Awesome. I am following for the entertainment value as well. I have a general interest in frauds like this. Was looking at this company for a family member and spotted it for what it was by the toxic loans/share dilution but as far as the feasibility of what he was trying to do in west Texas no clue. So that's where you came in. Keep up the great posts!
lmao...how do you know so much about all this stuff?? I'm not in the business.
Notice how it's all "international", could be anywhere on the planet, can't get financing from all those billions sloshing around Texas and if you haven't heard of or met my girlfriend (financing) it's because she's from the greater Niagara Falls area.....lmao.
I'm in tears.....lmao
"no one needs a flagpole, a caliche road to a flagpole, in the middle of the Pecos County desert. "
Interesting, appreciate the response, I had just read about the Tesoro purchase of the Dickinson refinery.
What are your thoughts on the North Dakota Davis refinery that just got approved for construction by Meridian Energy Group? They have offices and employees and stuff.

Going out on a limb here, but I don't think Chevron and Exxon need MMex "I forgot the desalter" Resources to build a refinery for them.
Building a solar power plant to refine and transport crude oil. This is just hilarious.
your posts are great
Good morning!!! Hope you are doing well.
Hell, we don't need to wait for the new ones to come out, just go read the last 10Q. It's one big FU to shareholders. Huge discounts for shares for cash, increasing share counts by billions and billions and billions. Jack giving himself 10 to 1 voting rights so shareholders get no say. Telling shareholders that MMEX will have only a minority stake in the project. How much of a minority? He doesn't say. There's a reason this stock is close to zero. Because the whole thing is a fraud. And the market knows it.
They had to go back and add desalting equipment, which is about step 1 in a CDU plant. it's on the letter to shareholders posted front and center on their website.
I can just imagine Jack meeting with junior bankers that have very little design knowledge but have been doing financing in the industry for 2 or 3 years and looking at the schematic and asking where the desalter was. And then bursting out laughing and walking out of the meeting at Starbucks because Jack's office is a UPS mailbox.
He's got to go international for debt funding because there's not like billions and billions of investment money sloshing around Texas....lmao.
I spent 5 minutes on google reading about the CDU process and looking at schematics and it is literally the first thing that you do in refining. It's like designing a building and forgetting the foundations, that's how dumb it is.

The SEC can't even bust Madoff when evidence is handed to them on a silver platter while he is ripping off Jewish charity organizations, so I can assure you the SEC could care less what Jack is doing in the OTC market. He's just protecting himself from lawsuits, that's the only reason he bothers. That's why the SEC filings read like shareholder horror stories, so he can say it was all there dumb shareholders in black and white if you just would have read it. It's not illegal for him to be a moronic refinery developer that forgets desalting equipment and is off 30% on his budget.
Next business by Jack, MMEX Agave Growing and Tequila Processing Plant Inc. in Fort Stockton.
Has everyone read the 10Q?? It reads like a shareholder horror story. I highly recommend it if you DON'T own shares. They have to be kinda sorta honest in that.
And he's trying to make it his biggest, most brazen con yet with the poor naive dolts in west Texas as props in the charade.
Has anyone seen anything in the reputable Oil and Gas Journal? I searched their site and found nothing. You'd think they would be interested in the first refinery being built in 40 years. Did I miss it??
Even the environmentalists in the area aren't worried because they don't think this is getting built...lmao. Building a refinery in the middle of the desert, forgetting the desalter which is step one of a CDU. Groundbreaking without financing. Budgets way the hell off. Toxic discounted shares for cash that dilutes shareholders. Stock goes close to zero running a pump and dump scheme Over The Counter. Super dilution. Track record of fraud since 1986 with STT. Down $34M since inception and has never been cash flow positive. Am I forgetting something? Oh, headquarters in Austin at a UPS office. 3M dollar lender's address at a UPS office. All PR and marketing and pictures in the desert with hardhats and shovels and short meaningless non binding agreements. Pfffffffffft.
lmao, desalting is like the first step, he literally leaves out the first step of the CDU process, it's like on every google image schematic of a CDU, and he tells people he left it off in his letter to shareholders and now things are going to cost a lot more.....WTF....LMAO
Every google image of a detailed schematic of a CDU that I pulled up on the world wide web has a desalter on it but Jack forgot the damn thing. What a fraud.
Terms with alleged debt fund are confidential, top secret stuff.
What's the percentage of the equity stake do you think Jack is gonna let MMEX shareholders have?
The whole thing is set up for shareholders to go bust, even if they did build the greatest refinery this world has ever seen shareholders in MMEX aren't going to make any money. Private Equity or any other equity isn't going to tie themselves to MMEX Resources. Read the 10Q. MMEX evens says it's going to be a "minority interest" AFTER the super dilution and the debt sales for discounted shares program.
The lands worth $200/acre, think they paid way more than that, but will that work as collateral? lmao
Had to get the groundbreaking pump in so he could dump.
Yeah, if they ever get financing equity provider gonna force Jack Hanks to cut ties with the disaster that is MMEX. That term sheet is super secret because it's super bad for shareholders in a cut bait sort of way....lmao.
I just read the 10Q released in March this morning. What a disaster. He's diluting shareholders and MMEX is going to be a "minority owner" in the Distillation Unit and refinery and the owner is going to be Pecos Refining.
Right, as a casual observer and an hour of DD I could spot this fraud a mile away. Who is talking about their technology besides them??? The scientific world isn't interested. Chairman dumps stock right before they release their software processed pictures. An old mining speculator out of Vancouver?? lmao, this company is all window dressing and PR. But they are listed on several exchanges!! Pffffffffffffffffffffffffft, that's the sound of the stock deflating.
And what's the market for taking pictures of the sky vs just looking at the sky through a telescope. Meade Instruments sold their company for like $5.9M to a Chinese company. This is a very small market. I would want to compare looking through a regular telescope and their flat lens telescope. Did they have the prototype there last night where you could look through it? What's the market for people who want to use processing software to take pictures of the sky. I've never met a single person in my life that did this. What am I missing?? And this whole smart phone news release is pure fiction. They don't have the technology to do this, look at the current size of their flat lens telescope, it's huge. I mean, somebody correct me where I'm wrong. I haven't been studying this, just a casual observer.
I thought they were showing off their new flat lens 5" telescope not taking pictures and processing them. What's going on here???
