lol. How long ago was that?
You're like Al Bundy who scored four touchdowns in one game at Polk High. He relived it for years and years, and the audience laughed every time. Go, Bundy! lmfao.
Why is it important?
The first one has nothing to do with IBX. The 2nd one is over a year old. Is it really important to know that some little company bought some other little company's product over a year ago?
Here's what I understand
With anemic volumes like we're seeing, there may be one or two buyers out there with itchy trigger fingers. Other than that there is no news, no coverage, no income, and no interest.
As you and you ginger canine friend should know, these "run ups" generally trickle off into oblivion. You've seen it numerous times with MHTX and still don't see it.
What's wonderfully funny about it is that you're both too greedy to take profits and will be back under water soon.
There is no P/E with IBX
There are no earnings when it comes to ownership in IBX. It's simply an asset, like any other asset. It just sits there and appreciates or depreciates. Thus, no P/E with respect to IBX.
And, whatever P/E you're seeing for MHTX is wrong. Without earnings you can't have a price to earnings ratio.
You still don't get how it works
MHTX owns 54M shares of IBX.
MHTX has 557M shares outstanding.
IBX PPS .17 * 54M / 557M = .0164
MHTX's ownership in IBX is worth 1.64 cents per share. In other words, IBX is built in and you should be jumping for joy MHTX isn't trading at .0164.
Frankly, I'm amazed it's not. It's actually trading above where it was when they owned 30% of IBX. There's lots of stupid in the market these days.
A bot predicting the future
Wonderful. Just wonderful.
Decade old news
Is it possible for you to get any more ridiculous?
OK, when none of that happens...
...will you stop posting random predictions from sites that use algorithms to write nonsensical ramblings?
Dude, it's a bot writing that. It's junk.
That's a pretty good summary
I expect somewhere in the range of three to four billion shares outstanding by then, if there is a "then". Maybe five billion. MHTX ownership will be around one percent.
One nit to pick. Enrollment hasn't begun. They're "ready to commence enrollment". They may be "ready to commence" for a couple more years. They gave this study a five year window.
Let's talk a little reality
1. Push positive news out there on the positive results of the human trials to get the stock up to $3 to $10/ share.
There is no positive news with respect to Flynn's ray gun. There's not even a human sized machine. They've been twiddling and tinkering, literally, for years. One of the things the pumps on this site don't talk about is that MHTX had to re-engineer the entire machine from the ground up to accomodate the larger scale. All MHTX has been doing for years and years is trying to get proof of concept. That's it. So, apparently they have proof of concept, but that's it. The next bit of positive news which seems to be put off time after time, year after year, is that they have an actual machine they can test with, and at this pace they'll be dumping another couple billion shares on the market and lose patent protection. The ASX is a free for all. Companies have wide latitude to dump new shares on the market without shareholder approval, and that's what IBX has done repeatedly
2. Complete a 1:5 or 1:10 reverse split (depending on the share price at time of split) reducing the total number of shares by 80% to 90%.
As explained above, there no reason to do that on the ASX. It operates differently and the VIPs have much more leeway in ruining shareholder value.
3. Release information about the start of human screening.
Also addressed above.
4. Temporarily shut down trading at IBX & double the number of stocks available.
This seems to contradict your reverse split proposal, but I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Doubling shares is exactly opposite of a reverse split.
5. Open IBX back up to a new public offering.
They can't have a new IPO, but secondary offerings are available and man alive have they taken full advantage of the fast and loose ASX rules. As you may have noticed, they've blown the roof off the outstanding shares with a crapload of secondary offerings. IPO shareholders have been raked over the coals repeatedly, time and time again without any input whatsoever. Bob And His Syndicate of Solicitous C-level Scofflaws got it made.
-------
Regarding the PPS, do you have any idea what a $3 evaluation on IBX would take with a 5% royalty schedule and a billion shares out? You're not just dreaming, you're dreaming on LSD.
So, there ya go
Does someone want to explain to me how this is good for MHTX shareholders?
IBX has nearly a billion shares out. MHTX is down to around 5% ownership. They keep sticking it in and breaking it off, and all y'all keep singing their praises.
I believe this is called Stockholm Syndrome.
Of course, Tom.
A capital raise is a positive event, especially when it comes to these guys. Capital raises have always been super-duper for shareholders of MHTX and IBX.
Pardon me while I smash my ankle with a hammer and puke in a bucket. I want to recognize world peace.
Research from another board...
