Are there any science types or doctors left with IPIX?
Dilution machine!
Try researching Strata Coal and Wespac Technologies. Contact the Dallas SEC regional office and get copies of their reports. Tecco is a well known trash bag. Ask him to tell you about Pantzer General. Lompoc is keeping a cot open for him
Biomarker ..... excellent!
What’s your take on the Friday volume at the close?
Potential also for two new Directors nominated from two large investors in the offering....looking good!

How bout that :) Now let’s see what inspired investors to buy up $55M in stock (no warrants) from an OTCBB at all time lows with a $2 handle resulting in massive dilution. My guess is there’s much more to follow
Rock on!
A reputation of which no legit company would ever align with. To think BP, or any BP exec, would risk their reputation for anything in this company’s pipeline is nonsense.
Ah yes, must be a quiet period. The favorite ploy of master shill Big Kahuna. You’re right, the company must be in a quiet period ??
Sailed? You’re kidding, right? Dig a bit deeper and you’ll see why it’s grossly under appreciated and under valued
LR - Your analysis reads very much like the findings the SEC Dallas Office stated/used against Strata Coal (Wespac Technologies) and Terrence Tecco.
Are there any examples of a biotech being successful with less than 10 employees and the same person serving as CEO and CFO since its launch?
I believe XCUR says goodbye to the OTCBB and lists on Nasdaq this month. Worthy of a look
XCUR worth a look
The time has come. They’ve met the Nasdaq Seasoning rules and can up list. Now whether they’re ready for such a move, I don’t know. I do know that’s their plan. Their CFO pounded FL this month on the grey beard Investor circuit. Nearly all of their management team have been out speaking. We know from their non-traditional core investors that these guys know how to sell the goods and raise funds.
We’re close...very close.
Good luck everyone. I’m rather biggly underwater at the moment. But if they truly have the goods, this could be huge
Interesting bids lately. We’re getting close to a transformational event
At least while on the shady OTCBB, the MMs can run the stock through all time highs in s flash. $5 price target right now is too low.
I think you could plug examples of past IPIX PRs into this litigation without much effort https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/34-46993.htmhttps://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/34-46993.htm
Other than penny stock playing retail, has the company ever “turned anyone on?” Based on share ownership, it doesn’t look like it.
Do you think the Company has the resources and/or wherewithal to complete this process? https://www.mwe.com/insights/cfius-broadens-coverage-crossborder-biotech/
Might see a GTXI type move with up listing announcement
Anything under $5 is money ??
With this 10K...due very soon...we’ll have one full year as a publicaly traded company and will have file two annual reports (10K). I expect an announcement of their intention to up list very soon

If they’re not buyin, they’ll be cryin soon....book it
A non-binding term sheet?
No, IPIX is very much different than the other “small biotechs.” Most others actually raise funds through underwritten public offerings. Most have 13F holders. Most aren’t indebted to their CEO. There are plenty of unique characteristics that make IPIX different. So I’m curious. Which company is the least likely to be a scam. IPIX or its sister company NNVC?
The Pantzer General can’t hide
Not on his best day
More comedy relief: Who funds their Ph3 first? SYN or IPIX?
LoL.....you're killing me
LoL....WTF?!?
Jeez....the company files the S-1 so the PP participants can sell shares they bought at $4.50 and the bandit OTC MMs tank the stock. All time high to near all time lows in a matter of a few days....all while the company announces positive data. Exicure needs to get its ass off the OTCBB
Ooops....my bad
Interesting move today
The volume and pinning of the stock the past month is strange. OTC Witchery or something else?
Need to uplist to the Nasdaq
