I'm interested in your take on these questions you pose, what do you think the issue is with this company, that it trades at a market cap as low as 17% of its annual revenue?
Just over two weeks until SEMA, expecting announcements in the lead up to the show, the time for FLES to step up and support the share has come!
If Chris is saying it, I agree with your statement.
Or one bad Q and it goes to $.75, something feels like somebody already knows, this has been constant selling for a week now, after almost 6 straight months of buying into what is supposed to be the brightest period for this stock yet?
Who dumps 20k shares at $1.50? Someone who knows whats coming next week?
Is it really idiots? Who sells 5000 shares at the lowest price in months at this juncture? This continuous dumping of $10k of shares or less into the open and the close this last month or so is very interesting indeed.
Launched
Agree on where this is going but there are plenty of shares available at $2 per via the Reg A, by my count somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 to 5m shares.
So at some point in the future, December 2024 or if they kick the can again, a later date, the Series C holders will get shares equal to 2.63 time the then current common outstanding?
Oracle
I like the increase in marketing spend as well, great use of capital, would like to see some data on the impact of the spend on traffic and related conversions.
We are looking at a potential $20m plus year at 4 Less with the growth at Lift Kits and the launch of Auto Parts.
Should see an impact on the share as well, market cap by year end around $40m and share price around $10 to $12 (depends on where the Reg A+ finishes).
Hold and Add under $3//K
Its out, and it looks pretty solid
Because somebody with an agenda is buying above $2 and selling below, wonder who?
Describe specifically what "games" you refer to?
The offering is public and known, they don't control market making process, they are providing regular updates on business activities and growing sales 50% to 100% year on year for Lift Kits alone?
As noted last week, I opened a new Fidelity account (the old one was the issue - dormant), and had my shares transferred in within 3 days. Holding tight for a ice pop in June.
This dude is buying 10 shares at $2.09 and selling at them $1.84 multiple times a day to try and shake the tree. Reverse Split, ha, the only thing splitting is my sides, from the laughter.
I opened a new account with fidelity and transferred the shares in (my old account wouldn't work because it had been dormant for a few years). I sent the paperwork last Thursday afternoon and the shares hit my account yesterday, so it will go quick once you initiate the process. Clear Trust will charge you a $100 fee.
Here you go, sent it to Tim, thought I posted here:
I purchased my shares in the Reg A over three months ago, received them at ClearTrust over a 2 months ago and no Broker will take them, including Fidelity, which I posted my conversation with them a few weeks back and then tried opening an account and transferring them anyway, which gets declined.
Others have posted they know people who have already been able to transfer into Fidelity but I have not seen any evidence of such. In the meanwhile the price isn't going anywhere until people can freely trade these shares, then volume and price will both move up, including the Reg A offer price (remember it takes quite a bit of work and cost to change the offer price).
Do you know the $ size of that persons current account with Fidelity? I was told I had to have $250k with them in order to get approval to transfer my FLES shares in?
Did you ever find a broker who would accept OTC stocks for transfer in?
@Justjoe1979 any updates on depositing your Reg A+ shares with a broker?
Schwab is a no
Let us know how that works out for you.
Thanks, wishing you speed and good fortune.
I tried Fidelity early last week.
@Justjoe1979 I received that note from Tim after Schwab turned me down for transferring my shares in, Fidelity eventually gave me the same answer, please keep us posted on how it goes with them as I have contacted most of the major brokerage houses with no luck
AS I stated many moons ago, the platform is the value and it will be worth far greater than $50m, probably in the range of 10X more.
Best//K
Somebody is throwing high and inside??
Can you point me to the convertibles you mention as "if conversions have happened"?
Where did the 420000 or so shares come from, I don't recall an offer filed from the company and I don't know of any dilutive converting debt? Can you provide your source and any other details you have?
Where are the shares coming from? Yet to hear any reasonable answer on how dilution could be taking place?
There have to be shares authorized to sell or some sort of conversions taking place or the is no way to add to the outstanding, I know of neither?
You spend quite a bit of time in the board talking about this company, do you know of either?
Can you provide an overview of how this dilution is occurring? Where are the shares coming from, who is selling them into the market, how did they get these shares?
Can the company sell shares into the market with the D on the symbol?

So $.55 tomorrow?
So close at $.74 tomorrow?
My shares at Schwab are now split adjusted and tradeable.
How many RS have you guys seen on these boards where the AS was reduced at the same time?
Looks like TPTW and SPLN are having a good day today, this thing is starting to look like fun with shells instead of real business, wonder who is making fat stacks on this news today?
