i heard the store was closed anybody else hear that?
she worked for Hass at BP Gardens.
She has a past with Greengro thru subsidiary BPGardens.
She worked for Greengro subsidiary BP Gardens about 2015.
She was listed as the Business Development person on the BP Gardens website about 2015.
one of the law suits settled for an undisclosed amount
They have never filed on time.
Haas is the majority shareholder of GRNH (since 2009) & GALA (since 2015) and privately owns I Got 420 (since 2009/2010) so he is making deals with himself and doing press releases about his deals with himself. WTF?? This sounds ugly to me. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck......is it duck hunting season?
It is HAAS, James Haas, not Hess. Alison Hess works for Haas and is named in the lawsuit.
i was not assuming it was for the good of GRNH I was pointing out not only did he give himself a $375,000 loan of GRNH money, but he defaulted on the loan and now there is no sign they are even still in business so how will they repay the loan? Is Haas good for GRNH? It seems not.
Has anyone noticed that I Got 420's loan from GRNH is in default since December? a $375,000 loan. And on weedmaps they came back after the closure for the "new law compliance remodel" as a delivery service? what no store what did they remodel a minivan? Now they have vanished again, has anybody got a clue? Is this self-dealing? Did he have the authority to make that loan to himself? The loan doesn't look like a smart business move for a CEO. Just a random thought of the day.
I drove by Cathedral City and there is no signage except for an auto repair sign on the gate. Tried to take pics but could not get any usable shots from the street. There did not appear to be any work crews there doing any work. It is freshly painted but does not look like it is finished, what I could see of it that is. The street is all auto repair businessea and street parking is very crowded I could not find a spot to park. So I only got a quick look while I double parked.
I looked up the property owner and it comes back as Benno Pabst not Greengro and Benno Pabst just happens to own the building Haas leases for Vertical Hydrogarden and other business entities. So is GRNH only leasing the Kieley building?? I have to look at the annual report for 2017 again. Make of it what you will.
I will take a drive and do it today.
Wouldn't you rather it be the S1 for Greengro?
The news about the advisory agreement with County Line Energy/Eric Dena well there has been news before of an exclusive vendor agreement with the same Eric Dena here is just a clip from the news article on GRNH website.

Which lawsuit? There are 2 lawsuits filed in OC Superior Court. The cases are
very similar. Case # 30-2017-00931901 has not been mentioned by Haas yet it was filed July 17, 2017 and has a jury trial date of November 19, 2018. The second case filed is the one he mentioned in the financial reports and it is just getting started and there is a Case Management conference scheduled for. You would think Haas would use the same attorney or firm to represent him and GRNH but he is not.
has anyone looked at the I got 420 website lately? there's a new section "Affiliates" and it is scary, who is running this company, because it isn't written in proper english but written by someone who is foreign with mediocre command of english and what I saw is laughable and mostly incorrect information being offered so they have little knowledge of the businesses they purport to operate. This looks like more legal problems. Did Haas sell it?

There are 2 cases filed in Orange County Superior Court:
30-2018-00985551-CU-BT-CJC

I am going be be going to cat city today i think i'll drive by the keiley address and see what's up with the I got 420 grand opening.
I don't know of any other dispensary that is closing for the July 1 changes and didn't they just remodel for the opening less than 1 yr ago? How long has it been closed? something doesn't smell right.
FYI: there is an unrelated greengro, LLC in windsor, ca that manufactures mycorrhizae, biochar, and dry amendment fertilizers. They make super soil.
This greengro's store, Vertical hydrogarden, is just a regular garden grow supply store they sell other manufacturers products.
This should tie in Haas to GLPH he owns 23.60% of the common stock and 66.70% of preferred shares. You will find that info in GLPH on OTCBB "Proxy Statement pre 14c" filed 12/26/2018.

Derivative suit
A shareholder derivative suit is a lawsuit brought by a shareholder on behalf of a corporation against a third party. Often, the third party is an insider of the corporation, such as an executive officer or director. Shareholder derivative suits are unique because under traditional corporate law, management is responsible for bringing and defending the corporation against suit.
there are lawsuits filed in orange county superior court at least 2 that I found there was another one in northern California and another business one against Haas in orange county
not really sure what you mean by creative writing I simply took the words right from the documents on the SEC web site (cut & paste), those are the words of the SEC not me.
SEC has sanctioned the corporate attorney and the CPA's doing the registration audit. that should raise questions of trust & honesty. and being sanctioned is a big deal and it is not okay.
this is the corp director and corp atty for grnh who has written many of these opinion letters for GRNH stock certificates:

What is Haas's education? Is he qualified to run a company? And what good is an audit from CPA's that have already been in trouble with the SEC? https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2015/33-9918.pdf
According to Weedmaps reviews for the store it has been open for a month and So Cal has only been on fire for 3 days. Besides has Haas ever missed a press opportunity?
