I did see that they are valued at $1 does anyone know why? on the actual documents it says Liquidation Preference $25 per share plus dividends for the then-current dividend period. But somewhere under capital it says they are valued at $1. Under Freddie Assets it says preferred stock valued at 1.4 Billion
