Regarding leases on franchise properties. I understood that franchises that have long-term leases can use this service without a problem. It's the short-term ones that mostly likely have some restrictions.
Interesting. I believe it's considered an asset but from a revenue recognition perspective I don't think they can realize the revenue from future payments due, in part, to that fact that they can't estimate what those payments will be. They also can't recognize revenue from services that haven't been accrued yet. So, the most valuable method to judge their future expansion is to look at the number of customers they're signing. I think I'm going to buy in a little and see what happens.
A buddy of mine is involved with this company. I'm new to this board and stock at the recommendation of a buddy of mine that's working with Zenergy. He and I talked this afternoon because he wanted my opinion on the business model. I think it's a very interesting concept and not quite sure why the stock appears to have taken a beating over the last few months.
I did understand today that they had a meeting with the CFO from Zoe's Kitchen as well as Whataburger. Not sure of the intent of those companies to move forward with Z but the concept sounds interesting and the business model seems fairly attractive. What I'm not clear about is if their financial model of Zero-Cost program is sustainable. It seems that if I was the CFO of a company and you told me you could save me 20-60% on my energy spend and I wouldn't need to come out of pocket with anything up front I'd at least give you some time to flush this out.
For those who've been in/out of this stock I'd be interested in your perspectives.

Terminal Breast Cancer Woman Cured by Experimental New Treatment.. . .
This woman was told she was dying but then she tried an experimental treatment which withdrew specified cells from her body, processed them and then injected them back into her. . . .does this treatment sound familiar??? I think so. It's a good sign that other treatments are being tried much like the Adipocell one from USRM. Remove cells from the body, treat them and then inject them back in. USRM is doing much the same and this DOJ farce is only a bump in the road. Still loading up on shares. . .up to 789K! GLTA!!

SDAVE-i'm with you. 759K shares and growing. There's too much good news about this account to not be buying!
GREAT point! I can't imagine that much money was put into this without some reasonable expectation of a return.
Thanks for the reply. There seem to be a lot of these plays cropping up and I think there are going to be some great opportunities. Thanks for the info and I agree an all points. I'll be a regular to this board from now on. Thanks for starting and moderating it. GTLA
Hello Stock and MegaD. I stumbled across this stock and have been looking for a blockchain/crypto stock to get into. I looked at the company website and it appears they just switched businesses from telecom to blockchain and am curious to know what you guys see in this stock. Do they really have a grasp on this industry? I can't tell what their strategy is and why the leadership of this company can pull this off. Thoughts?
Holy crap! .126!!
Really like the idea of USRM shareholder party!
Capital investors don't pony up $5M cash injection if there's a risk that the company can be a part of a huge legal liability case. There must be some insight into these legal cases being settled or not much future risk.
Great find, Tam. This should be a very interesting and telling event.
Right on, Jameson!! My thoughts exactly. A lot of speculation and 'hope', which is not all bad but some posts know no end!!
**We live to fight another day**
I just bought another 100K shares this morning at .11 and now have 175K shares in total. Let's remember hogs get fat but pigs get slaughtered. Nice making contact with you. Good luck!!
@CHICAGOJOSH: - As a fellow Chicagoan I'm thinking the same thing you are. It seems to me that the highs they had a few years ago are still attainable but I will probably pull some profit out at the $2 point.
Just saw this great posting about an hour ago on InsiderFinancial.com and it makes a great case for USRM, it's accomplishments to-date and the case for near-term and long-term moves.

My 2 cents (not a bid to buy ). I've watched these boards for some time now and have seen a wide range of comments from the encouraging to the disparaging and everything in between including SCAM advisories. Look folks, these stocks are speculative, at best. Some you win and some you lose. Is it a SCAM, maybe. Maybe not. But to get in these at the penny level and expect an immediate profit is both unreasonable and dangerous to your portfolio.
It's a good policy to not invest in these ventures ANYTHING that you can't afford to lose. If they go up, great. . .reap the profits. If they go down you don't lose unless you sell or the company closes its doors.
To keep referring to these stocks as SCAMS does no one any good. What I see in those comments is disappointment and anger. I have about 79K shares in KALY and am down a few grand. Am I disappointed. . .yes. Am I angry. . .probably not.
We all sink or float depending on our buy-in point. Keep your chin up and in some cases stay in for the long haul. What goes down usually goes up. . ."patience grasshoppers".
Also, praying for you Foghorn!
I'm in for 49K.
