Agreed! no problem
So I finally got an answer on everything. TDA confirmed that Wade did receive the attorney opinion letter, but the only way to release the shares is to fill out some TDA paperwork and mail them in. Once they receive the paperwork, it takes two to four weeks to release the shares. Also the process costs $250. Sadly I'm assuming in two to four weeks the share price won't be up in this area any more :( If you want to release your shares you'll have to call TDA and talk to the restricted share department, they will send you the paperwork. good luck!
On hold right now with TDA. Spoke with Chris this morning and he said he sent the Attorney opinion letter to the transfer agent and it hadn't come through, so he sent it directly to someone at TDA named Wade Kumke. I'm on hold with the restrictions department while they reach out to Wade right now. I'll let you know what I find out
I'm in the same boat. Just called TDA and waited for an hour. They said they had no documentation they could find and they would keep looking. This sucks so much!
Sold everything I had of this company yesterday that I had been holding for two years. Lost a shit ton of money. Was misled by their PR stating 70 million in revs coming. Good luck to everyone. This company sucks ass.
Been here since 2018. I just want this thing to get to $4 so I can get out of here even.
If you don't mind me asking, what were you able to get your average down to?
Yeah I bought in about 11 months ago, maybe more. It was around the time they announced they were acquiring sky unltd and then never did. Now i’m down about 90%. This stock has been a huge disappointment.
Any chance this ever sees .10 again?
We consistently have great news. Share price goes down. Such a pain.
I know they put a PR out about it last year. That was when I actually invested in this company, but that was when they were talking about acquiring Sky unlimited as well as Bizright. They just now acquired BZRTH, talking about 30 million looking forward. 2019 is almost over and the acquisition just happened. Did you see the last financial report? It looked really rough. Stock price fell all the way down to .01 when it came out because the market didn't like it.
There's no way they will have 70 million in revenue for 2019. If you look at the current financials.
Wow. An actual positive day with the pps as well as with these emails you guys are getting, Maybe we can finally break out of the channel we are in. My average is $4. Let's see where we go!
It's always "next week" "next month" "next quarter" "news coming" etc. We got all the news we could need in the past week and the stock price hasn't done anything. "higher lows" and "consolidation" is getting old. I remember a few months back when .03-.04 was sadly low for this stock. Now we're cheering to get back above .02. smh.
I have no idea tbh! Do we even know that is something they would want to do? Or is that just high hopes?
Here's the thing that worries me here. The last financials that came out were not pretty, made the share price fall down to .01. Then suddenly we have this news come out about the BZRTH acquisition. How does a company with so little cash on hand acquire something that would bring in 30 something million a year? Seems like the only way would be to give tons and tons of shares away. That's what worries me about the chances for this stock to run big. Too many dang shares to dilute. Why else would we only go up a penny on such huge news?
(disclaimer, I'm not a basher. I own a bunch of stock here, I'm actually a bagholder from the last news released at the end of 2018)
Wow, what a disappointing day.
Sounds like your tune changed a bit since a little while back when you were talking about reporting this company to the SEC. feeling better about things now?
Congrats to the folks getting in now. I'm kind of bummed myself because my average is up at .10 :(
Anyone think We could see 4$ here before the year is over?
Whatever happened to sky unlimited? Wasn't that supposed to be 30 million in revs?
So you really think they are going to report 70 million for 2019?
Why are you even here? What's the point of constantly posting? move along.
I mean, that's the reason why I bought in tbh. That income prediction. Now we know thats not true. At least for 2019. You think it will ever happen?
Sucks here that my average is at .10. We're a long way off from there. Anyone think we're ever seeing that again?
You guys think theres a chance this sees $4 anytime soon? (.001 pre split)
Still kicking myself for buying at .10. Anyone here have faith we will get back to that number? I've lost so much money.
This stock has become a giant piece of garbage. I only bought in because they predicted 70 million dollars in revenue for the year 2019, and now what?
Yes I understand. I was explaining it to the person that asked me.
Pretty bummed here tbh. I got some of my friends to invest here and they are thousands of dollars in the hole. I hope for the sake of our friendship we can get a pump up so we can break even.
I'm Basing what I'm saying on this portion of an email from Mark Gilbert from RETC where he was talking about the financing press release.
1). The Red Wire 50k Bank Loan is for It alone, (for the subsidiary, not the company itself).
2). The 1.5m Rune Revolving Credit is a Factoring Loan, (business sells its accounts receivable at a discount for upfront cash)-in order to access the loan, sales must occur first, then the money from the factor.
3). Pipe, (Up to 500k): Pipes are by definition dilutive, (they buy preferred stock and then at a later time convert to common)-I do Not know if that has occurred in part, or in whole.
honestly the pipe funding is not a good thing. It's still dilutive financing.
Why the sudden positivity? I thought for months you've been saying how everything here is shit?
What are you hoping to accomplish with all the SEC stuff? If they shut them down wouldn't we all just lose everything?
I'm really hoping they do something here. Essentially if they keep going down this road, there won't be any shareholders left to buy their dilution. They need to do something to get potential buyers amped up enough. I hope they will do that and we can all get out here at least break even.
So my average here is about .10. You think I'm going to get my money back here before 2019 is done?
And what are my options sir?
I've got way too much money here and my average is horrible. Starting to think I'm never getting that money back..
My ThinkorSwim says a huge trade after hours at just under .04. Anyone see that/
Never thought I'd be so happy to see .03's
