions...
Methane capture is big proponent of this and CGRN is the best methane capture product in the world.
CGRN... should be huge. About to breakeven... backing of Goldman Sachs. Can't wait to see how this pans out.
Dave
This stock a while back was a darling of Wall Street because everyone could see the use of their products. However, their business model was consistent with their product line. They made a shift about 12-18 months ago to build a rental fleet of MicroTurbines (MT). They are well capitalized with 38M in the bank thanks to the backing of Goldman Sachs. The progress of the last 18 months will soon begin to be reflected in Feb 10 earnings. They are getting close to EBITDA breakeven. Probably less than 4 months away. Market cap is 50M. Article published Dec 21st says top 7 green stock this year. Ironically, every market cap was almost a 1B plus except for CGRN. Seekingalpha article in August mentioned $100+ a share.
Four analysts have price targets of 13-14+ and it is trading at 3.50. They are in the energy sector/green sector and $90 a barrel doesn't hurt their situation.
They have big things on the horizon... including an EV partnership for charging stations. Microgrids, methane capture, mining, cannibas... all of these require power and CGRN type power. In many ways, they are the only game in town for that.
I think CGRN can be an unexpected linch pin in the green movement. They are a supplement to almost every movement. Expect Baker Hughes announcement soon.
Many hate this stock because it has been an underperformer. I think the foundation is set for it to take off. Worth a look anyway.
In full disclosure, I own shares, my son owns shares, and my ex-wife owns shares.
Enjoy
Dave
Stock acting like it is poised for another real run...
I guess we will have to wait and see. Again, I think this earnings report really changes Wall Street perceptions of where this stock can head. I hope that EBITDA is getting close to breakeven.
The tide will turn quickly on this stock.
Dave
This earnings report begins to eliminate the doubters for sure...
Rental fleet coming online and hitting the bottom line.
Crazy!!!
Dave
This is one of my favorite stocks for 2022
Without a doubt this company could explode. 50M market cap... 15M shares outstanding. 38M in bank and in the green space. It doesn't get any better.
Dave
You sure... fully diluted
Last # I saw was 375 and that was during their update after the 2nd funding initiative.
Regardless... I feel the pain of previous investors because I've been on the other side.
My price point is solid. So I feel comfortable with 425M or even further dilution.
Dave
Recent hires... and projected price
I find it hard to believe we will be at this level much longer. The hires that have come on board have extremely solid track records.
My guess is they wouldn't risk their reps without a viable product.
Fully diluted 375M shares. 5 is a 1.9B dollar market cap. Doubt that but .50 seems easy if their product is worth while.
Hope Canadian government throws them a bone.
Dave
Chart starting to look good again...
Supply chain issues will remain. This product could be a gamechanger.
Dave
Scoop
I would love to know the cash burn of NHHHF...
I know it is a small company so their staffing is probably at a minimum. However, since it is a manufacturing company the financial outlay is real. I think they have decent partnerships and funding to get them out of the get pretty soon. I also think that when you figure in the full dilutive state, they have enough cash to get through 2023.
I believe one strategic partnership puts them at a fair market cap. I anticipate .50 plus next year and maybe more.
Dave
Looks like nothing is going to move it forward before end of the year...
I would like to think a few strategic agreements or announcements may be mentioned in the first few months of the year. Hopefully, we get some upbeat press.
Dave
What does the bill mean for us?
We aren't in the business of producing green hydrogen. I know that the green ammonia can be cracked but that is a whole other process from what I understand.
I am on the hydrogen bandwagon... but I have chosen the green ammonia play because it just makes more economical sense when figuring in transportation etc...
This green revolution is going to change the world. The only question is who to be on and how quickly it happens. I hope Fuel Positive is a part of it.
Dave
Will can u paint the tape...
Buy 100 shares at ask just before close. It's only $15 plus trade.
I'm out of ammo...
Dave
Anyone enlighten us on Naked Short
position. How long does do they have to cover? Can we get a finite number to go off of?
How many short shares actually exist.
Dave
Nice to see the cost of producing is below...
The current market price. I guess it was around 600 per ton but it has gone up to 1200 per ton. At 560 per ton that means it is an 8% discount without taking into account carbon credits even on the lower price.
If you take into account carbon credits, it more than pays for itself very quickly. And if you add convenience and supply chain management benefits, it seems like we have a real legit product.
The question is whether the market will view it that way. It seems like a slam dunk at this market cap even with the warrants taken into account. I like where it sits for sure.
It would be nice to get some real positive press from outside of Canada.
Dave
A little surprised...
We are moving on low volume.
Dave
I would like to see a nice
trend forward. Starting today and next week.
Dave
We should begin...
Our next real move soon. This time, I doubt it pulls back this time
Having COO on is big...
That means their product is financially viable. He will offer clarity. The fact that the secondary offering was at .19 is and closed within days with US investors is also... extremely positive.
Dave
See you on 18th. Can't wait.
Paul...
Where did u get those quotes from? I find it interesting that they closed private placement so quickly.
And at .19
Dave
200k purchase... at .15
Could be start of something.
Dave
Fertilizer shortage.... This is why we are here for starters...
https://fortune.com/2021/11/04/energy-crisis-food-shortage-security-fertilizer-prices-yara-ceo-madagascar-cop26/
Not to mention... hydrogen production... etc...
Dave
The next run...
won't be stopped. It will put NHHHF on the map...
Dave
I like that the company is quiet...
Tried too many penny stocks that announced something daily that was worthless.
Dave
Looks like we are breaking out...
to upside.
Dave
Nice purchase end of day...
Not a ton of money... but all at the ask.
Dave
Starting to show some life...
I think warrants are done for now. Positive news moves us forward.
I'm looking for a breakout.
Dave
Someone definitely grabbed shares...
but minimal follow through. At this point, we are getting the stock at 33% discount to last private placement.
Warrant conversion does seem to have slowed.
Look forward to next week.
Dave
534K share bid at .15
Nice to see some support.
Dave
Today looked positive for a change..
If warrants are done we might begin to climb. I expect a good week next week.
Dave
Volume drying up ...
Maybe cheap warrants gone. Next warrants are double the price from here. I'm liking
the share price.
Dave
Mike... ty..
I know about .24 and .275 warrants and I know other ones existed. Shame to stock is giving away shares but if they can truly produce the first carbon credit fuel... it is worth it.
I will be holding for a year at least.
Dave
Anyone have idea of outstanding shares?
I know there have been talks about exercise of warrants that were created a few years ago.
Is there a better website that updates OS daily? How close are we to finishing the exercise of these warrants?
Dave
One decent backer...
or partner and we are sitting significantly better than we are today. If the word gets out... off to the races.
Dave
I expect nice upward movement... when prototype complete.
Dave
Nice little bite size purchases...
Good to see it move a little.
Dave
Report looks awesome...