Have I been able to find a better ASX stock in the medical tech or biotech space compared to IBX? No way. Here's why:
I bought a full butthole of IBX and I'm losing my arse, so I'm going to post a crapload of old newsy bullshit and hope enough cud chewers blow their wads on this eternal scam so I can get out of this pig before my wife finds out I traded away our futures for a handful of magic beans.
Does it have anything to do with MHTX?
Other than some common words, like nanoparticle, there's nothing there.
Did they use MHTX's particles?
Yet, it was down...
...for the next two days after you made your call.
That article is 2 1/2 year old
Did you bother reading it? Did you translate it from a foreign source?
'For 15 years, Sandia National Laboratories materials chemist Dale Huber has been making it difficult for iron-based nanoparticles to be the same size.'
'She laughed, "It was hungry for me, and if I knew from the beginning I couldn't do it."'
lol
Unlikely. It was only a million shares.
Somebody got hungry. More than likely it'll be back to a penny pretty quickly.
SeeThruEquity. That forecast is six years old.

"including minimum payments"
I'll take a look when I get time
There's been so much misleading and outright wrong information posted lately I don't have time to look it all up right away.
Does this have anything to do with MHTX?
At all? Seriously.
And all those doubles, right?
You don't wanna forget all those doubles.
lol
This is a superelastic material
Severe plastic deformation is not superelasticity
Sever plastic deformation is a process. Superelasticity is a property.
Severe plastic deformation is a function of the ECAP process itself. Jamming a work piece through an angular channel under pressure is severe plastic deformation, and it creates a granular crystalline structure within the material.
Superelasticity is not related to ECAP in any form. Superelastic alloys have entirely different properties. They exhibit different properties under different conditions. They're not even in the same class of metals.
Thank you very much
Due to the covid-19 virus, I haven't been to the movies in a long time, and I love a good old fashioned romping farce!
Two thumbs up!
"A double knee snapper!" ~ Christopher Wren, NYT
"Oscar worthy tale telling!" ~ Jabron Coleman, WP
"Laugh out loud hilarity in every punch line!" ~ Belle Fisher, Newsweek
There's really just one problem with this
There is no device.
Technical traders have never won on MHTX
Every last one has run away with their tails between their legs.
FWM doesn't have just MHTX's ECAP tech
The only part of this information that has anything to do with MHTX is ECAP.
The rest of it, super elasticity, absorbable materials, etc. has absolutely nothing in the world to do with MHTX.
It wasn't even a contest
Even when the volumes were elevated a little this past week there were plenty of sellers dumping into it. Every time there was any real action, along came a disgruntled former friend, sucker, and victim of the stooges to hammer the bid like a nail.
It's gonna take massive sustained volume to support this pig. 10M-15M daily over weeks, otherwise it ends up back in the gutter, as always.
I'll try again
My reply was deleted. The tone may have been too harsh. I don't know. So, here it is again... New and improve! Now with less acidity!
Doc's question: Do_we also have_the capability to make nanowire?
Your response: A video about the amazing nanowire.
And then Klarino also chimed in that, yes, they can make nanowire.
You don't see how that might suggest to some random newbie that MHTX has some inroad with TSLA?
MHTX is down today.
You said it could only go up.
I hope no fools out there are trading on your uninformed, ignorant, hyperbolic, junk advice.
This has nothing to do with MHTX
Nothing.
It's unbelievable, the crap you will throw against the wall to pump this perpetual loser and it's greasy VIPs.
Kinda peculiar, ain't it?
Aside from Wile E Klarino scoring another double on the recent volume, everything seems to be normal.
lol. Wile E Klarino, Super Genius
It's a beautiful thing
Keep going strong. I LUV that you can time MHTX every time. Dude, if you ever give lessons, I'm IN!!!
I'm wondering though. You nail this stinking pig every time on the doubly-double! With your amazing genius, why don't you go for bigger game and let all us imbeciles draft in your wake?
Yours trooly,
Wristy hog
I don't wish to hold it down
I still own some shares from the old days.
You should be careful about your prognostications. You, and every other pumper, including Marv, have been wrong for two decades. The minute Marv put out his release the other day IBX pulled back 20% and it's been trickling off every day since. And MHTX on this weak volume is likely to land right where it took off. You're gonna need upwards of 10M shares per day to sustain a run. You're not anywhere near that.
Jeez. Nobody is manipulating MHTX shares
Nobody wants them much over a penny.
It's the same math problem
Math is a funny thing
Going from .20 to .01 is a loss of 95%
Going from .01 to .07 is a gain of 700%.
The difference seems huge, like, WOW! you're making a killing!
95% is way less than 700%!!!
But in reality you're getting slaughtered.
