KEVIN - YES, the major reformation has been made, now to carry it out ASAP. What have we got 2 stores in NV and 3 or n4 in CA. WE need 8 stores at an average of 8mil each to get 66 mil in revenue All new stores in CA. THAT is easily obtainable.
ALFA - Man, this guy has to be a short monster. NV will have 2 stores for now, Reno and downtown Vegas. No. CA 2 stores with the concentration on So. CA. Hopefully have a grow that can self supply all stores and wholesale to get a good 'cost of goods sold' margin. They have to move fast in this REFORMATION....an attack strategy within the organization is a must. REVENUE to $66 million in '19 means 8 or 9 stores doing an average of 6 or 7 million each. Now we have 5 stores or is it 6 stores. Man, it's possible but they have to kick ass for '19 and continue into 2020 (get out of the office) and find locations, then ride the construction and permits. Kevindenver - I'm in Reno and the Blum store here is an example of an almost perfect location, building and parking, BUT Nevada is a small market compared to California. California is the market to expand retail growth and that is what the restructure is about. Ok, the concentration is in Southern CA. Develop that over the next couple of years,then there is San Jose, the Peninsular, Santa Cruz, the Central Valley and the Coast. Applying CAPITAL IN California is the best strategic reformation of the companies ASSETS.

Thought we had this property some time ago. DP and and his staff need to et off their asses and hit the dirt running. When I had my insurance agency, if I got a lead I was there the next day. Hey, this is serious business and if these people aren't aggressive then let's get rid of the whole crew. This is the 1st time I have attacked DP. Well this is a downer and I agree DP needs to do a turn around on a dime and put the emphasis on CA. NV is pretty well stacked except the guy who checked out the Vegas store near Fremont St. which I'll respond to as a reply to that post. If we had a lot of dough, sure a new store in S. Reno and Sparks would be perfect here but the real untapped market is still in CA.
